The guys were quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. They left my property clean.

Giuseppe always arrived on time. Work was completed on schedule. All the workers were friendly and professional. I was impressed that all the workers were knowledgable of what they were doing and they could answer my questions and offer advice. Obviously the crew has worked together for a long time. They even helped clean up after a storm. The new irrigation system was planned and installed expertly. No leaks or adjustments have been needed since it was installed. Front lawn and new stone walkway look great. New flower bed design was appropriate to the house and looks great. Highly recommend.

The work was fine but the promised calls when work was scheduled and crew on the way did not happen. Otherwise, we were happy and would use this contractor again.

AMAZING - we are so please, the entire process went great, they began the project on the date they told us they would.

Immediately prior to when the job was to start, tragedy struck Baldi Gardens when one of the employees was accidentally killed. Instead of cancelling the job, the owner Ricardo put on his work gloves and helped with the manual labor himself. Not only were they here at 8:00 am like they promised, they were actually working at 8:00am. Part of the job involved felling trees and they exercised every safety precaution there was. There were also a few extra items outside of the bid that we wanted done and Ricardo didn’t hesitated to do them. Baldi Gardens was able to transform my landscape from “okay looking” to absolutely “beautiful.”

Excellent work! While we did not pursue further with the quote in additional work, it was very well written and our choice to not use them had nothing to do with the quality of service or with selecting another vendor. If we were to do the work, there would be no hesitation.

They were right on time and did a great job. Wpold definitely recommend them.

They didn't get all the leaves out behind the bushes, and I was very disappointed with that. I wasn't here; they were gone by the time I got here. But they didn't blow that; they didn't get all that out and it was quite a bit so I was disappointed in that. Behind the bushes behind the very back patio, they didn't blow out good. It goes the full length of my yard at the very back and they didn't really did that very well but outside of that, no issues. They just kind of went around the stuff that was kind of hidden. They were here on time, they showed up.

It was not quite as I expected. It was good, but did not quite hit expectations.

Crew was on time. Work completed without delays. Crew considerate of existing structures/landscape and cleaned up after work. Plan on hiring for future landscape needs.

I called to inquire about services that this company may render. I understand that picking up and planting a tree is not the biggest job and some companies may not take it on. The lady who answered the phone promptly inquired for me. I wouldn't have minded being told "no" but she laughed at me when she returned and explained that it was too small of a job for them. It was very unprofessional.

Initially, Ricardo came out to evaluate the project. He was courteous and professional, offering a number of ideas. A week or so later, Giuseppe came out to specifically discuss the irrigation plan. We ultimately chose another provider in order to deliver our scope of services at a lower price, and Ricardo provided a polite response when I informed him.

Was not pleased with the service. First, they did not plant trees according to plan. I therefore had to purchase more trees. Of the trees they planted, several died or are in the process of dying. I followed the directions they gave me specifically. They replaced two, but others needed attention. Spoke to the owner who said he would come out and look. Have not heard from him.

Baldi Gardens did a wonderful job. They put in new landscaping in the backyard and improved the builder grade landscaping in the front. Ricardo was great to work with and he was always in communication with me about the project. He listened to me and understood which plants were important for me to have in my flower beds and which plants I did not want. His crew was wonderful. It was a hot three days, but they worked hard to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. They are all so very friendly and polite. They were more than happy to address any questions I had, and I had a lot of questions. If they didn't know they answer, they were nice enough to stop what they were doing and find it it out right then and there.

The plan they developed will be beautiful when implemented, hopefully next fall. The yard maintenance is seamless! Baldi provided me with a maintenance schedule that includes fertilization, irrigation aeration, hedge trimming, lawn mowing, etc. They show up around the same time every week. They are pleasant, professional, and on-time. No guesswork as to whether, or what time, they will be here or what work they will do. Definitely worth the money! On a side note, I saw the work they did on a neighbor's yard which had only mowing done in the last three years. Before Baldi got to it, the yard was kind of sad and dismal. The difference between pre Baldi and post Baldi was like night and day. They did an incredible job at making it a pleasant place again.

Excellent. They came in, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing and they made it very easy for us.

Ricardo, their representative visited us and gave us an estimate which we accepted. We did not set a firm date and Ricardo said that he would fit us in when he could in the near future. He called less than 10 days later and asked if he could perform the work the following day and we agreed. His team was very and friendly. They went to work immediately and were finished far sooner than we had expected. The tree, flowers and bushes look great.

They removed some Indian Hawthorne that had died. They were very quick and thorough. They hauled everything away and it was very nice to have new beds to replant.

One of the plants which when I bought and they brought them all over didn't look very good, he actually sent that plant back and got another one. He was very meticulous. Another thing he did which he didn't charge me any extra for doing this was they had to dig some stretches of grass out and so they took the grass that they dug out, and put into some bare spots that I had in the backyard. They did a very nice job of it too and it has really helped my erosion problem back there. They did a very nice job and I will definitely not use anybody else but them again. I think that the owner is one of the best company owners I ever, ever dealt with. He is very good. The price was reasonable. They dug all that dirt out and replaced with all new topsoil. It was a bunch of dirt and grass. They did it quickly. They did the whole thing in one day. They dug up 3 rose bushes that had the disease. I was trying to save them. He actually did save 2 of them for now. It was all perfect. He would not leave anything not done out there. He does a complete job. I thought his price was very good. I didn't get any comparables but I've had landscaping work done before and it's not cheap. They totally did everything they said they were going to do. He is totally professional.

Not quite as well. They came out and they trimmed the tree. They put flowers around both of the trees, that was fine. I wanted daffodils in the bed in front of the house, prepared the bed most of the way and then he said he couldn't get daffodils. So I waited awhile and called again and he said no he still couldn't get daffodils. Well then about a week after that I happened to be at the Home Depot for something completely different and here's these box of daffodil bulbs. So I went ahead and bought two bags of daffodil bulbs and then I called them up and said, I don't really appreciate, you know, you messing me around here. You got the money, now I want that front bed finished. So they give me some kind of, well we don't use Home Depot were not a preferred vendor, and I was like well I don't know what the problem is but I have two boxes of daffodil bulbs here so get somebody out here. They did, they got somebody out right away and did a beautiful job. It was just a little bit off putting but I would use them again. I've had them before and they've always done me a good job it's just it's really strange about these silly daffodil bulbs because everything else had gone so smoothly. There were additional costs but I knew that. The deal was for like 8 hours or whatever and I knew the work that I wanted them to do with putting the beds around the trees and the beds there in front of the house, trimming on wood on the tree that was hanging over, scraping the holly bushes out front. I knew going into it that it was going to take more than eight hours. Plus I was asking for additional materials and plants that were going to be put around the trees. It cost a lot more than the deal because I got a lot more than what the deal covered. They were punctual, they did good work, we just had the issue with the daffodils. The pricing was fine. They do good work, I'd have them out again. I really want it clear that they're an excellent company to work with it was just a silly little thing with those daffodil bulbs.

I did not have services performed however the provider was very responsive to my questions. I would not hesitate to use them in the future when I have landscaping needs.

Straight forward. Went as expected.

Total area requested to be landscaped was not planted - only about 60 percent was completed, but $all materials were used in that area. Quality was very good. Be sure to discuss job in detail and get commitment from owner - not the person who schedules job - to be sure you are clear about what is expected and cost. The "deal" of $299 for four hours of labor wasn't such a great deal.
