Serving DFW since 1993, Baldi Gardens is a family owned, family operated company that takes pride in providing quality landscape service. Our small team of under 20 employees will work hard to ensure your landscape dreams can become reality. We possess the industry knowledge necessary to ensure a professionally managed, quality result every time. Subcontractors used only for irrigation, outdoor lighting, carpentry and stump grinding. Customer wanted their service performed right away, unfortunately our crews were booked that week. We offered to reschedule but this customer wanted a refund instead. When the time came to perform service I had not received a notification of a refund being issued so I called the customer to check. He said to please perform service. Later that day I did receive notice that a refund had been given to this customer. He called back later to have us send him a bill.

Coupon was set up with Angie's List Big Deal for Tarrant County only (that was confirmed with Angie's List). Members outside of that area should have had a difficult time (according to Angie's List) even finding this deal. My apologies for any inconvenience to the customer but this was a mistake on either his part (not reading the fine print) or on the part of Angie's List.

Perfect from start to finish!

Description of Work: These are my new go to guys. I had a corner of my backyard that was unused and constantly overgrown. I asked Baldi to prevent the wild overgrowing. While discussing my needs with Ricardo, I asked if he could level a portion of the area in order to create a golf sand trap. He could and he did. I couldn't be more pleased with the wall and water drainage that Baldi Gardens came up with. Of course the sand trap is getting a lot of use, from an area of my yard that we never used. The work was done professionally and very timely. They were very receptive to my suggestions and the outcome is great.

Description of Work: The outdated front landscape was removed and replaced by new, more "with it" greenery and trees, along with a stone border. Mr. Baldi presented a computer picture of the planned revision before it was installed. Upon agreement, the new updated garden and stone border were installed. One rose bush still has not been installed as of April 28. The work was completed within two days. Mr. Baldi's workers also returned to repair a broken sprinkler system pipe free of charge. We were very pleased with this work.

Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Baldi Gardens. We hired them to create a border garden for our backyard, and repair the crosstie wall. Mr. Baldi submitted a design for our approval first. Compost was added and tilled in and the plants put in as per plan. Within the week, the weather brought snow and ice, yet all the plants survived. Mr. Baldi came out to check after the ice storm to make certain that each plant was alive because all work is guaranteed. He wanted to know of any problems that we were having. Great service and followup!

Description of Work: RICARDO BALDI AND HIS TEAM OF CRAFTSMEN BUILT A BEAUTIFUL RETAINING WALL FROM OKLAHOMA FLAGSTONE WITH A SEATING LEDGE AND INCORPORATED A SMALL WATER FEATURE. IT IS A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO OUR BACKYARD. HOW REFRESHING TO CONTRACT SOMEONE FOR A PROJECT AND THEM DO THE JOB PERFECTLY!
