Mr. Wright was very professional. The wood deck power washing/cleaning and then staining was done on time with no mess. Will have them redo the deck when the times comes and would recommend them to others.

Earl was outstanding! He took the time to explain each step of the process and repeatedly assured my satisfaction with the work. He was very personable, yet professional, and each of the workers paid special attention to detail. I'm very pleased with the quality of their work and will undoubtedly be a repeat customer as future needs arise. From the moment that I contacted Service Magic, the professionalism was outstanding with this company. I had barely sent the form and I got a response from them right away willing to set up my free estimate. The Estimator and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. They covered all my plants, cleaned up after they were done and even offered to come back and put the furniture on my deck once it was completely dry. All of the above was just fantastic but the price was unbeatable. My deck looks as good as new.

Quick response on my request and scheduling to come out for an estimate. There was a little confusion on the day the service was to be performed (originally they scheduled Thursday, but when I called to confirm Thursday, they had moved me to Saturday, which worked out better in the long run.) The work was done professionally and the workers were courteous. The end result was great. My fence looks beautiful and they guarantee their work for 3 years. You can't beat that!
