My family had this group replace a wooden gate. They made the scheduling process easy, the pricing was reasonable and the work product was great.

Did an excellent job and the fence looks like new. It was a 6 year old fence originally with hail damage that the insurance would not cover. After Good As New did the staining it looks perfect.

I would have preferred if they could have come out and give an estimate. They came out and did the work quoted but additional work that I could not identify needed to be done. I would have liked to have all problems identified and quoted before the job began.

Had front gate & fence pickets replaced and clear sealed. They reset fence posts back yard (leaning over due to soil erosion) and added 2 additional 10 ft post to correct the problem. Plus some 2x6 boards at bottom. Repaired last Monday (11/28) after morning rain, wasn't sure they would be able to work that day. Great job. Very professional. Willing to work with customer to be sure they are satisfied. Detailed Quote spelled out everything. They took care of having all the utilities marked. Great customer service.

The customer service I received was EXCELLENT - (Ann) . I was quoted a price over the telephone and agreed to pay the amount. When the representative of the company arrived at my home he asked me to review the work order and I did. After reviewing the fence and discussing my needs he telephoned his office, After speaking with someone in his office he advised me that the price quoted earlier would be reduced because less material would be needed to complete the project. The fence looks wonderful and is very durable.

IF YOU HIRE THEM MAKE SURE YOU WITH THEM WHEN THEY DO THE WORK AND CHECK BEHIND WHAT THEY COMPLETE. THEY WANT LEAVE YOU ANY OF THE STAIN LEFT OVER SO YOU CAN DO TOUCH UP YOURSELF.. ALTHOUGH YOU PAID FOR IT.

I've used this company more than once. Their office staff is conscientious, the price is great for the work performed, and their workmen are courteous, clean and very skilled at what they do. I don't have any other fence contractor on my short list of workmen - As Good As New is all I need.
