We pride ourselves on personal customer service and quality workmanship. Our level of commitment to excellence provides the consumer with the best trained, most qualified company available. We would not expect less and do not believe you should either. Renovation Process: Our approach to each pool remodeling project is to provide timely communication with the property owner about the sequence of construction, plan ahead for minimal pool "down time", install the finest quality materials by highly skilled pool artisans, and keep the job site safe and clean. We service and install all equipment including filters, Salt Water Chlorinators, pumps, heaters, automatic controllers and pool cleaners.

Description of Work: replaced pool motor, impeller pump and a few other items. This was our second time to use this company. Rex is personable and doesn't try to cheat us. We first used him in Dec 2013 on our pool heater. He told me over the phone what he figured the problem was but when he arrived in frigid weather, he found a less costly fix and we didn't need the expensive part he had quoted. It ended up costing literally hundreds less than he originally thought. So when our pool motor started going out I called Rex again. I feel we can trust him to do the job right and without adding any more costs then necessary.

Description of Work: I called Aquatic to have a certified technician come out to look at some issues we had after an inspection was done on our house for the buyer. Rex came to the house very prompt and addressed the issues we had to resolve for the buyer. I was very satisfied with this company and Rex as he was very knowledgable. Would definitely call for service again.

Rex trouble shot the leak efficiently and effectively. He performed all work in a very professional manner. I have used (ACT) Rex for over ten years for all of my pool and spa related services.
Description of Work: They repaired a broken in-ground spa filler line. They also replaced all jet ports and pressure checked the complete system.

.I have a history with them and they really know what they are doing. They gave me an estimate and that is what they charged. They cleaned up when they were done.
Description of Work: .They dug up my skimmer which had a collapsed pipe. They replaced it and put new cement and fixed it. I have used them several times before.

REX WAS PERSONABLE AND HONEST, AND OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING - THREE CHARACTERISTICS I ENCOUNTER ALL TOO RARELY AMONG HOME SERVICE INDUSTRY FOLK TODAY! THE WORK COST MORE THAN I WOULD HAVE LIKED FOR WHAT IT ENTAILED, BUT LESS THAN MANY OTHER COMPANIES WOULD HAVE CHARGED. (FOR EXAMPLE, OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED WANTED IN THE VICINITY OF $350 JUST TO DIAGNOSE THE LEAK!)
Description of Work: COMPANY OWNER, REX GODBEE, WAS THE ONLY PERSON WITH WHOM I DEALT. HE DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED A POOL LEAK NEAR A SKIMMER BASKET, AND REMOVED DEBRIS BLOCKING SOME NOZZLES IN THE ATTACHED SPA.
