Description of Work: I wanted him to repair some flashing damage; he just needed to secure it for me. Instead he gives my husband his card and tells him the roof needs replacing. We had our insurance company out not long ago, and they do not see a need to replace. A waste of my time and money. Nothing was repaired. I would like a refund. I called the company back and left a message, but they never returned my call. I tried calling again, but no answer.

Description of Work: Re-roof and re-gutter the whole house. Dennis was prompt, professional, and seemed to pay more attention to details than the others that bid on the job. No complaints, other than a couple of small issues with the gutter work. Just noticed them when I was cleaning out the gutters recently so haven't contacted him to have his guy take fix - which I'm confident he'll do.

Description of Work: The $99 coupon covered the general inspection and minor repairs. One exhaust was missing a cover which was not included in the service. They offered to purchase and install the cover for a flat fee of $125; totally worth it for us.

Description of Work: $99 for Spring Roof Maintenance by Dennis Harrison was fantastic and I will definiately use him again. He explained up front what he would be doing and how much time it would take. He was very professional and provide before and after pictures of his work. I was verly pleased with his service and he did and outstanding job repairing items on my roof as I had concerns with the front area over my door and the chimney and did not tell him up front but he discovered those and repaired on the spot with a few other issues he found.

He took care of my problem areas, provided me with before and after pictures to show his work, and gave me good advice with regard to the overall condition of the roof. Mr Harrison has gained my trust.
Description of Work: Mr. Dennis Harrison contacted me to set up a time & date for the service. He sounded knowledgeable, courteous and professional on the phone and later I found that to be factual. He arrived timely, performed the work and provided me with before and after pictures as well as advice as to the condition of the roof. I'm impressed. He explained upfront what he was going to do and did it.

Description of Work: Dennis @ All Year Inc. was so exceptional in his customer service. He came, he saw, he took pictures to show me what he found and he fixed it. The pictures also showed sideway nailing that can cause a problem in the future. He was also kind enough to give me some helpful information on my hail damage that will enable me to file an insurance claim even though my roof is only 3years old. I will definitely use this company when I am ready to get my new roof. 5 stars all the way Thanks Dennis

+ -1 moreI received this AD in my email from Angies List on March 4, 2013 and since I have been wanting someone to inspect my roof I thought $99.00 was a very good price. I immediately place the order and received an order number as well as the gentleman to call. I am bad about checking my email but I thought I would contact the gentleman later when the weather was a little warmer since I had some time to play with. Apparently this gentleman had sent me an email as well as tried to call me which I had not gotten because I did not check my email or voice mail so he called on March 14 and said he would be in the area and would like to come by and take a look at the roof which I agreed and he came by and did a great job. I think this was the ultimate in customer service not heard of these days. I am very happy Calvin
Description of Work: I had my roof looked at for lo0se shingles and weather stripping around the chimmey. The gentleman actually came out before I scheduled a date which was very surprising. He came and glued down some loose shingles and nailed a loose board on the chimmey. He was very professional.

+ 0 moreThe roof in the bedroom was leaking and we hired a contractor to repair the ceiling and the roof. It leaked during the next rain and he would not return our calls. We gave up and called another company they came out repaired the leak for us. On the next heavy rain the leak showed up again, this time worse. We called the second contractor back and his number had been disconnected. This time I decide to get more than 3 estimates. So I called 5 contractors. The 4 contractrs besides Dennis were nice except for the one that spit on my porch as he was giving me his price. Dennis was the only one that explained this issue to me and told me what he was going to do and I actually understood him. He even showed me photos of the issue. I hired him and it was all up hill from there. The process was painless. It rained and rained and rained then snowed a little and his repair held strong. I was so relieved. I left Dennis a voicemail to call me at his earliest convenience. Guess what! He returned my call that day. All I needed to say was Thank You and the repairs worked. I am one happy customer.
Description of Work: My mother and I are extremely pleased with the customer service as well as the work performed by All Year. We received 5 estimates from 5 different contractors. Dennis with All Year was the ONLY roofer that actually explained to me in words I could understand the issue with my roof as well as what needed to be done to repair it. I felt confident in my decision to hire Dennis. I am excited to say that I was correct. All the rain and snow over the past few weeks has not given us any issued. I am happy to have finally found a contractor I can actually say I trust. Thanks Dennis!

+ -1 moreThis company performed a serious roof leak which I had another company attempt to repair but sorely failed to repair correctly after repeated calls. All Year identified the "real " problem and noted some things the prior roofing company's worker failed to repair. They repaired not only my first home and did such a good job I had them inspect and repair any problems with my new home. They totally professional and punctual and I will use them again.
