It went well. They told me some things I needed to take care of. Everything was good. I didn't pay extra.

It went okay, I was not completely satisfied.

I purchased the "big deal" for a roofing inspection on Feb. 20. I didn't have any leaks or any known problems, but I wanted to find out what kind of shape my roof was in. Dennis scheduled me for the following Friday. He arrived promptly and explained to me what he would be doing and how long the inspection would take. At the end of the inspection, he showed me photographs of extensive hail damage that had occurred a couple of years before (while I was working in another state and the house was empty). He reassured me that the damage was severe and extensive enough that it should be covered by insurance and that I would probably only be responsible for my deductible. He was very knowledgeable about the process and what it entailed, and the way Dennis said the process would probably go was EXACTLY how it went. I was nervous about dealing with the insurance company, but when the adjuster came, Dennis made sure he was here and he was just a terrific advocate to have. The actual work took less than a day; his crew arrived at about 9 and were done in early to mid-afternoon. (I admit it's been a while and I've forgotten the exact time, but it was a short day.) I was very impressed with his efficiency and thoroughness and especially how he made sure to be here whenever the insurance guy was here. In the end I was responsible only for my deductible and my hail-damaged roof was replaced with a beautiful new one. (Now, nearly a year later, I still haven't had any problems with it.)

The service went fine. He took some pictures to show where he made repairs and what areas were concerns for a new roof. I was not home while they did the service. The technician made some minor repairs and gave an estimate for a new roof. I have not followed through with that project just yet. I thought the estimate was a little high. I did not have any problems with scheduling the deal.

I ended up having to pay a bit extra as my needs exceeded the scope the Deal. The gutter cleaning went well. They also provided a slight repair to the gutters in one area. I would say that it went well.

They were good with the service but the thing was the clean up time. You should stay behind to make sure that they do a really good job. The quality of the roof was good. They put the roof in 2 days. The price was reasonable.

He did look at my roof and gave a written critique of a roof repair that was done by another company. The written critique was really a free service in my opinion. His recommendations did prompt the other company to fix the botched up job that was originally done by them. So I did not feel bad about spending the $100 for the coupon, although technically it was never used for the job originally intended. However I got my roof fixed. Maybe he felt that writing the letter was worth $100, so he overcharged for the gutter cleaning.

He showed up when he said he would. I think he was pleasant and professional. He kind of said that he couldn’t do much compared to what I needed with that little Angie’s List coupon. He said the roof really needed to be replaced, it was very old. I already had another roofer and an independent home inspector that told me something very different. That does not build trust with that particular individual. It even made me nervous that he was on the roof maintenance. I guess, I can just very objective and give him kudos. He was prompt, showed up when he said he would, pleasant, professional. My concern was that his opinion of the state of the roof was in great contrast to the opinion I have received from another roofer and independent home inspector. It was very quick.

A worker came out to do the cleaning, roof repair, install the guards over the gutters and re-pitch gutters that needed it. The guards used were not the snap in ones, they were screwed into the house. The only paperwork he had when he showed up listed what needed to be repaired on the roof with pictures of the affected area. I ended up writing them a check for $950 which I guess was enough since I never heard back from them. I had gone over the work to be done when the owner came out originally for the gutter inspection and was counting on him sending me an invoice for the total amount. I would have felt more comfortable with the price had I known cost of materials + labor. My biggest complaint is the worker did not clean up after himself. He threw all the debris dug out from the gutters on my lawn & hard scaping, and left soda cans strewn in my back yard.

It didn?t go great. I am satisfied with what we ended up with. When he first came out, he wanted to sell me other guttering services and a new roof. He said he would provide references for the work he was proposing and I followed up with him and they were not able to provide these references. I had to follow up with them.

Everything went very well. The team was very responsive and had everything spelled out in the contract. Work was delayed by weather, but began as soon as the weather permitted. Dennis took care of meeting with my insurance adjuster and made sure all damage was caught and included in the report. Roof ventilation was upgraded on the house and some other damage was repaired. The site was left very clean when work was completed and I was updated on the progress frequently, even though I was traveling for work. I would definitely use this All Year Roofing, Inc. in the future.

Originally I found them on Angie's List and noticed they were on the better business deal and I didn't really see any negative comments, other than one or 2 of them. Apparently the owner tried to explain that away. My experience with this gentleman was really bad. First of all they had one of their personnel going around the neighborhood putting flyers on doors and they put one on ours and it had some information about how to contact them. When the lady was leaving we mentioned to her we were thinking about getting an estimate. She said OK and put us down on a schedule and we got a call back and he said the Monday before the week of tax day. He indicated to my wife that he wasn't able to make the appointment and he rescheduled again. It was 2 hours after he was suppose to show up and he called and gave excuses. We told them how much damage we had based on our insurance company review and she mailed him the information and he never showed up.

Dennis Harrison, with All Year, Inc., was prompt to respond to my inquiries. His crew arrived early on the day the work was to be done, and they completed the work with good attention to detail. I have already recommended this company to a friend and would not hesitate to do so again.

He informed me that it would not be possible because my home was 2 levels. He suggested that I get a refund or just apply the coupon to another job. I then discussed with him my desire to add additional vents to my roof. The provider took pictures of the roof then emailed me an estimate for additional vents. We went back and forth with emails and eventually agreed on parts/labor/costs on April 15 without the coupon. I have not heard from the provider since April 16 when I told him that I was not available for work to be done on April 22. Either way, I was not able to use the roof maintenance deal and am requesting a refund.

They were on time for the appointment. He completed the job in a timely manner and gave me the results of the inspection. There was one technician here doing all the work.

The work turned out well. The guy was great that did the work.

ALL YEAR, INC Roofing & General Contracting are real honest. He's a real down to earth person. He'll work with you, on your budget. He's very patient and they do good work. I would definitely use him in the future. He's a good contractor and can get you somebody to do whatever you need done on your house. They'll work with you on schedule and pricing and all that kind of stuff.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List and I guess it was okay. It was a good price.

They were on time and did a great job.

I think they came out and looked at it. I think he did a small repair.

. Checked roof and made minor repairs. Had photos which were both before and after his repairs. I liked that. Also did some minor cleaning of leaves from gutters. Glued a seam in gutter which had never been glued & leaks when it rains This was over and above his quote.. Did not charge me extra for it. I appreciated that. Friendly and informative. Was a little late in arriving, however, called to let me know he was on his way. Would use again. He gave me a quote for a mesh (?) to cover gutters if I want to do that. Told him would think about it.

I wish I had Angies list a few years ago when looking for a roofing company. I would of chosen this roofing contractor instead of the last one.

Our insurance covered most of the repair. We paid the deductible only. I would highly recommend this company for roof repair. I am very happy with the results

They sent before and after pictures of the turbines (i.e., old turbines vs new turbines) since no one was home when they did the work. That way we have verification that the turbines were replaced.

Although the start date was delayed due to ice, once there was a clear day the job was done in two days. I am a happy camper!
