All-Pro Floors

I contacted All Pro on a Friday. They were having a 20% discount that was expiring that day. Wynema came out and did a great job of measuring and gave me a quote at that time. Then she proceeded to tell me I had to make a decision right then and give her $500 dollars to set the deal. I told her I didn't do business that way. I needed to get more estimates. The next Monday I noticed that there was a 15% discount for Angie's members. I called and spoke with Wynema again and asked her to rework her quote to reflect the 15% discount. She assured me she would. It has now been a week and I have heard nothing from her. I will not be contacting All Pro again. In this economy you would think they would be eager to get business. I have mentioned the high handed and pressure treatment I received from her to my friends, and now I am notifying others here in this venue.

Considering the challenge, the overall installation went beautifully. This is an old house and the dining room was part of an amateurish add-on, so there is a slope in the floor, thus limiting the type of flooring I could choose. The installer was a master - I was amazed that there were no seams from the door of the kitchen, through the dining area and to the back door. They did allow me to purchase the HardyBacker myself, thus saving myself some money (I do NOT recommend this unless you have a strong back and a truck!). I also purchased, stained and installed the shoe moulding myself. The actual amount paid to All Pro Floors was about $1700 and the rest of the $2000 price quoted was for the HardyBacker and shoe moulding, stain, etc. I found it to be a challenge to visualize what the flooring would look like once it was down - a sample looks quite different than a whole roomful, so I suggest you be very careful when making flooring choices. I do wish the saleslady had pointed out the repeat pattern to me and that it would be pretty obvious - perhaps she just assumed I was familiar enough with flooring to realize that. One other thing that I mentioned that I was trying to avoid was darkening the area. The salesperson said she did not think that the flooring I chose would do that - she was wrong - and so was I. At this point, I am very happy that the flooring is NOT carpet and NOT blue, but I'm not thrilled with my choice and feel that someone with more experience would have been able to point me towards a product I would be happier with. That being said, I do understand that given my budget, my options were somewhat limited, so I don't want to be too critical about a sale that may have been the best available given the money I had to spend.

Repair was done professionally, quickly and it looks great! I would use them again; they also offered suggestions about some other items in the house just while they were there.

Despite the small order, they provided personalized service and the lowest price of any vendor that bid. They were very responsive to follow-up on minor installation issues and cosmetic touch-ups.

They came out and gave a quote. They were supposed to bring samples but did not. I ended up going to the store to see them and took samples home. I was a little disappointed that they did did not bring the samples. They were pleasant when I went to the store.

No pressure sales, came to our home gave us an estimate and provided us examples of wood flooring. Pleasant and easy process, she had the info on hand to answer our questions. Prices were excellent. Set appointment for removal and installation. We had scheduled family Christmas early and the crew arrived early and got to work. Move all the furniture and answered our questions on the process. Very pleasant installation crew, no hassles no worries. They went beyond our expectations to include going to pick-up paint to match our trim. Weeks later we noticed a floor panel that had a bad spot. The crew returned replaced the panel and rechecked their installation. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. We had five companies come out and provide estimates. Reenie came from All Pro. Right away you could tell she knew her floors! Loved her can-do attitude and wealth of knowledge. We hired her company - much due to her - and she did not let us down. The dollar amount and length of time she quoted were spot on. Luis and his crew went above and beyond. He was willing to help with moving the furniture, putting felt on the legs, he polished, swept, cleaned up everything and was so friendly. We felt very comfortable with him and his entire crew. Great job and would highly recommend. Thank you!

They did the job exactly as they said they would do, for the same price, and completed the work when they said. We have no problems with the service.

I first found All Pro Flooring on Angie's List. We had already looked at a few other places and decided to give All Pro a shot. I am glad we did. We visited their showroom in south Arlington and worked with Wynemah Fuller. They allowed us to take samples home and when we determined the first batch of samples were not to our liking, they allowed us to return them and take a second batch home. We worked with Wynemah Fuller and when we decided to go with All Pro, she came to our house, measured all the rooms, and provided us with a detailed price of what it would cost. Overall, I feel like I received a very good deal with the carpeting and the hardwood flooring. I am not sure, but I may have paid just a little more than market value for the ceramic tile. However, I am not complaining and we did purchase some "border tile" which is more expensive. Additionally, the tile we purchased was thicker with variegated color in each piece. I just don't know if it was market value, more than market value, or a good deal for the purchase price for the tile. We set installation date to be about 10 days out and paid for half of the work/product up front. On the designated start date, a team showed up to remove the old tile, the carpet in the office, and the existing hardwood floor in the entryway. That week the team removed all the old product, cleaned the floors, and laid all new ceramic tile and hardwood floor. I must admit, it looks better than I would have hoped. The next day the carpet team showed up and removed the old carpet and started to lay the new carpet. There was a small wrinkle in their plans and they did not bring enough of the new carpeting. This was due to a paperwork snafu and they left with the job incomplete. Two days later, they returned to finish the work. They had originally put down carpeting in both the living room and the master bedroom, leaving the living room incomplete. They pulled up the carpeting in the master bedroom and used it to finish the living room and put the new carpet in the master bedroom. This was because the carpet was the same, but two different dye lots and they want a seamless color match in the living room. Wynemah called, and then visited, and then set up a follow-up appointment with one of the teams. The supervisor showed up and did some clean up that the tile team had left. As they grouted, some of the grout made its way onto the walls and around the door trim. The glue/cement used to fasten the hardwood t-join (where the hardwood floor joins with the tile) had "leaked" just a bit. He cleaned up all the extraneous grout and the extra wood flooring glue. If I had anything ill to say here, and this is may fault for not bringing it up at the time (didn't think about it), is this: when removing the old hardwood floor, as they scraped the slab, bits and pieces of wood with the old cement were thrown against the drywall in the entryway. When the supervisor left after having cleaned the walls for grout and the hardwood cement, the trash was still stuck on the walls in the entryway. It's difficult to come off. With the experience I have had with All Pro, I imagine they would send someone out to clean it. But, at this point in time my downstairs is now put back together and I simply don't want to mess with it. I could not be more pleased with the work they did and the value I received. I highly recommend them.

Geoff came out gave us an estimate. After comparing other estimates we went with All Pro Floors. Geoff runs a very service oriented business. Always returned my calls and answered my questions. We were very pleased with the carpet, hardwoods and countertops. They look beautiful and I would recommend All-Pro Floors and will use them in the future. Get ready Geoff I'll be back to redo the masterbath in the spring and will be calling.

The sales person was very efficient. Helped us find exactly what we wanted and gave us a great price for materials and installation. We scheduled the installation for the next week based on our needs. Two men came and removed all the old flooring, prepped the floors, and installed the new flooring. They were very respectful in my home and completed the job in one day.

They were right on time for each step of the process, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. The room looks great. Was a seamless process from sales to finish which I appreciated greatly. Wynemah guided me through the process and was very helpful when I had a hard time deciding on just what I wanted.

This was my best find so far on Angie's List. Everything went better than I could have imagined. Prices were great and service was top notch. The installation crews were the best I've ever had on any home improvement work. Brett, the salesman, knew what I wanted better than I did. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend All Pro. They gave me a whole house makeover.

We've used them several times in the past and have always been happy with them. They are all about customer service. They clean up well after themselves and are very respectful. We actually went on vacation while they were working and left them here alone while we were gone.

Salesperson and owner were both phenomenal...always available for questions. More than willing to work in our time frame. Installers did a great job...started the wood on Saturday, and came back Sunday to finish! There was tile in the entry, and that was supposed to be wood also. Due to miscommunication, the entry way wasn't done at first, but as soon as I called, it was immediately corrected, and they came out the day after carpet was finished to complete the wood in the entry. Was a great experience all around...highly recommend!!!

I would recommend them. I would use them again. I like them. They are dependable and reliable. They do a neat job. They do a quality work.

Very pleased with All Pro Floors and salesperson Stori. Had previously considered other companies for laminate but chose tile instead for value, look, and durability. From start to finish Stori was a great help in answering my questions, explaining the process, addressing any concerns, and assisting me in choosing the right product for me. I feel that the amount I paid was very reasonable considering the amount of work and quality of product. The installers did a very professional job and their work was very detailed. Would definitely consider this company for future flooring needs I may have in the bathroom or laundry.

Measurements were taken and I never heard back from the company. Would not recommend this company.

The folks at All Pro are terrific. Mark helped me find tile which was perfect for our bathrooms and was so kind as I went back and forth with samples deciding. The gentlemen who came out to install the floor were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Our floors are gorgeous! We would use All Pro again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to others.

He was very knowledgeable about the product. We had two people come out. He was very accommodating. We really like them. We will probably end up going with them.

The guy who came out was very knowledgeable. He was very thorough, and did good work. His assistant took a lot of time off, but the owner was pretty good. He did a good job.

Overall they did well. I think they banged my washing machine and dryer around a little too much, but it was a small space. I was happy with them.
