All-Pro Floors

We are very pleased with our new floor. All-Pro Floors did an excellent job. We would not hesitate to use them again!

Wynema was wonderful to work with. I told her what I wanted and she narrowed everything down for me. She came out to the house to measure and help us decide what would look best and wear well with children and pets. The installers were punctual and got the work done fast. It looks awesome and we can wait to use them again for our bathroom tile and counters.

Phil, the salesman was great and very educational and helpful in helping me choose the right floor. Freddy, the installer and his crew did an excellent job getting the job done quickly and right.

Larry came out to do measurements. After talking, they have high end quality materials that would be to expensive for a small rent house in the area. Very nice company and very professional. I would use them in the future under different circumstances.

We purchased our floors from All Pro Floors and scheduled installation for Saturday, October 18, 2014. The workers (Manuel and Enrique) arrived on time. We have a sunken living room and when they pulled up the carpet, they discovered that the concrete floors weren't level and spent most of the morning grinding and leveling our floor. They worked all day and didn't leave until about 8pm that evening. The next morning another worker came to the house and did all the finishing work. He was awesome. There were one or two spots that were hollow sounding, so he fixed them. He installed the trim pieces and then meticulously cleaned all the spots of glue off of the floors. He even started cleaning the entryway of dust. He moved furniture back and would have moved it all back if I had not told him that I wanted to do it myself so I could move it around. I believe he would have stayed and done that for me if I had asked him to. We have used different services in and around the DFW area for other projects in the past, and I have to say that the experience we have had with All Pro Floors is by far the best, most professional company we have worked with. We can't wait to have these guys back to installed hardwood floors in the rest of our house. We would definitely use this company again.

Everything went okay, the description in the offer stated flooring/installation, so I thought if I had my own flooring, all I need is the installation. But they wouldn't honor the offer because I needed to purchase the flooring along with installation through them.

This is my second time using All-Pro Floors. Phil was our sales rep once again and was just as great as the first time. He is extremely detail oriented and made sure everything was to my liking. This was a very big remodel project for us and took a lot of coordination. The owner Geoff was very helpful as well. I own a construction company/roofing so my standards are very high when it comes to customer service. If you are in the market for remodeling your house then All-Pro Floors in Arlington should be your first call. All the different crews that came to our house were top of the line as well and really made sure every measurement was exact and that we were happy with everything before they left. Thanks again and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

I am very happy with the service provided. The time line for the job was achieved on time, they deliver the floors within the stipulated deadline.The same can be said about their pricing policy. They are competitively priced and honored discount coupon on the total value of the job. It went like clockwork. Mr Pierce and crew ripped out the old and leveled the floor on day one. Installed floor, new baseboard surrounds over next two days. Painted baseboards to match existing trim. Absolutely brilliant job. If you need this kind of work go to All Pro Floors in Arlington and talk to Phil Davis. Ask if you can get Chancey and his crew. They are the best. Raphael and his crew moved all the furniture, laid the carpets. It was better than the original installation 14 years ago. These guys are true professionals. And they kept us apprised step by step, meeting with us at the start and finish each day to explain and if necessary to advise. I had purchased laminate flooring and the associated padding and my son had installed it in one bedroom and partially in two other bedrooms and the adjoining hallway. However, he encountered a problem which was due to an uneven floor, which was beyond his expertise. (This was his first time installing flooring.) All-Pro took care of the required leveling and finished installing the flooring (around 500 sq. feet). They asked questions when needed to ensure that they did exactly what I wanted regarding the installation. They moved the furniture before the installation, which required taking apart my bed frame. They also removed the carpeting in one bedroom. After installation they put the furniture back as it was before (including the bed), and took away the old carpet. The workers were professional, polite, and punctual. The installation process was also much quieter than I expected. I was also given a discount when I mentioned being an Angie's List member. I am very happy with my new flooring and it was a good experience.

I am very pleased with the work done by All Pro Floors. It was a pleasant experience from the initial call to the end. I dealt with a lady named Rennie who was very helpful and walked me through the process of buying the correct color of tile that would go with my counter tops, cabinets and the wall color as well as complimenting the tile in an adjoining room. The installation took two days to complete. The installer did an wonderful job. The installer put the tile around the hot water heater and made it look like it went under the hot water heater when it actually just butted up against it. I have recommended Pro Floors to several of my friends.

It went well. The workers were always there when they said they would be. Cleaned up after themselves, and even helped me with a plumbing issue. Very respectful. Great guys!

We are getting ready for retirement. This included new carpet and wood flooring. I interviewed three top companies. All Pro was the last business on the list and we drove to their Cooper Street location. Am I ever glad we did. Geoff Brown listened to our wants and needs and selected the product lines that were amazing and durable. The crew was prompt, courteous, and skilled. The bid was 6K less than the other companies and the products were better quality. Who doesn?t love that? Since then several of my neighbors have called them for their own home re-do?s. Thank you All Pro for a job well done.

The installers were terrific. They came as scheduled and worked continuously for four days. I was hardly aware of when they took lunch breaks. Always pleasant and very helpful with making decisions. They cleaned up when they finished and even put felt protectors on every piece of furniture!

Too far away. Job was completed by a local vendor.

It went very well. It took to 2 days and the installers did a great job. I am so glad I had it done and would use them again.

We were impressed when we went into their showroom, they were very knowledgeable of all types of products for our kitchen. The work was done in the time frame we were told. Very pleased with the entire purchase from start to finish.

I called 4/16/14 to request a quote and was transferred to Wynemah. She asked what I was interested in and I began a general overview of the job. Before I could proceed and describe in complete detail, she rudely interrupted and said it was too vague. I began to describe in more detail and when I mentioned roughly 350 square feet of 16"x16" natural mutli-classic slate she once again interrupted me and said she had never heard of such a thing. She acted as if I was an idiot. I know such a thing exists, it's actually a quite common type of slate, I installed a bathroom full of the tile myself. At that point I politely said "Thank you, but never mind" and hung up. I'm in sales myself and if I acted like that toward a client my family would be pretty hungry.

I had three estimates and gave the project to them. I was very satisfied with their work so I having them do my second floor as well. They are cheaper cost wise as well. They were a crew of five members. They are reasonably priced and the quality of their product is good.

Very well. Provider called me with concerns about three types of wood in his work area. The finished floors (even with different woods) needed to blend... new pine, old pine and red oak. It took a little extra time with the stain to accomplish this... but they did it. VERY RELIABLE. I was only there to pick out the color of stain and then never saw the floors until completed. I am considering using them again on another job outside of the DFW if they will travel.

This company is great! They brought samples out to the house for my wife and I to look at since we couldn't make into the store. They were very professional and helpful ensuring that the hardwood choice would not overpower the space or the décor of the house. Rueben and his team were punctual and thorough removing old tile and carpet, and laying new floor. They even worked around our pets! I know there are many choices for flooring but I believe All Pro is good value, good workmanship, and good service.

Overall, everything went well. We have new linoleum in our family, dining, and living room areas, along with new carpet installed in our 3 bedrooms and hallway, plus new tile entryway and same tile on our fireplace. The installers were all very good and I liked that they worked for the company, not sub-contracted. The work took a little longer than anticipated due to a delay in getting the transition pieces, but overall we were very pleased with the results. I used this company due to the great reviews on Angie's List and the discount they offered to members. They also had a showroom close to where I live so could get idea's on flooring and tile.

It wasn't cheap but they were very competitive. The guys, the people that we worked with at the store were very professional. they were very accommodating and very personable and friendly. They were great. The crew that they sent out to do the flooring, they were in the house for an entire week because of the size of the job. They were very personable guys, very friendly, very clean and very accommodating to us.
