There was a miscommunication with the email address I gave them, but once we got that straightened out he gave me a really good bid. I may use them in the future.

I am glad we went with this contractor. Our contact, Dan, was very professional and personable. The team that responded to our house performed the work quickly and to our specifications. The fence came with a 5 year warrant. I feel confident the company will honor it if something occurs to it regarding the labor and materials. I highly recommend this company for fence repair and replacement.

Cary was very pleasant and gave an immediate estimate on his first call. The custom manufactured fence pieces came in about a week faster than expected and the installation crew arrived at the scheduled time.

They were supposed to come on September 20. They came on the 21st. They replaced the posts on both sides with steel posts. All wood was replaced, board by board, with cedar wood slats. They totally built a new gate for one of the sides. I requested that the wood not be placed right on top of the dirt or grass, they complied.. The top of the fence is nice and straight. They cleaned up when they were done.

When I accepted the bid I did not get a specific start date, and was waiting to be put on the schedule. A week later they called and asked if they could start that day with the pergola, I agreed. They unloaded the posts on the grass and bags of concrete on my stone patio and then "got caught" by the city for not having a permit. All work stopped, but the materials were left in the yard. The permit process took over a week and interim, it rained and the concrete bags broke on my patio. This was on a Saturday and I had no choice but to clean the mess myself or risk replacing my patio. When I called to express my displeasure with the mess I was told by Carey, well you haven't paid anything yet so what is the problem and he would be over to look at it. When he did come over he asked if they could leave the broken bags there, and since I had placed them on a tarp I agreed. A week or so later and many calls for a status update on a start date, later a new sub-contractor shows up to build the pergola. He and his crew did a wonderful, quality job and if you can hire them direct do it! But don't hire A&A. Once the patio was done I again had to call several time to get the fences and the gate finished. Just a side note they did not use cedar on fences, but at that point I was so discussed I just wanted it done and them to go away.

I contacted between 5 to 8 places and only 4 of them contacted me and out of them only two of them gave me prices and one of them was this company. I would say this company was very fair in their pricing. I would use this provider in the future.

Great overall experience. They were on time both days and did exactly what they said they would do. The fence is beautiful and we have received nothing but compliments on it since we had the work done(it faces a busy street). We will be calling them again to do the other sides of our fence line.

This is the second time I've used A&A and they've been great both times. They replaced 2/3 of my old fence earlier this year and I contracted them again just last week to do the other 1/3. They hired someone come out to mark the lawn for underground wires. Dug out old wooden posts and replaced with metal. Built new fence panel by panel. I've had several compliments on my fence by workers around my house. I've referred several family members to get their fences done with A&A . They haven't disappointed yet. When I originally shopped around for fence companies, their quote was right on with some other companies, but their communication put them heads above everyone else.

They were very professional. I just opted to go with another provider. I would certainly consider using their services in the future.

I recommend this fencing company to anyone. Their workmanship was excellent for the price, especially since it included a 5 year warranty as opposed to other quotes we received from other companies (1 or 3 year warranty). The materials were of good quality and the work was done efficiently within a day. I gave them an A for all categories except responsiveness since it was sometimes hard to reach our contact by phone to ask questions and we did not receive a call indicating which day the work was going to be done.

Good work and a not too bad price but the responsiveness to emails brings this review down. Was supposed to get a discount on my fence since I referred my neighbor and he got his fenc replaced at the sa time. Several emails send to the company and no responses in weeks. Seems the only time thier email works is when they need to send an invoice.

They were on-time, professional and courteous. The work was completed in one day. Work and cleanup afterwards was done. I would use them again.

I called to setup an appointment and was told that even though the area I lived in was an area the company serviced the salesman told me that he did not want to come out until is was convenient for him. He told me he would call the following week to schedule a time that worked for him but never called. I can not believe a company that is this highly regarded treats potential customers like this. There are a too many companies that would love to have the work but this one does not seem to care. After talking to the sales agent, he apologized for misplacing my contact information and asked if there was anything he could do to make it better. I respect him calling back; however, I wonder if the only reason he called was due to my grading?

We sent in an on-line request for a quote. The owner called the next morning and came out that afternoon (Thursday) for a quote. His quote significantly beat the 2 other vendors we contacted. The job was started the following Monday and completed on Tuesday. Fence was built on site. My flower garden was not trampled - as other vendors have done in the past. The fence looks beautiful! We will absolutely use them when the next section of fencing gets blown down!

I was very pleased with A and A's service. Half a day into the job one of my neighbors challenged the property line and fence location. I had to postpone the work, get a survey and then call A&A back to finish the job. (Turned out my neighbor was wrong which cost me an extra $350 for the survey and cost A and A time and dollars.) In spite of this big inconvienience to A and A, they did not charge any extra for the job. They finished the installation and I was pleased with the work and the price. I would recommend A and A for your fence and concrete work.

A and A Fence & Concrete Company worked very hard. They worked until twilight on two different days. They did a good job. They only had two people working on it until around 4’o clock in the afternoon, each day. They were working by themselves. There were two more people who joined them only on the third day to finish things up. The fence and the gates look great. However, they had to come back and make one minor adjustment. I’m also having another gate put in by them so they will come back out again pretty soon. I didn’t compare prices but I think it was probably reasonable considering the materials they used for the fence. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

Overall, they did a good job, and everything turned out pretty good. They worked hard. I wasn?t too happy with a couple of things. A couple of the slats they had put up had nails only in the top part of it but not in the bottom part. I put the nails in myself. It wasn?t a big issue, but it was still their job to do that. The price was good. I would probably use them again in the future.

They did a good job as far as fences go. I wasn't here when they did the work, but the neighbors said they did everything they said they would do. They worked some hot days, but they put the time in and got it done within a week.

A&A arrived on the day they told us, the old fence was gone quickly and posts installed. A day later, the A&A team came back and built the fence one section at a time. It is beautiful, straight, clean and smells great (cedar). The A&A team was professional, courteous and patient with us. We shopped a few fence companies, but continued to come back to A&A. I like dealing with a local family owned company and all these reasons added up to A&A getting the job. I would hire A&A again tomorrow for additional work. Tom Emms and his team were great!

We went with the 8 foot fence. They built the fence board by board, not pre-fabricated. They also used thicker runners and pressure treated wood. They were also willing to come out and fix any mistakes. We will use them again when we add on to the sides of the fence.
