I got a beautiful fence for a good price. Dog hasn't gotten out once.

Had a wood fence installed ( replacing link fence) and Steve was very professional from the beginning to end. Was on time for my first appointment and last. When appointment was scheduled for instillation we ran into a whole week with nothing but rain and Steve kept me informed the whole time and when the day finally got here he and crew were on time. Went over everything with crew to make sure we were on same page and the two man crew were awesome and installed my beautiful wood fence that I couldn’t be more happy about. It looks amazing!!

This was a great experience from estimate to completion. Rod was an excellent contact/salesperson/project manager. This was a difficult project as it was for four neighbors (a backyard corner in townhouses) and there was no access except through one of the townhouses. It was complicated by a tree stump that had to be removed by a landscaper prior to the fence being installed, so further coordination was necessary. And then all this occurred around the time of the "big freeze" here in Texas in mid-February 2021. Rod kept in touch, understood the project, coordinated well, and ensured the project was scheduled and completed. All neighbors are very happy with the final product--very well done and a solid installation.

I told Rod that I had a picture of the type railings that I wanted and asked if his company could make them. He said that custom orders could be done and scheduled an appointment to complete the order. Rod was very helpful and showed me several catalogs with an extensive selection of railing parts to choose from .I also wanted a custom color to match the accents on the exterior of the house and Rod was able to have that done as well. The railings were installed yesterday and they are exactly what we wanted. The men who installed the railings were very professional and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Several of my neighbors have remarked on how just how beautiful the railings are. From start to finish it was pleasure to work with everyone at A and A fence. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding!

They have provided an estimate so far. We chose them because they are a family owned business and have good reviews. They spoke to me very respectfully and I like what they stand for.

I asked for quotes and not able to provide the way I requested. I had to cancel him.

It went fine. They were easy to work with and they did the job quickly. The price was very fair.

I needed my fence repaired. The company repaired my fence not a the greatest price- but the sales guy seemed to have an eye for detail. I was wrong to trust them with my property- they tore up my sprinkler lines in the process. I called to let them know and the sales guy Bob said it’s in the contract that they are not responsible for any damages done. READ the fine print!

It went great. David installed the gate and it looks beautiful. Great job!

The service from day one was excellent. Paul Schwartz was very detailed, professional and kept me in the loop through the whole process. I got proposals from numerous other companies and the quality and cost were more than adequate for the work performed. I chose A & A due to the professionalism and ease of contact as well as the quality and the cost of the proposal. The workers did a great job despite the recent rains, the project was completed in the time promised. I will be using them again for several other projects in the next year. I highly recommend them and enjoyed working with Paul.

Rick came out and gave me a great estimate on an automatic gate for my driveway. He provided different style ideas for the gate and was really patient as I went back and forth trying to decide what I wanted. I ended up with a double eyebrow gate, with puppy posts. It turned out great! About three months after installation I noticed that the gate latch was not catching properly I contacted Rick about it and had a new catch installed within three days. It works like a charm.

He provided many different style options and was very patient as I went back and forth trying to decide on what I wanted. I ended up with a double eyebrow, single gate with puppy pickets. It looks great and really compliments my house. A few months after installation I noticed that the gate was not catching properly and not closing properly. I called Rick and it was fixed in a matter of days. I love not having to stand in the driveway when I let my dogs out in the morning.

The salesperson was prompt and easy to work with. He gave me a fair estimate and I felt comfortable with the offer even though it was not the lowest estimate. They showed up as scheduled and did the work quickly over a two-day period while my 3 dogs stayed at a friend's house. The fence is beautiful and has held up well these past 2 years (Sorry I was so slow writing the review.) The boards used to seal off the bottom edge of the fence have made a big difference in keeping critters out of the yard. My dogs miss extra animal adventures, though. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Although I did not use A&A Fence & Concrete, I wanted to write a review about their professionalism. Rick called me back immediately and came out to give me an estimate within a couple days of the call. I ended up going with another company in the end only because they could come out sooner. A&A's price was very competitive and I would have been happy choosing them if they weren't booked out 2-3 weeks. They would not do or give me an estimate for any section repairs at this time though.

Very poorly. I contacted the company and spoke to a salesman in early May, and got the first of many incorrect proposals on May 15, 2015. Eight emails and four or five calls later I got a proposal on June 19 that at least had the correct information describing the work to be done, but without breaking down the billing as I had requested, since there were two separate elements to the job. At one point I had to call their office and ask if the salesman still worked for the company, as he had not responded to my emails asking for a status update on the proposal. The work was to be performed on June 22, and I had requested that the workmen come out early, since the fence removal was disputed and they were less likely to encounter interference in the morning. I should have realized by this time that I was dealing with a poorly run outfit and taken my business elsewhere, but I hoped to get this very small job completed in a somewhat timely manner. Regarding the disputed fence: I had discussed this with the salesmen at our first discussion, and had forwarded him an electronic copy of the survey showing that the existing fence was entirely on my property, and explained that I had consulted with an attorney, I was the 100% owner of the fence, and that I had sent a first class certified return receipt letter to the neighbor to inform them of the situation and give them 30 days to correct the situation or reply. They did neither. No one had showed up at the house by lunchtime, so I called and spoke to the salesman again, asking if they were coming. They (2 workers) eventually showed up around 2:25 pm. I received a phone call from the salesman saying that the workmen were having trouble with the neighbor, so I went home to check on the situation. I spoke to the only one of the two who spoke a little English, and soon found that their real concern was that the neighbor had threatened to call Immigration Enforcement on them, and that at least one of them was an illegal alien. A police officer who was called out spoke to me to get the facts, and then told the workers that it was okay for them to proceed. They asked the officer about Immigration Enforcement, and the officer replied that if they were here illegally they could be detained if Immigration did in fact show up. When they heard that, they hastily and with poor quality threw up the front return, but did not place the fence where I had directed, which was to the true property line, and not where the existing fence was, which they now refused to remove. I told them in person and the salesman on the phone that if they did not place the return correctly, they might as well not work on it at all, as I would have to pay someone else to install it in the correct location. The salesman was extremely rude on the phone, shouting and insulting me. Finally, the company had the gall to send me an invoice for the work, none of which was completed and the greater part of the job not even started. I do not pay for work not completed properly and to a reasonable level of quality. Suffice it to say that I have had it with this outfit. They certainly will not be allowed to return either to complete this job or start any other.

A&A showed up on time for the estimate and provided an estimate. After I accepted the estimate, they showed up when agreed and demolished the old fence. The poured the concrete footer, set the posts, then came back the next day to install the fence. The workers were polite and professional. The project manager stopped by to ensure everything was going as planned. My fence is beautiful and I am extremely pleased with the work. Great job!

A truck had driven thru our back fence; damaging the fence, brick, windows, screens and wood work of our house. Miro was understanding of our not having a fence with two dogs. The rain caused some delay but he stayed in touch either by email or phone. We were scheduled to have the fence installed Monday, May 11th. I expected to hear from Miro letting us know they would not be able to install due to the weather. Instead I got the call they were installing the fence !!! The fence is beautiful!!! Miro's recommendations on what needed to be done and/or his recommendations was very helpful. I will recommend A & A to all of my friends, family and co-workers. Will use them again .

It went great. The gate and fence look great and are built around existing railroad ties much cleaner than the previous fence. Price, quality and schedule were all as promised!

It went very well. The ends job was done in 2 days.

All work was on time and professionally done and cleaned up.
