Expeditious handling of the work when they arrived with the sections. All personnel were very courteous, professional.

Ed Ludt was quick to respond to my inquiry and came out the next morning to measure and go over what I wanted. He then sent me an email quote the next day. I had a lot of questions which Ed answered very clearly and with great patience. The crew wasn't available on the day originally set up to start due to a delay on there current job but a new start date was given just a couple of days later and they completed the job in 1 1/2 days. There were just a couple of minor things that needed changing and Ed had the crew come back right away to take care of. Ed kept me informed of the progress and procedure every step of the way and is a big asset for this company. The crew provided high quality work and I would highly recommend this company. This company provided excellent service from the beginning to the end of the project.

They were wonderful. They did a good job. Unfortunately, they cut the louvre table but in all fairness to them it wasn’t really their fault. They did the fence reasonably. It really looked nice. I would call them again if I will do another fence work.

They did a good job and cleaned up very well. The only problem I found was I think I needed a space joint (don't know the official term) as I have gotten a crack across the width.

Not long after they put in the driveway, it started cracking. I had them out to show them where the driveway was cracking and they said it was normal. Now, in 2014, the driveway is separating. They only offered me a 1 year warranty as well.

A and A 's representative showed up on time, walked us through all the things we needed to know about how the fence would be built, how and where it would be stained and varnished, etc. We wanted the fence to be completed by the 11th of July as we were leaving town that weekend. A few days after we accepted their bid, they had someone on the property marking the utility lines. They were scheduled to start work on the fence itself on the 9th, but due to another job cancellation, were able to start on the 7th. They performed the majority of their work in one day. They came back a second day to box in the steel supporting poles with wood and finish the repair work on the gate. Everyone we worked with was professional and thorough. If you need to replace your old, worn fence, I would highly recommend you include A and A in your bidding process.

Response to my initial call was fast, within a few hours. Scheduled an estimate (along with a couple of other companies). Estimate was done and presented. I had them rework on the format/details of the estimate a few times so it gave me the information i wanted. Their price is fair, not low but competitive. I would classify them as in the upper 25% price range wise.... The actual installation was scheduled pretty quickly. Some of the other companies I had spoke to had much longer lead times. To give you an example, one company wanted to set an estimate date 4 weeks out from the phone call! Lead time with them was 45 days! Baloney!!! They scheduled the install for 2 weeks. I was home for the install and the crew who did my fence were nice, polite and hard working. They removed the fence the first day and started the post holes. My area of Fort Worth is a rock garden, so they ended up taking the bulk of the first day and nearly all of the 2nd day just getting the post holes done. They got some of the fence up day 2 and nearly all on Day 3. Day 4 was cap/trim and gate. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the materials and the workmanship. My only issues were: Clean-up... because of the amount of rock they jackhammered, there was a lot of rubble around the fence posts. They removed most of it, but I had them come back and rake all the rocks up since my yard was pretty much rock free and I did not want any broken windows from rocks shooting out of a lawnmower! They were prompt in their response and had it cleaned up to my satisfaction the next day. Landscaping damage... Despite warnings and instructions to NOT destroy grape vines along the fence line in the garden area, one vine was damaged/killed. Honestly, this was a huge disappointment for me as Grapevines take several years to mature enough to produce and that vine had been 8 years old. They apologized of course.... but there was no compensation or replacement for that vine.... that is the one black mark they had. Sprinkler system damage... a couple of lines were broken and unearthed. These were fixed and repaired by them promptly and the lines uncovered were re-buried. The cleanup and sprinkler I considered standard and par for the course when replacing a fence. Even the landscaping damage is to be expected. With the one exception, everything was fixed and back to as it was before they got there and they never complained. Their response was prompt and complete with followup.... So overall, I will give them A's in the categories above, except price because they are not cheap low priced.. but a B overall since they did kill my vine and did not replace with a new one or offer any kind of resolution on that other than an apology. I would use them again despite that and recommend them to anyone needing a new fence. I have received many compliments on the fence itself from friends and neighbors.

The service was estimated by a representative name Dakon. He was great. He provided professional serivce and a competative quote. the installation was performed on time with only two issues and they were with the small 3 ft gates at the front and rear. they were not stained correctly. We called Dakon and he immediately had someone out to fix them. the final result is terriffic and my wife loves the gate. I would definitely recommend them again

This was the second time I have had them come to work on part of my fence (doing it in pieces) and as usual did an excellent job. I'm sure I could have had it done cheaper but not for the quality of the work. They told me they would let me know during the week when they could come out but instead they just came and got it done!

They got it done quickly. They were a little less expensive than the other ones I've had an estimate on.

Replaced my entire wooden fence in one and a half days in a very professional manner. It looks great and they cleaned up nicely. Nice follow up to ensure my satisfaction.

We had called several fence companies from Angie's List and asked for a quote on very simple chain link fence. Two straight runs of 368' total, no gates. We had received quotes of $15 and $16 a foot, then a quote for $11 a foot that we went with on March 26. We received the quote from A and A in email on 3-30 for $3060, approximately $8.32 a foot. Depending on when they could have started, we probably would have gone with this company had we not already signed a contract. Sometimes it pays to be patient. We still got a great fence at a good price, but we probably spent a little more than we had to.

They are very affordable and they did a high quality job as far as the gate. The workmanship on the gate they put up was good and their service was good. As far as responsiveness with questions or concerns, they would always get back with me quickly.The overall service was very good. I would recommend them anytime. They got delayed a little bit because they installed a gate at a certain day and then it got too late but it was no big deal.

I wouldn't use them again. I didn't end up doing the concrete work, but then went up on price for the fence. I also had an issue getting a receipt for them. They told me when they were going to come out and ended up coming out a week earlier, so it was a little inconvenient. They did do a fair job on the fence.
