Description of Work: I bought contract, but last honest guy that knew what he was doing left company. They claimed they did service, but failed to check coolant, failed to properly maintained system. They sabatoged my system. Then refused to honor my contract after they system failed due to lack of coolant froze unit in my ceiling. They lazy a** guy they sent out was too heavy to even get up the ladder, used MY ladders and didn't want me to watch. Spring service on 2 units completed in under 40 minutes? No, don't think so. I spent thousands in repair of ceoling, water remediation and repairs. Owner refused to speak with me, let his crazy unlicensed wife scream at me. I cannot believe they still have a texas license. Check bbb records.

Description of Work: My ac went out in the middle of a heat wave several years ago. I didn't have an ac repair person at that time and just settled with someone out of the phone book.. Biggest mistake of my life! After a several days and a couple thousand dollars later I still had no ac. I called North Texas Heating & air in desperation. The owner of the company came out himself that same day. The first company had somehow broken the compressor (which was not broken before they arrived). North Texas Heating & Air (NTHA) replaced the compressor for me and got my ac working. I have had an annual maintenance contract with them ever since. They always show up when scheduled, do honest work for honest pay. I have since engaged them to replace all of the duct work in my attic and replace the ac coil unit inside. They are the BEST!
