Good, fast, but very expensive

I received a call from the company to schedule as soon as I sent the request from Angies List. They proceeded to ask what would be a good date and I said that my husband would be best to talk to and she offered to call him. I thought that was very professional. We scheduled them to come out Friday and the tech showed up on time. He placed a Roto Rooter Matt at the front door and placed red socks over his shoes and asked politely if he could come in. He then proceeded to explain how he needed to scope out the area that I needed work on. I showed him the drain that needed work and he did a great job completing it. He even had to cut into my pipe to get where he needed to get but was able to do it all in a timely manner with no mess or eye sores. He seemed experienced and seemed like he enjoyed his job. I would call them again

We had to have our entire back yard dug up to replace this line, and Steve with mr. Rooter made sure that as little as possible was dug up. He checked all the plumbing in the house and under to ensure us that we were getting everything replaced that could need repair.

They did an excellent job and left us with a 5 year warranty, which we have had no need to use so far. The guys who came and did the work left the house clean when they were finished each day and were very friendly and professional. Great experience..

It was a reasonable price. About what we expected. They did a good job and came out quickly. We were happy with what they did. Their customer service was really good. A young man did the work and he was personable.

I contacted this company the evening of 5/30/2010 which was a Sunday evening. I received a return call from the technician, Steve, within 5 minutes of my initial call. He said that he was working on a large drain issue and would not be able to get to my house for about 2 hours. I told him that my problem could wait until the next day. We set up a time for him to come by. He called back about an hour later and said that he finished the call he was on and would like to come by and at least check on the water heater issue I had. He didn't want us to go without hot water if it was something he could fix quickly. Upon arrival, he determined what the problem was and we discussed what needed replacement. The lower heating element in the water heater had failed and he gave me an estimate of what it would cost to replace the element. He did suggest that both upper and lower elements be replaced due to the upper element having to work harder to heat the water and to also replace both thermostats. He went into great detail why he recommended the replacement of all the parts. We agreed and he returned at the time he said he would and replaced all the parts mentioned. He also went the extra mile and found that the parts he would be replacing were under warranty and subtracted the warrented parts costs from the bill. He had explained that replacing all the parts now would cost much less than if he had to return and replace them separately. He was very pleasant to have working on my property and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done.

From start to finish, everything went as expected. Timely completion of the work and final bill came matched the estimated cost. Gave the crew access to the house during the day so we did not miss work. Left the house in condition they found it (didn't tracking in dirt, scratch wood floors, etc).
