Plumber called me before heading to site, the company sent me his pic and a short bio which I appreciated. He showed up a bit early, identified himself and quickly assessed the problem and had it resolved in less than an hour. It's been a while since I hired a plumber but price seemed high but he did offer me a military discount which made me happy! Thank you!

Great. He got here early and did a wonderful job.

The tech was able to run the snake through and clear the line where it could flow like was suppose. He also showed me something to pour down the sinks to keep it flowing.

After two other plumbing companies failed to fix the problem, Mr. Rooter successfully fixed it at a cost I felt was fair. I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing any time!

From the initial contact to the end of the project everything went perfectly. The initial phone contact was very reassuring, friendly and professional. Larry the technician was great, analyzed the problem and proposed solutions. The job was very well done and he cleaned after he finished the work..I would highly recommend this company.

The service was great. we called and got an appointment for Monday on a Friday. They called back with a cancellation and got a plumber to the house first thing Saturday morning. He was very nice and was in and out in two hours. I'll be calling then for all my plumbing needs. Hopefully before I break things myself.

It was wonderful we couldn't be more pleased. They installed a Hauge water softener. What I like about them was they were not in a rush and showed us how to work the system. They did this work a year ago and the system still works great and we have had no problems with it.

It went great starting with Donna who was very pleasant and accomodating. She was able to schedule Mark to come out first thing this morning. He and Mike arrived as scheduled and immediately provided a fixed estimate. They got right to work and had the sink draining freely in about 20 minutes after running their strong snake machine. I paid by check. In about an hour after my call was placed we were back in business. Thanks to Donna, Mark and Mike for a job well done. If I ever need drain cleaning I'll call Mr. Rooter.

It went fine - no problems. Kept area clean.

I have usually used another service but found the $20 coupon in the phone book and thought I would give Mr. Rooter a try. It is a simple line clean out and is usually around $90. The problem is with the answering service and on what they have been told to communicate. I was told that it was an estimated $75 and I believe she said it was per hour. She said nothing about additional fee for it being Saturday (which the other company does not charge). And I guess shame on me for not asking. I will say I received a call from Brandy telling me that she had not heard from the plumber on call and that it should be soon. I did eventually hear from the plumber and he arrived promptly. He walked in and promptly told me that the charge was $164. Wow, More than double what I was told by the service. I politely told him that was not what I was quoted. He said the service should not be quoting prices. Well they did. I did tell him I knew it was not his fault but that it was not going to work. He politely left and apologized for wasting my time. I apologized for wasting his time. I promptly called Brandy and told her what happened. She told me she was going to listen to the recording but that it was still "$75 just for showing up at the door" and implied they were going to charge me that $75. I trust they will do the right thing. I am sure they are a fine company and under different circumstances I would have been satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, the service was not forthcoming with correct information on the charges. David Nutt

I've had good results with them. They are always prompt and courteous. They clean up after themselves. They do good work. The price is a little high.

For the services provided, I feel that the price was way out of line. I will not be using their services again anytime soon.

They did a really great job. They were very professional. They showed up when they said they would come. They found the problem when I had other plumbers in the past who couldn't find the problem.

Very good,not great. The service tech was brand new to their company, was a little uncomfortable, but got the job done! He called backup and the tech who came helped the newbie, but both did a very good job of taking care of our needs!!

Service guy was very professional, courteous, respectful. It was a disgusting situation, where sewer drainage backed up into bathtub. The sight and smell were horrid. Service tech, never made me feel embarrassed but assured me that this was a common occurrence in older homes, and that he would have the problem fixed by the time he left. He was there about an hour & half. He scoped with camera both the sewer lines (too and from house). He also checked out my water heater as part of a generalized safety inspection. Once the blockage was removed and the like drained, he turned on the tub and helped flush / rinse out the tub so the sewer gunk was washed away. That left me with only having to sanitize it with bleach and then soap and hot water. I think I went a little overboard with cleaning the tub, did the bleach and soap/water several times. That was 2 years ago and have not had any other problems with sewer line.

A hidden water line in a wall was leaking. Initial attempts to locate the leak late one night were unsuccessful. The next morning, the initial plumber and his supervisor came, found the leak and repaired it quickly. Great service, great personnel, and really reasonable price. I certainly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Nothing. Mr. Rooter should resolve by removing their comment from a non-customer. If needed, I will try.

I had some pipes crack with the last big freeze and called a different company the next day. This other company started the work, then told me they would come back the next day to finish, but wouldn't be able to give me an estimate until then. After he left, I got a call telling me they don't work on manufactured homes. So I called Mr Rooter and Johnathan came out. He spent more time under the house to determine the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate. Then completed the job. When checking another leak, he discovered a much bigger problem that we hadn't seen and he tried to correct it as well. Unfortunately, to completely fix it, he'll have to come back again with an extra charge, but the quote for this part is not bad, and understandable since it is beyond the scope of the first job. Before he left, Johnathan also put my skirting back on that the last plumber had removed and left off! Very friendly even though he got soaked and muddy under my house. I'll be using this company for all my future issues.

My experience with Mr. Rooter was fantastic from start to finish. The ladies that answer the phone (Brandy and Donna) were so professional and I felt like a valued customer from the beginning. The other two companies I called either told me how busy they were, or were completely indifferent to my situation and didn't seem to care if I used their service or not. I explained my problem of washing machine backing up into kitchen sink, as well as visible water standing in the sewer clean-out. My assigned plumber was Tim, and he was awesome - prompt, courteous and highly knowledgeable. The first day, after snaking the sewer to the main, he tested the washing machine and all was well. That evening when I attempted more loads of laundry, the water continued to back up into the sink, but not the clean-out as before. I called this morning to request another visit, and again was treated as a valued and important customer. Tim came back out soon after and snaked the line inside. Problem is now solved. I actually had two separate issues to be addressed, and sometimes that's just how it goes. Advice to those of you with home warranty companies: Don't let them send their low bid, F rated plumbing contractors to your home. That's what mine tried to do, and I absolutely refused. Tell them you want to find your own plumber and ask for an authorized reimbursement. It takes some time on the phone, but well worth it. After this great experience, I will not use or recommend any other plumber than Mr. Rooter.

Their service was great. When you call you get someone on the phone right away which I appreciate. They get someone out on time. They do not do any work until they quote you a price that you okay. They run a very professional business.

I was gonna call and have them do it. He was very professional. I was impressed with that. I tried to call him back to fix an issue I had with my water heater and he was just out of pocket. He apologized for that, too. I would have gone with him if I could have gotten him but he just wasn't available. They were gonna do the brand that I wanted. He had good things to say about it and they had had good experience with it. He got back promptly with the estimate, he mailed it to me.

When the plumber dug the trench for the new propane line he accidentally cut a sprinkler line and wiring. He repaired both the line and wiring but missed one wire. When we began using the sprinklers in the spring one of the zones was not working. I called to see if the could come out find out why the sprinkler zone was not working. They told me that they do not work on sprinkler systems and were not responsible for any damage when the new line was put in. I dug up the line my self and was able to find the wire that he missed in about four hours. I was very pleased with the plumber during the initial service. He was very professional and knowledgable. He went above and beyond by fixing the sprinklers he accidentally cut. I was disappointed in the CSR during the follow up. If she had been willing to at least send the plumber out to show me where the line he cut was located. It would have saved me hours of digging trying to locate it.
