"I explained to Maria that my kitchen, living, dining, laundry/pantry and guest bathroom floors were just replaced, that it was dusty and that I needed it cleaned. She agreed to two people for 3 hours. One person showed up (yes, I paid for 2). I told her to start cleaning the kitchen, the cabinets and the countertops first. Then the pantry/laundry shelves. And then move on to the other areas. A second person came after 2 hours. They both left 25 minutes early after claiming they were done cleaning. I later opened a drawer in my kitchen to find that the drawer had not even been opened and it was extremely dusty. I Maria and complained only to get a response that they only clean the "outside" cabinet doors, not inside. REALLY? Why would anyone hire you to clean outside the cabinet doors if they still have to clean inside the cabinet?? Especially when I clearly explained to you what I need done. I did not get the service I paid for, which was 2 people to clean for 3 hours. I now have to clean everything because who knows what was really cleaned and what wasn't. Waste of my money and time. Be careful about the service they say that they will provide. I certainly did not get it."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
