Description of Work: Called to reschedule my appointment the day before they were suppose to come out and give me an estimated.

Description of Work: Removed old gutters, power-washed and caulked whole house, replaced damaged and rotted wood, painted all wood, doors, soffit and fascia, and installed new gutters with leaf guards. They did a super job! The salesman Chris was in constant contact with me, and they were very responsive to my specific requests. I was very glad to have the same company do the gutters as well as the painting.

Description of Work: They replaced all the fiberboard with Harby cement board, replaced a number of rotten 4x4 used as trim up through the brick, repainted and rehung all gutters, replaced any rotten fascia and soffits, recaulked, removed a thoroughly rotten covered patio enclosure. | |The reason I contacted them in June is I suffered some storm damage to my roof and the replacement required removal and reinstallation of the gutters. They cut me a very reasonable price on both the roofing and gutters, and I expect the same level of quality.

Description of Work: They painted my chimney. The appraiser was very nice and professional. The work performed was excellent and everything was cleaned up after they were done.

Description of Work: I contacted them for an estimate on inside painting of my kitchen and other rooms in the house. When the came to look at the house, the main objective was to tell us how bad our exterior was regarding gutters, wood framing and painting. They immediately had an estimate for the exterior and had to mail us an estimate for the interior. They tried to convince us that we needed the exterior done immediately. They had little concern about what I had requested to be done (the kitchen). The pricing for both exterior and interior was exorbitant. The pricing alone for the kitchen was $6000 more than two other bids I received. I didn't appreciate the way they handled to meeting.

Description of Work: Replaced outside patio walls with backer board and painted it, replaced a soffet that had rotted and painted it and repainted an area around the garage that was peeling. |Everyone was very quick to respond to any of our concerns and they really worked with us to get the most work done within our budget. We were very pleased with all the work that was done.

Description of Work: I called to request an estimate to investigate a clogged gutter and patch drywall and was advised they had a minimum fee of $350 and that the division that handles the gutter is separate from the division that does drywall so it would have been a minimum fee of $700. Just FYI this company only handles larger jobs

Description of Work: They took off the old roof and put on the new one. They did this all by 2:00pm in one day. They were very nice and followed up and sent me a small gift as well. I called a year later thinking I had a leak and they were prepared to come out at no charge. I determined I didn't have a leak so they didn't need to come out.
