Their quotes are realistic and reasonable. I have used them twice now and has gone well both times. The crews are extremely professional. They are on time, courteous, and informative.

Squirrels ate through our soffits to try to go into the attic. Our old gutters were leaking so badly that it ruined soffit/fascia/siding boards. We also had not painted the outside of our home and that was overdue. We called Phillips. They were very responsive, thorough, and professional. After we decided to go with them for the job, everything was scheduled. Phillips again was very thorough, professional, did a quality job as they promised. They exceeded our expectations. The quality and speed of work was fantastic! Our home is now beautiful again on the outside.

They were efficient and professional. The job was done right on my schedule.

I obtained quotes from two other painters and one gutter company. All were impressive and would have been a little less money, but I was more comfortable with having only one company to deal with. Everyone from Phillips was professional and attentive to detail - from the project estimator to every professional, including the office personnel that I talked to. They were attentive to my questions and concerns. The only very minor issue was the transposition of two numbers of my street address which fortunately was the last two numbers and not the first two. They adjusted their schedule to return the day before the heavy rains to put up the new gutters. There were a couple items of carpentry work that were on my estimate form that did not make it on their worksheet and they did not hesitate to accomplish the work. They even fixed another item that the estimator and I had missed. The painting was done quickly, without damage to plants or brickwork, and it looks very good. The painters even decided to paint eight shutters that we were only going to pressure wash. This wasn't a big effort or an extra charge, but it shows their professionalism and desire to make the total job look good. Clean-up was complete and much appreciated. Very satisfied with Phillips and would hire them again.

They did a great job. We liked their work so well be just hired them to add gutters to our house in the next week.

We absolutely loved them. Miles Miller came to do our estimate. He was professional, prompt and informative. The work began exactly on time. It took 4 days to complete the work. The painters were always on time, worked diligently, cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day. Miles was there every day to check on the progress. We could not be happier with the work that was done or the way we were treated. We will have them back out to do some additional painting in the future. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me for a good painter.

Job was promised to be completed in 2 weeks. Also, they promised that they would only use 2 specific types of high quality paint. After 2 weeks the job was barely begun (some of the carpentry was started, but was not done correctly), they tried to invoice us anyway, and we found that they were using a third type of paint. They tried to say that the third type of paint was just as good as the other two, but it's not about the paint, it's about doing what you say you will. It took several more weeks with us trying to clarify when the work would be completed; eventually the excuse was made that the salesman did not enter the complete job in their system. By that point they moved several other jobs ahead of us that were contracted after us, causing more delays, so they didn't disappoint their other customers. After about 5 weeks the work was finally completed. The work appeared to be good quality, and they took $100 off the bill (after we asked), but it hardly makes up for the delays, hand holding, lies, and missed promises. If you need someone reliable who will do what they say they will, when they say they will, then choose someone else.

These guys were on time, did the job quickly, efficiently and cleanly. 3 years post painting it still looks great. Would definitely use these guys again.

Miles called and set up an appointment quickly after I contacted via email through Angie's List. He worked with me to keep within my budget. Gustavo and his crew arrived each day at the time promised. I was very pleased with the quality of their work, their clean up was excellent. Gustavo walked with me through the completed job to be sure I was happy and I was. He is a talented painter. Miles and Gustavo were professionals at all times and pleasant to deal with through the whole process from start to finish, addressing any questions I had and responding immediately to concerns (all of which were minor and promptly attended to). I also verified the quality of the Kelly Moore paint they used and feel comfortable it will be durable.

Removal and installation of new gutters were completed the first two days. The outside of our home was then prepped and painted the next three days. Beautiful job and very happy with the new look.

We were very pleased with them. Everything was done very well, particularly the gutters. The painting work was delayed because their machine broke down, and that was the only draw back, but the job was pretty good. They forgot a few spots of painting.

Everything went well and the gutters were installed when promised. We were not home during the installation as we did not need to be there since it was out side only and when we got home we had two minor issues. One of the downspouts was not in the correct location and one of the gutter runs was too long. So we contacted Brad and he worked with us and did not accept payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction.

This summer it was time to maintenance our gutters. The sales reps I dealt with were very nice. Randy in particular was very knowledgable and professional, and answered any questions and special requests that I had. The crew was very quick on the cleaning, sealing and install of the leaf guards. The leaf guards are the best looking that I have seen. Phillips is also very convenient in that one sales rep was able to give estimates on gutters and painting/staining. I wish I had gone with them for my staining job as well.

I have used Phillip's Painting since 1999 when I sold my former house. I was so impressed with their work then, I have never used anyone else for my painting needs. From Exterior to Interior to puttying windows to ensuring no holes for squirrels to enter, they are the consummate professionals. From the time the individual resources enter my house, until they leave for the night or the job, they are completely respectful, professional but also friendly. I worked with Robby Phillips. This is my third time to have them out in the 3+ years I have lived in this house. They do quality work for a reasonable price. Their workers are very effitcient, yet they take the time to protect the furniture and fixtures while painting. Robby gave good advice on options and costs to repair things correctly the first time. I will definitely work with them again!

Initial estimate was given professionally and knowledgeably and friendly. All aspects were reviewed and all questions were answered. The only negative was that the painters broke some of the outside plants and set their ladders in the center of other plants.

The painting crew was very professional. They arrived on time every day, took extra care to ensure that repairs were done to our satisfaction and the paint job was excellent. The only glitch was that the roofing job took too long to get scheduled and I had to make several phone calls to the salesman to get it done. The work itself was good.

The sales rep ,Jeff Hahs was very professional and thorough when we first met for the estimate, and easy to work with. As hot as it was outside, I was surprised the crew didn't show up until after 10am,late morning as opposed to early. The work was completed by the time I got home, much later in the evening. They cleaned up well. I have to admit I was no too happy with Jeff, when he didn't come down to view the final work after the job was fully completed. I had to call the next morning and ask, are they done? He said he hadn't heard from Antonio yet and began to ask what the area of my home looked like, such as did they clean up? When I said yes they did but there are still boards here and then he said Antonio will come and get those, he must have completed the job. I began to tell him about a few areas that just were bothering me in regards to the nails not fitting flush with the hardy board. Jeff stated that the carpenter/painter, Antonio commented on how it was hard for the nail to go through the board or something to that affect. I would of liked for him to let me show him what I was talking about, instead of him telling me to wait on Antonio and have him look at it when Antonio comes to pick up the 5 large sheets of board that were not used. I didn't feel like waiting around, and felt that Jeff should of come to my home and looked at the work, attend to my concerns and I pay him. Instead I paid him over the phone and would of liked the courtesy of his time. I paid a lot of money, without any follow up. **After speaking with family and having them view the work, I was a little harsh in giving Jeff a C for professionalism. I will give him a B. He did a good job, but when it came to the end of the job, coming to my home, listening to my concerns and viewing the final product would have satisfied me much more. ****spoke with the manager of Phillips Painting and Roofing, Randy,and after our discussion in regards to my concerns and compliments, I would consider hiring Phillips again.

It went very well. We accepted their proposal and will be getting our home repainted in tha next couple of weeks.

They did a very good job. Only complaint was that they did not protect the cement under the garage doors and so there is a line of paint on the cement.

Their employees were very professional -Could not ask for better!

Punctual, clean. professional. A little disappointed with the gutters but I was paying more attention to the paint and woodwork during the bid so partially my fault.

Knowledgeable and professional sales rep that was on time for appointment. We chose a company with a better price.
