Phillips did some interior painting for us, and they did an excellent job. The workers came and left on time each day and finished the job on schedule at a fair price. They took great care to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it.

We have used Phillips Painting several times and the service is always prompt, professional and courteous. We have specifically dealt with Robby Phillips who works very well with his customers and makes sure the job is completed properly.

Did not use. Found out from another company that we just needed gutters and downspouts cleaned to fix problem.

They power washed all surfaces to be painted. Recaulked around all the windows where the frames meet the brick. Masked off the entire house so as not to get spray on any brick, windows, or shingles. They hand painted a closed-in porch that involved a lot of additional labor. Randy, the salesman, was on top of everything. He and his operations staff kept us informed of the scheduling and kept in touch with the crew so they seem to know exactly what their crew is doing and where they are at all times. Francisco, the crew leader made sure I knew exactly what they would be doing, and followed up with making sure to inform me of everything that was done. I would highly recommend Phillips as a professional and efficient company.

I cannot find an adjective to describe how excellent this experience was. From the first contact with Miles, to the promptness with which they began the project after we approved the bid, the professionalism of the painters, it was a terrific experience all around. I have heard so many negative stories regarding contractors. I never expected to be this pleased with my experience. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone!

I was extremely happy with their work. They customer service was initially exceptional. I had a lot of work being done and I also had some things being done at my house by other people. So coordination of these stuff was very challenging and they were made it very easy. The coordination of work was wonderful, the crew themselves and the clean up was phenomenal.

David Watson took care of the quote and the follow up. He did a great job. The crew was prompt and finished faster than promised. They did a fantastic job with our house. I would definitively use them again.

I was pleased with the service provided by Phillips Gutters. They were on time, came back out when I had questions before I decided to go with them. The price was comparable to others I got bids from. The gutters looked great. They also help us change some down spout locations to attempt to avoid pools of water when it rains. The only issue I had was the workmen damaging some railroad tiles on the side of our house. But the overall service provided was good.

Work was good but it was very expensive. Had to stay on representative to complete the follow up. Phillips bids on two other large home projects were way more expensive than the other bids we received forcing us to go with two other companies for those jobs.The company seems overwhelmed with jobs and stetched too thin to focus adequately on customer service.

The company was so busy with jobs they seemed overwhelmed and spread too thin. Customer service suffers when this happens. We had two other large home improvements they we have awarded to two other companies that were more reasonable priced.

Initially quoted me $2,200 to paint, repair, sand and caulk the outside of my house which was fine with. I like the guy that came out, he seemed like a really nice guy that's why I had chosen them. The estimator told me up front that if they found lead there would be an initial charge of $1,400 and they did end up finding lead, which, I was okay with paying the additional cost. I signed a contract and everything but then a week later they came back and told me they were unable to do the job because of the lead. I'm not out any money, I am just disappointed with their decision making.

At the time of his visit, he said his brochures about the shingles were buried in the back of his truck under the tool box. He promised to email me a brochure since he didn't have any samples with him either. I emailed Ryan three (3) times asking for the brochure he promised to email me. No response. I finally went on their web site and "chatted" with someone, telling them I was disappointed in the lack of response from Ryan. Later that day I received a phone call telling me Ryan would get back to me soon. The next day I received the brochure via email. I had some more questions and emailed back. I received an email saying he was busy and would get back to me soon. I never heard anymore. Obviously, Phillips does not want my business. I feel like my house is too small for them to be bothered with and wish they would have been honest enough to say so and not waste my time. I would give them an "F" for professionalism but felt that would be a little harsh. Now I have to find another roofer.

They did fantastic work. We have still got some touch up work to do but the weather has been against it. We have had a harder winter than we usually have and we have to have a certain temperature because of the painting. They did a super job and it looks fantastic. It was pretty expensive because we had lead painting on the house and they had to do the EPA stuff which was $2,000, but we were very pleased with the work that they did. It looks really good. They do very good work. They keep their word and they keep in touch.

They were extremely professional. They came with covers on their shoes. They did an absolutely fabulous job. We went through all sorts of custom paints and they really went above and beyond doing the work we asked them for. They do great at consulting with colors and what would be beneficial. I highly recommend them. They were on time and finished on time as well. We will be using them in the future.

It was great. Everything was fine. Did estimate in about 30 minutes.

Dave Turk came when he said he would to prepare an estimate. He was easy to work with and answered any and all of our questions.The painters were able to start the next week. Dave stayed in touch with any questions for us or from us. The painters did a great job. We are very happy and will recommend Phillips to all our friends. Working with Dave Turk and Phillips Painting is easy and stress free. We will be calling on them again for other work on our house.

Phillips Painting did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the results and the workers were very nice and did a good job of keeping the mess contained. They put down plastic everywhere they walked and also kept other areas of our master bath clean (like tub and sinks) from texture over-spray. Would most definitely hire again!
