Mr. Duct Cleaner is a professional air duct and HVAC system cleaning company serving Collin County, Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding areas. We clean your air ducts, furnace and coils, sanitize your system, clean your dryer vents, seal your ductwork to reduce air leakage, and sanitize your system. We only use our background checked, State of Texas registered technicians to clean your air duct systems. Because we are a licensed HVAC contractor, we can go above just cleaning ducts and clean your entire system, including the furnace/air handling unit. As always, Angie's List members are eligible for service discounts! We clean entire air duct systems to reduce allergens and dust in your home, clean out clogged dryer vents to reduce the chance of fire, and seal ductwork to reduce electric bills. Because of our quick response time, fair pricing and 100% guarantee on our work, we stay pretty busy. All of our pricing is agreed to up-front, before any work begins. All of our employees show up in uniform and drive our marked vehicles. We will treat you, your home and property with the respect and courtesy Angie's List members have come to expect from us. We are licensed with the State of Texas as an air conditioning contractor (TACLB00044880E), which allows us to clean your entire indoor and outdoor AC system as well as ducts. Also, we offer discounts of 10% to senior citizens, active or retired military, police, fire department and teachers. We also offer free antimicrobial treatment (sanitizing) to Angie's List members to reduce germs, mold, mildew and fungus with each air duct cleaning. .

Description of Work: They cleaned all supply and return air ducts, cleaned the grills and return plenums. They had to cut the return grill covers loose since they were painted to the wall. The serviceman was very careful about removing the vent covers and cleaning up afterwards. They also had to use a 20' ladder to clean the supply vent in the high foyer ceiling and living room. They re-glued some fallen insulation in one return plenum and sanitized the entire system.

That is a great deal! Thanks for hiring us! It is usually recommended to clean the entire system. Cleaning the ducts will help, but there is also the furnace that heats and cools the air that needs attention. Some duct cleaning companies don't mention this because an HVAC license is required to clean the furnace. And if they don't have one, they can't clean that area. We are licensed and have cleaned thousands of furnaces.

With our Angie's List offers we are the one of the lowest priced air duct system cleaning companies that can clean not only the ducts but the air handlers/furnace as well. I think all the ads for the $ 99.00 whole house duct cleaning from the bait and switch companies sets a bad idea of the real price of skilled labor.

Thanks for the work and the review! Often we clean dryer vents in conjunction with air duct system cleaning. But, we also clean them as a stand alone project, like we did for this member. Over time, lint can clog the exit or accumulate at 90 degree turns, partially or completely blocking air flow. In the spring, we remove a lot of bird nests that have made their way into the vent.

Description of Work: The team completed a thorough cleaning of our air ducts and A/C system as we were moving into a new-to-us home. We wanted to remove old dust, allergens and start fresh. The guys did a great job doing as much as possible through the attic in order to cut as few vents as possible. Where they did cut, it was clean and barely noticeable. I did have to go track down an A/C filter during their service appt. wish I'd been advised to have that on hand (kind of a duh moment but I had never had this service before so it never crossed my mind). They did a good job cleaning up after their work. We were pleased. It's true that the A/C blows much cooler air after a cleaning!
