It went okay. They came and did the work and were very pleasant to deal with. The only problem is that we have been having residue blow out of our vents for many months since this service was performed. Perhaps in some areas, it only loosened the accumulation. I have not had this done before, so perhaps this is normal. However, my expectation was that when they were done, there might be a brief bit of that, but not such a long period. I'm not recalling as I write this the exact date. I did check that I would recommend them, and I would. But just something to discuss with them in advance based on our experience.

Mr. Duct was fine, no problem. I assume the price was an “A”, because I don’t remember. Quality was fine. I think two people came out, but I don’t remember. They’re professional and reliable. This was my first experience with them.

They did a good job. They were thorough. The only reason I gave a fair on punctuality is because they arrived late and then left once they got there to go to the store. It was a little frustrating...

They did a great job. It costs more than anticipated but there were more vents to clean. Will definitely hire them again as the place smells cleaner and less dust. They also identified issues a hole in the roof up in the attic and mold present; and provided a report as requested. It took while to get that response but we needed it to send to our landlord who did keep the house maintained.

On-time, professional, and cleaned up at the end. Could not ask for much more.

I got a call a short time later saying they would be able to fit me in today... which was awesome. Jason and his crew arrived right on time (they called able 30 minutes in advance) and proceeded to get my very clogged vent pipe unclogged. I thought they did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy that they were able to get to me the same day I called. I can recommend them with out reservation to anyone else needing this type of service. I may even have them out at some point to clean my AC Ducts

Very well. The technicians even completed the HVAC cleaning in the pouring rain. The biggest challenge is that they cannot show you what they 'cleaned' out of your ducts. At least that is what the technicians told me. They said they could not open the shop vac. I think that was to contain the dust and allergens.

The owner answered when I called and he was very helpful. He addressed all my questions and provided far pricing for the services. The crew was timely and did a great job!
