Mr. Duct Cleaner is a professional air duct and HVAC system cleaning company serving Collin County, Dallas, Fort Worth and surrounding areas. We clean your air ducts, furnace and coils, sanitize your system, clean your dryer vents, seal your ductwork to reduce air leakage, and sanitize your system. We only use our background checked, State of Texas registered technicians to clean your air duct systems. Because we are a licensed HVAC contractor, we can go above just cleaning ducts and clean your entire system, including the furnace/air handling unit. As always, Angie's List members are eligible for service discounts! We clean entire air duct systems to reduce allergens and dust in your home, clean out clogged dryer vents to reduce the chance of fire, and seal ductwork to reduce electric bills. Because of our quick response time, fair pricing and 100% guarantee on our work, we stay pretty busy. All of our pricing is agreed to up-front, before any work begins. All of our employees show up in uniform and drive our marked vehicles. We will treat you, your home and property with the respect and courtesy Angie's List members have come to expect from us. We are licensed with the State of Texas as an air conditioning contractor (TACLB00044880E), which allows us to clean your entire indoor and outdoor AC system as well as ducts. Also, we offer discounts of 10% to senior citizens, active or retired military, police, fire department and teachers. We also offer free antimicrobial treatment (sanitizing) to Angie's List members to reduce germs, mold, mildew and fungus with each air duct cleaning. .

Description of Work: They cleaned all the vents and the furnace. The deal was $300 but the charge for additional vents was almost as much as the deal. However they did do a good job and it has made a difference with our allergies.

Description of Work: The were to come to our house and clean out the dryer vent because the dryer would not function to dry cloths. The brought there equipment in and connected to a drill and placed the swirling brush on the end and placed it in the vent, than they did it from the other side. they said it was complete. The issue was we continued to have the problem and I called another company who placed a camera in the vent and found a solid area of lint that got so hot that it even melted in in parts of the clog. The issue I have is that this company did not determine the length of our vent run and just used the equipment they had. The bigger issue is that they said it was done and left me a potential fire hazard. The company and people were very nice but they really need to do a better job in evaluating the conditions in a house ( many homes differ) and tell us if they can solve or recommend another company.

Description of Work: Saw this Big Deal and since we've never had our Dryer duct cleaned since installed in 2002, signed up for it. Sunny and his partner called to confirm day/time and arrived on time. Did an excellent job in moving and cleaning vent behind dryer, as well as going into attic to clean out upstairs vent as well. Advised we're best served to do this at least every 2-3 years, and we'll definitely call them back to do it! Very pleased.
