Mr Duct Cleaner

They did not reattach one of the ducts totally so we were not getting heat in our bedroom and called our HVAC company to look into it as we did not think about attributing it to the getting the vents cleaned. So it cost an extra $100 to get that fixed. So if you use this company make sure they reattach all of your vents or call them first if you are having a problem with air flow as they sure will not credit you for having someone clean up their work

I had purchased the package deal for duct cleaning. There were an additional ducts which added another $300 plus additional $50 for cleaning drain pan/registers/sealing ducts on both units. Total cost altogether came to $1003.62. I was happy that they did a great job even though it costs more than originally planned. The detailed report as requested helps me with dealing with my landlord.

Two man crew. Arrived on time and got right to work. Completed everything in around three hours. They were very efficient and didn't leave a trace.

They came in and explained on whats going to be done one of inflow /outflow vents was not included in the price and they explained it will be 30 dollars additional for each vent . I asked them to clean that as well .. at the end they said they would not charge me extra and job well done.

Professional company. Completed work as performed and job didn't take very long at all. Would recommend. Reminded us of the use of candles, how the smoke can create such dirty vents along with walls. Thank you.

All went well just as promised. They were fast and friendly. The job was completed with very little mess. We have noticed a big difference in the air quality, the house is 16 years old and I doubt the ducts had ever been cleaned.

Communication was good, and scheduling time was reasonable. Their staff was friendly and lead worker who came to the house did a good job explaining and answering any questions I had. I purchased the deal to clean the furnace and it took about 5 minutes so I feel like $150 was a little expensive for that, and I would not get it again unless I knew the system was really dirty.

They did a wonderful job, I could see all the ducts and vents were clean.

They were prompt and very professional and friendly. They proceeded performing their tasks and cleaned up after themselves.

The guys were on time and explained to us what they were going to do. He said that he would also look at our furnace to see if there were any issues and he found none. They were very polite and professional. They wore booties and laid down plastic to protect the carpet from any debris that might occur. I will be using them in the future and will also be scheduling to have our downstairs done as well.

Very professional. Explained to me what they would be doing and how long it would take for each room. I work from home. I couldn't be away from my office too long. They did my office first. I was very pleased with the cleaning and noticed the difference right away when my air conditioner kicked on and off.

Duct cleaner is very professional. Timely response and easy to coordinate. Very flexible with available timings. Unlike other cleaners, will get a time which is 1-2 weeks rather than month later with other providers. Good communication day before and day of arrival about what time they will be coming in to perform the cleaning. Clearly explained what he is going to do. Counted the ducts and explained me the total costs. Cost wise - I don't think you save much from taking this deal - thats why "C" on Price. However work-wise, these guys perform quality work, great cleanup after work, perform the work in the agreed on time so you don't have to take off from work multiple times.

Jason and his crew were very professional, courteous, and careful not to ding any walls or door jambs. They clean-up completely and did a great job. They also cleaned each of the vent grills and I appreciate that. With tax it was $378 for 18 vents and took the three man crew a little over an hour to complete. I would use their services again.

The crew did a very nice job. They were on time (actually a little early!) and were very professional in their approach to our home. They even took extra precautions because we have a 6month old baby in the home. They explained that our unit in the attic will need cleaned eventually, but did not pressure us into doing so that day; they said that we'll want to have it looked at within the next year or so; saving us some money. We were charged about an extra $100 because we had more ducts than the deal included, but we were ok with that as were weren't sure the deal would cover our whole house. Overall we were VERY satisfied with the service and would highly recommend!
