Description of Work: Wanted to get the ducts cleaned in the home. Went with them due to a duct cleaning deal. Prices were fair. Cleaned every duct but two (weren't removable, which is fine). | |Went into the furnace and said they could clean that too and it would be 350. Declined the offer. | |Good work on their primary job, but a furnace doesn't cost 350 dollars to clean.

Description of Work: The package and extra charge is by vent. I live in an old house with 2-4 vents per room. At $25 per vent it gets ridiculously expensive. I would have used a different vendor had I realized that. Team was nice but left screws from my vent covers everywhere

Description of Work: I used Mr. Duct Cleaner to clean all ducts and returns (17 ducts, 2 returns) in my home. There were absolutely no hidden fees or costs from what I was quoted. The cleaning job was nothing short of a great experience, very professional and polite individuals working this job (4 people, 2 top of the line vacuum machines). I even had to reschedule the day before to shift forward my appointment by 3 hours and Mr. Duct Cleaner went out of their way to swap appointment times between me and the prior client. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of service and the work team at Mr. Duct Cleaner. I definitely plan to use them again.

Description of Work: We moved into our house 3 years ago - it is now 10 years old - has never had the A/C ducts cleaned so I bought and Angies Deal. Mr. Duct was great during scheduling, showed up on time, was quick and efficient - and cleaned up after themselves! Duct Cleaning went well - it's one of those things that's hard to say a lot about, but I am glad we did it.

Description of Work: Very happy with their service even though it was my first experience with this company. The main person explained over the phone their pricing structure and agreed to a discount for being an Angie's List member. Once in my house there were more ducts to be cleaned than I realized, so the price went up from the original quote, yet they gave me a discount based on the new situation. They arrived on time and were very professional, cleaned up afterward. Would use them again.
