They called several times to verify appointment (including the night before), were very prompt, professional, clean, and quick. The work took just over an hour. They explained everything they did, problem areas, and reassured us that the unit was in good shape. Thoroughly satisfied with experience.

The entire crew, Les, Derrik and Josh where extremely courteous. Right from the introduction we where impressed. But upon completion of all the work that was done - we where even more impressed. We would absolutely use them again.

Excellent! I had been doing research for a duct cleaner 2 weeks ago & they were all priced fairly the same...around $400 for just the ducts, no vents included. Right when I had finally settled on a place to call, I noticed a coupon deal for North Texas Duct Cleaning for half price...only $200 and 10 vents cleaned free! I immediately scheduled my service & Les was able to get me in within just a few days. I was very happy with their service! Les was a great on communicating & following up, and the service was excellent! Very professional and quick. I have been in this house for ten years (it's a 50 yr old house) & I know that the vents had not been cleaned in ten years..if ever. The main problems I was having was one hot room in the house & things getting dusty very quickly (within a week). I have noticed a big improvement on both parts & am very thankful to Les and his company for their excellent service!

The crew was efficient and extremely competent. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional, knew what their jobs were and started right away. Their jobs were completed efficiently and well. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and will use them again.

Les and his crew did a great job. They arrived on time, did a walk-through, and then got to work. Les provided me with an updated estimate based on the number of vents that we have. He and the 2 crew members that he brought were courteous in explaining everything that they do. The whole process took about 3 hours. They are thorough and do the job right. They were also careful to clean up after themselves and even wore booties over our carpet so as not to get it dirty.

Went very will. Les called me early on to say a previous job was taking longer than planned and that they would be up to 30-minutes later than scheduled. That was acceptable to me. I would suggest to Les that when they schedule to give a window ( 1 - 2pm) of time rather than a specific time given the nature of his business. I was concerned that they would do a less than quality job because of the 50% discount, but they treated my job as if I was paying 50% more. I will use them in the future and will recommend them to all my friends.

Les is a great professional guy and was very punctual, clean and service oriented for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. He came with one another person and did the job in about 3-4 hours. one of my A/C units is really old and was possibly causing lot of dust in the carpet as the ducts and units were never cleaned before. Fortunately it did not seem to have any molds. He also cleaned the unit itself which was obviously dirty due to aging and treated the system with anti allergen. I was happy with the work and signed him up for carpet cleaning and was scheduled next week as per my schedule. As usual they showed up on time and the carpets look good and was done in an hour or so except some tough spots which got lightened but didn't go away completely. I would recommend him for the job to anybody who wants to get the work done.

My air ducts had not been cleaned since I moved in (maybe never) and the house was built in '73, so they were really yucky! I saw mold growing on the foyer vent about 14 feet up and knew I had to call someone. I found Les and North Texas Duct Cleaning on Angies List! I called to schedule a cleaning the next week( that was as soon as I could do it). Les and his two guys were punctual and professional. The first thing we did was go through the entire house to identify the vents/returns, I had about 26. They put down a drop cloth and their equipment in the dining room, then proceeded to remove all vents/returns to take outside to clean with some miracle cleanser that also inhibits mold re-growth, I think. . While they were drying, the guys cleaned / vacuumed out all v/r and then sprayed an antibacterial agent through them, twice, also to inhibit mold. Before they turned on the machine, they told me it would be pretty loud and may bother my dogs, I thought that was very nice. It didn't. They then repainted any discolored v/r and replaced them, even replacing old stripped out screws for me! Twice during the removal of v/r, rat poop fell out on one of the guys, pretty gross, but he just smiled and went on! Les also informed me of some things I should keep an eye on such a changing a filter I did not know I even had, and that the air flow from a certain vent was not the temp. it should be. Because of this I called my ac guy and found I did indeed have a problem there. I was very happy with their work, however, later that night, after they had gone I found a return we had all overlooked, I called Les and he came over the next day, cleaned it as all the others and did not charge me for it! I would recommend North Texas Duct Cleaning to anyone!!

Contacted company by phone on Friday April 30th. Talked with owner Les Clow. Received est. cost and scheduled the service for May 3rd. Mr. Clow and crew arrived on time. Very professional crew. Completed service and cleaned up all work areas.

Les followed up immediately with my request for quote, they arrived at my house on time, they were very careful and professional, and came in under budget.

This company is quality. Les was very knowledgeable, upfront, honest and professional from start to finish. They gave me an estimate, scheduled the work and completed the job seamlessly. Their price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire them again without any hesitation.
