Mr Duct Cleaner

Les appeared promptly despite it being a day of continuous downpours. He was courteous, professional, and very detailed in describing the complete service. We counted the number of vents and returns and agreed on the price. His crew showed up exactly on time and cleaned all of the ductwork thoroughly; although I forgotten I wanted it, they added in the dryer vent (which had not been cleaned in years) for a small surcharge. Once the job was complete, they called me and explained where they had found and treated for mold, etc. I was especially pleased that they had disassembled the blower units in the attic and cleaned them. They also found and repaired several torn air ducts, including one that had become detached from the a/c unit. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

They couldn't clean all the ducts just because of the way my house is configured. They were going to charge me $700 to do what they could do and I have a 1500 square foot house so there were very few ducts. It was bit of a rip off. They finally did the job, they just pulled stuff out. They were really young guys and seemed inexperienced. I won't recommend them to anyone though they did not do anything wrong. I just think it was not worth the money. They were punctual and polite.

North TX Duct Cleaning did a FABULOUS job cleaning out all our ducts. They were right on time for their estimate and the scheduled cleaning. In regards to their professionalism -- they were courteous, clean, timely, followed up immediately and overall did a wonderful job. Their estimate was right in line with the 3 others that I received and what got them the job was the overall feel I got from the owner and his team during phone conversations and in person. I would highly recommend them (which I already have) and will use them again the next time around!

We were very happy with the people working here. The work was done very satisfactorily. The price was very competitive. We would use them in the future.

Arrived within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment. Two-man team was very professional and pleasant. Took care to cover areas under ducts and clean up after themselves. Only one complaint: Paint was chipped off one vent cover when technician was cleaning it outside. I did point it out to the technician, but he stated he thought it was already chipped. It wasn't. Score: A- Update: Les Clow contacted me about my original report re paint chipped off of one air duct when tech was cleaning it. He said he would be happy to replace on the next day. His tech arrived at the arranged time, replaced the duct, and gave me a free container of odor neutralizer for my trouble. Les went above and beyone my expectations and I highly recommend him and his company. I will definitely use them in the future!

The overall experience was excellent! From my first voice message to the team exiting the property, I only have good thing to say. Indeed, they arrived on time and presentable. We did a tour of the house and review again the estimate together. The owner, Les explained me in details his work and how it will applicable in my house. What was more amazing to me is that they came with absolutely clean equipment and wore shoes protectors every time they enter the house. They set up their supply on a moving blanket in order to not dirty or scratch my hard wood floor. I even saw the owner clean the wheel on his machine before moving it to the different room in the house. They offered to my husband to come see what they were doing in the attic with the furnaces. We were not sure at the time if the dryer vent needed to be cleaned or not - so Les suggested to take a look at it with his video camera. It was great to be able to see the dust accumulated in the vent. Turned out we had the dryer vent cleaned up. I am very pleased with their services as they were on time, polite, respectful of the new house we just moved it. We also had some other crews working in the house. And they were able to perform around them. They completed their job very well and honored the estimate and more as they took time to explain me their work that they are clearly passionate about. And they master it! I will recommend them to a friend and use it again.

I made an assumption in how to calculate their pricing, which was incorrect. Therefore, the final cost was higher than what I expected. However, the amount of dust in my home has been greatly reduced and this has helped me get past the price.

Very professional on the phone and on the job. Arrived On-Time! and took about 3 hours to complete the job. A few ducts and one supply plenum had old mold growth which concerned me. Les gave me a detailed explanation on his cleaning and sanitizing process that allayed my fears. They covered around the registers and cleaned up afterward. The job did require some extra cleaning effort and sanitizing spray; but everything was clean as a whistle when Les and his crew of two were done. He even gave me tips on sealing the fiberboard behind the registers. Great attention to detail-- Les noticed and corrected one 3-way register that was re-installed facing the wrong way. Glad I chose Les to do the job! He earns and deserves all the A+ reviews.

They arrived slightly early, wasted no time getting started, and did a thoroughly professional job. Les identified a part that had fallen off of the furnace, so he replaced and secured that at no charge. They did a great job, covered everything that was near the registers, cleaned up afterward, and even vacuumed up some leaves that had blown into the foyer before they arrived. They're also friendly and they speak English!

Job was done on time at the price quoted. Had to move "stuff" in storage around, but put it all back in its proper place. With all the HVAC vents in the same area, I was surprised how neat and professional the job looked when they were done.

They were on time, did a complete job that was excellent. They spent extra time working inside the air conditioner to clean the cooling condenser, which at the time I did not know, but it was 90% blocked with dust. It now looks like new and the air conditioner is cooling a lot better.

Les came a little earlier than scheduled but he called to approve first. He and his team came iin and went right to work, covering furniture to disassemble vent covers and clean. The two young men with him work very hard and efficiently.

Les and his group were great. They covered everything and wore booties to keep the house clean. Les cleaned out the dryer vent and pulled a bird's nest out. My dryer is working so much better. I'm glad I had it all done.

I contacted North Texas Duct Cleaning on a Saturday and was called back instantly. I arranged to have them come when my housekeeper would be at the house and they showed on time and got finished early! Charges were right in line for where they should be and really no problems.

Owner and crew arrived on time and set to work. Care was used in keeping work areas clean. Professional and friendly without being overly solicitous. Answered my questions and got me straight on which way the air filter should be placed :) A good experience and I have recommended them to others.

Les and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt, professional, and very friendly. We noticed a difference in our home's air quality immediately. Thanks to Angie's List for offering a great "deal of the day!" I had been putting off getting the vents cleaned, but couldn't pass up this opportunity. BTW, these guys also do carpet cleaning, using ionized water like Zero Rez... no detergents. I'll be calling them again, and I'll have my dryer vent cleaned, too. Trust me, these are the kinds of people you want helping you maintain your home.

Mr. Les Clow owner. Absolutely professional, knowledgeable and personable. We discussed matters before agreeing to hire. He explained what he would do, why it needed to be done, how it would be done. We scheduled time and date. He made confirming call, arrived on time and all three men in Company shirts, clean and ready to go. I can't come up with enough positive statements. It was a pleasure to observe the coordinated work method. I provided 7 new registers to relace old ones and they washed/cleaned all the others. I was amazed of the accumulated 'clumps/dirt/dust' found. Mr. Clow spent at least an hour cleaning and suctioning the furnace/A-coil and surrounding area. The attention to detail and cleanliness was considerable. Each area was draped in plastic before vacuum was used, then cleaned and hand wiped and then a vac-cleaner was used on the carpets for any additional matter that may have fallen. We are completely pleased and satisfied. Would use them again for any additional work. Add 'plus' signs to the scores!
