Hire only them! Restored my faith in the fact that there are a few good companies still out there who want repeat business & care about price & quality of their service. The owner even came the next day when I called to ask about a clock that quit working in my garage & came out & fixed the clock! The owner, Les, even reduced the price for the previously charged sanitizer of $60.00 because I was on Angie's List. I was grateful because times are economically hard now. They are the best for quality, knowledge, & service. Will hire again most definitely.

The job was great. They were very friendly and professional. They came out multiple times, and they always arrived on time. They were very thorough in explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were upfront with their pricing. They honored a coupon I had for them. I would recommend them to anyone. I will use them again in the future.

My home was recently remodeled and needed a thorough cleaning which had to include the air ducts. The heavy duty cleaners had been scheduled for Sunday and I had to have the air ducts cleaned first. I explained this to the owner Les and he made sure he got a crew there on Friday morning for me. They were efficient, well mannered and great professionals. This was my second successful experience with North Texas Duct Cleaning and I'll be sure to use them again in the future.

We recently remodeled our master bath which generated a lot of dust throughout the house. I emailed North Texas Duct Cleaning based on reading reports on Angie's LIst. They responded to the email quickly and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The original appointment had to be re-scheduled but they arrived on time for the rescheduled appointment, reviewed the systems and wrote up a quote. The original estimate was higher than I expected. The quote was clearly itemized and before scheduling the work I called them to discuss the pricing. The ducts had never been cleaned and after trying unsuccessfully to get the house dusted we called to schedule the work. They worked with our schedule and we set up a day for the work to be done. They arrived on time and got to work quickly. I work from home and they did their job without interrupting me. They were neat and friendly and considerate. It took them nearly 7 hours to complete all the work. They cleaned up before they left and I was satisfied with the work they did. The difference after cleaning was noticeable ... there was not a new layer of dust on furniture after the heater ran over night and dryer cycles were shorter.

They were very thorough and explained everything they were doing. They were clean, neat and personable young men. They placed drop cloths on all of our furniture so nothing would fall on it and even vacuumed before they left. They cleaned the outside heating coils as well. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

They exceeded our expectations. They showed us photos of our ducts before and after due to the dramatic change. We are very happy with their work.

The work was done as listed above. They were finished with 4 hours. The end result is the the SMELL still shows up every afternoon between 12:30 and 1:00 P.M.

The process went very well. The men were very polite and were totally focused on their job. They answered all my questions and treated me with respect. The owner is an honest and fair business man and makes sure his customers are highly satisfied. A+

The owner came to the house and gave me an estimate and setup an appointment for cleaning the air ducts. His crew showed up on time and were very respectful of my house. They did a great job and even cleaned up after themselves.

The entire process was seamless and well worth the expense. Once we contacted them we had someone on site within 24 hours for an estimate. They then followed up the next week to perform the services detailed in our estimate. They were on time and VERY clean. VERY professional. We will definitely use them again.

Had a detailed, free, in-home estimate. Took a day for me to decide on which services I wanted. I chose what I wanted done from all their services and they were out 3 days later to do the job, on a Saturday, no less, just like I requested. The same guy(Kris) who did my estimate did the actual job, I liked that! He was very nice and professional. Spent over 6 hours cleaning my ducts and dryer vent. All emails were answered very promptly.

I met Les at a job site that he was and his crew were working on, I talked to him and he seemed very professional and clean. The crew came out to the home that they were working on with red shoe covers, that did catch my eye. I asked Les if they could come out to my home i told him I had approximately 10 to 12 vents and if they could just send someone over the following Saturday. Les called me on Friday the day before my service and confirmed we were still on. The employee that came out that Saturday was on time professional and made sure to give me an exact price before performing the work since they had not been out to estimate yet. The estimate was pretty accurate since they had not been out. The employee was efficient and did a very good job, he also inspected my AC Unit outside, and told me it did not need to be cleaned since my AC unit was only a year old. He did cover my beds with plastic if the register was right above them.:-) The process took about 230 and 3 hours. They are great and i would definitely use them again my house feels cleaner and more refreshing.

This company was great to deal with. The crew was very professional and friendly. They were very thorough in there evaluation and answered all of my questions. The only minor problem was they did forget to sweep a few spots but other than that everything was fine. I would hire this company again in the future.

Everything turned great with this company. I thought the service was great but they were a little pricey. They did mess a few spots cleaning but the overall experience was good.

They came out right on time, cleaned all the air ducts and the dryer vent in about 3 and a half hours. Cleaning the air ducts included removing the vents running the cleaning device up the duct and then replacing the vents. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
