They were very prompt in setting up the serice date. very professional and on time. Not the service I thought I purchased. Also asked them to fix a broken duct and they did not have the tools to reattach it.

Les was very nice and professional on the phone and didn't have any problem when I had to reschedule regarding a work conflict. The were very professional, timely and went right to work. They explained what they were doing and didn't make a mess. We were very impressed and would use them again. Highly recommend them. They didn't try to upsell or tell us we needed to have the ducts cleaned every year. A great experience. Again, would highly recommend them.

We bought a home that had been occupied for about 5 yrs. and you could see a build-up of dirty link/gunk on the registers (and on top of all the ceiling fan blades). I also didn't like the way the house smelled, so I decided to have the ducts cleaned. Les came out to give us a quote. He was very professional and delightful. Punctual and efficient. The guys who did the job were also efficient and pretty quick. Even though I gave North TX Duct Cleaning a B for price, I want to add that they are in line with other estimates that I received. I just think this service is a bit pricey but I'm glad I did it. I certainly would recommend these guys to someone who wants to have this done.

It went perfect. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, very polite & professional, did the entire job quickly and cleanly. I could not have expected anything better. I will definitely call them in the future, highly recommend.

It was fabulous. The responsiveness to my email was prompt and polite. They even gave me a personal reminder email the day before they came! They were early ! That was fabulous for me. They called to see if that was okay first, too. The were very aware of the cats roaming around and made sure to keep the doors shut. Everyone was so friendly. They went up in the attic to seal the vents in this terrible heat.... The overall feel was a kind, good heartedcompany with respect and professionalism. I was very impressed. They sanitized some vents when they found some growth on them (disgusting). They all must have strong stomachs, too, as there was a lot of grossness that they sucked out of the vents. I bought one of the "deals" of Angie's List and looking in comparison, it was well worth it. I highly recommend them.

We highly recommend this excellent company. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. The estimate was spot-on. They explained and showed us all their procedures. The technicians found that the drain coming from a/c unit was not draining properly.due to improper previous installation. They fixed it free of charge. They gave us helpful hint for saving energy.

We moved into an older home that sits on about 4 acres not even a year ago and pretty soon my 3 year old started to have problems with breathing etc. I thought that it was just allergies with being on land and we got help to control it somewhat through his doctor. My wife was pregnant with our second child and he came early (35 weeks) and with that comes under developed lungs. He was in the NICU for about two and a half weeks. I wanted to have our ducts cleaned before he came home and also because it was an older home. After doing a lot of research, I decided to call North Texas Duct Cleaning. One of the biggest reasons I decided on using them was because duct and AC cleaning is all they do, which in my book makes them specialists...plus their reviews on Angie's List were great. When I called, the owner Les answered, which surprised me. I mean, how rare is that the owner answers the phone...I was expecting a secretary or someone else. Les asked me about what my situation was and why I was looking to getting my ducts cleaned. After that, he explained and went into detail on all the work they would do and why. Another thing that Impressed me was that before he started giving me all then information he started out by stating that "If you decide to go with us then this is what we would do". Again, who gives all the details of what and why they do what they do when they do not even know if you are going to hire them for their services. Most companies would make sure they are going to do the work before they go into what they are going to do and why. When his crew showed up to do the work, I was very impressed with them because they were very polite and professional. They covered all furniture and again explained to me what they were going to do. Our son came home from the NICU early and they worked around him and his feeding and let me know that a room was complete so we could move him into it so they could work in the room that he was in. After they were done, they cleaned up and moved the furniture back that they had moved. They even cleaned the outside AC condenser coil after I requested it to be done while they were there, which was not something I had originally talk to Les about. Needless to say, I can tell a huge difference in the air quality in our house. Two nights prior to them coming out, my three year old would wake up with breathing problems. After their work, he has not had any problems since. I guess it was not the outside allergies that were bothering him but the almost inch thick dust that was in each of the two units blowing air throughout our house. I am so happy and thankful that I went North Texas Duct cleaning, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to get their ducts cleaned.

The provider arrived on-time, very professional during the visit, and somehow while he was there, the master bedroom started to cool down and I slept SO good last night with nice cool air in the bedroom. He provided recommendations based on insulation, duct cleaning, and A/C maintenance requests. It was so great to have 1 person have all the skills that applied to my current issue.

It was very easy to schedule with the owner Les, who was prompt with returning phone calls, very professional and personable. The 2 gentlemen (wish I could remember their names) who came to do my A/C check were very prompt, friendly, and professional. They checked all 3 of my units to ensure they were in good working order, from the attic components to the outside components. They took note of other issues they saw and made a list for me to know what other things I might want to consider for future improvements without ever pressuring me to act. I was very impressed with this company and called them back shortly thereafter to do a complete clean out of my duct system since we had just moved into a new house and had a new baby on the way. It appears the previous owners never cleaned out their air ducts ever. There was several inches of impacted dust and debris all throughout the air ducts, all of which I'm sure had been blowing into the house for years before we got there. The same 2 guys showed up, gave me a run down of everything they were going to do, and got right to work. Being that I have pretty large house, the duct clean out took several hours. The team never stopped and always had a smile on their faces. In addition to cleaning the ducts, patching up the leaking areas, and changing out the rusted pan, they also told me what filters I needed for my units and installed them for me after I bought them from the store. They also found one vent that had some type of mold in it and they applied chemicals and got rid of it, making the vent and grate look like nothing was ever there. They vacuumed and cleaned up after opening each vent cover to prevent my house from looking like a dust farm. They Even after the they completed the job after about 6 hours or so and had packed up the truck to leave, I noticed that one vent was likely missed because it was being blocked by some boxes I had stacked against the wall (my fault). I pointed it out, and they promptly went back to the truck to get their equipment and cleaned it out without any hesitation, frowns, or grumbles. These 2 guys were the happiest people I've ever met to be working so late on a Friday. Overall, I was very satisfied with this company and with the quality of their work. I was even more impressed with their professionalism and attitude. It seems that they really take pride in their work and doing a quality job.

North Texas Duct Cleaning and A/C were very willing to explain everything to me, and make sure that I understood what they were doing. I was pleased with them.

Received two confirmation called one week out, and then the day before. Showed up right on time (even called to say they would be a bit early). Very professional and explained the process as we walked through the house, showing them the supply and return vents. I had some old vents I wanted replaced, and had bought new ones at Lowes. They put the new ones on for me at no additional charge. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. Total time was about 1.5 hours. I had 16 vent total (deal I bought was for 10 at promo price.). Would HIGHLY recommend them again

Les and his team were good. Very clean and completed all the work. Had minor issues and his team followed up on that day, which was a Saturday, he did not charge for extra work, only the materials. Update on 6/19/2013: I called Les on 6/17 to verify an issue in my crawl space. He came out the next day and checked on the issue. Passed on the work, but recommended someone I could use and did not charge for the visit. He is making my life and wallet a lot better! Thanks Les!!
