Mr Duct Cleaner

I bought the Angie's List deal for $300. This deal is different than the deals that just clean the air vents only and it includes cleaning of the air transfer unit and coils. The reason I went with this one is that the home was occupied by a renter who smoked. When the renter moved out the home had a very bad cigarette odor. I paid an extra $50 dollars because they had to use a special chemical to remove cigarette smoke which was fine. I called the company to schedule an appointment and Les contacted me back soon after. We scheduled the service date and the company arrived on time and went to work cleaning the vents and air transfer unit. I went to the house later that day to check on the results. I could instantly tell that the cigarette odor was gone and the space was breathable again. I recommend doing the full service if someone in the house smokes. It made a real difference. I will gladly use them again.

They did very well. They were on time and went straight to work. Everything was fresh smelling and my clothes actually dried on on cycle. I would recommend you use them because it is sure worth the money!

We bought an Angie's List deal for 10 vents to be cleaned. We were not home at the time the initial service was performed, and there was a bit of a mixup as we had expected the technician to clean all the vents and just charge us for the extra (over 10), but the technician only cleaned the 10 included in the deal. The manager and technician were very helpful when learning of the mixup and the technician came back out and finished the rest of the vents immediately. They were easy to work with and I would use them again.

Overall, we were happy with the service. The providers were professional, courteous and punctual and seemed to do a thorough job with the cleaning.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out great. They did a great job. The came out and explained to me what they were going to do, got their equipment, went about it and were gone before I knew it. They cleaned up after themselves.

The guys called ahead of time and showed up on time. They were very friendly and professional. They explained the cost and what they would do and got to work. They cleaned up after the job was done and were on their way. I highly recommend their service.

Overall they were very thorough and I was very impressed with them. They showed me where to put the filter because it was a new house and I was unfamiliar. They explained everything very well. They took me outside and explained everything as far as the work they were doing. Great experience.

They were over an hour late to the first call because other appointments they had earlier that day ran long. They did call. Once they arrived everything went very well until they had an equipment failure (no fault of theirs). They were very apologetic and wanted to reschedule for the following Saturday morning. Well we decided on a time window and so we waited around the house. When I didn't get a call and the time window was almost over I called the office and talked to someone who told me that they had a mix-up and didn't get me scheduled. Im a little more relaxed than my wife so I rolled with the punches but she was not happy because we had plans that morning and had stayed home just for this. The appointment was rescheduled again and they arrived on time and completed the job. The team was really professional and courteous. They did a great job. The only issue we had was the scheduling mishap and the fact that on the original appointment their earlier jobs ran much longer than expected.

Arrived on schedule and had cleancut crew of men. They were efficient and left everything clean. Felt very comfortable having them in our home.

Les the owner gave me pricing over the phone. Because I was a member of Angie's list received a special discount. Jason and JR (Pierce) did a great job. They were on time and were very professional and thorough.. They took off all the vent covers and gave them a good cleaning, along with cleaning all the air ducts. The vent covers look new again.. When cleaning the dryer vent they discovered that the flexible pipe going from the dryer into the attic and roof was broken. . All the lint from the dryer had been going into the attic. Les, recommended Vent Tech to do the repairs and provided me with their number. I would definitely use this company again. Les is very responsive, when I called and left a message to get the number for the dryer vent repair he immediately called me back.

I took a package deal from angies list, they are very professional and they cleaned all the vents in my house, they have installed the new air filters provided my me, Jason was very thorough he made sure I am happy with the service. At times while cleaning the root brush had few issues spinning but they managed to fix and make it working.

The service performed was superior. The gentleman that did the work were very thorough and made sure not to leave any mess behind. The dryer is now working more efficiently as well as the air conditioning in the house.

I hired them to clean dryer vent. Then I hired them to clean out air conditioning ducts. They were very courteous and did a thorough job. I even had then tune the units. They told me what they were going to do and showed me the result.

Les answered my call and was very nice and professional. I didn't feel rushed in the call, which is a big plus. We went over the specials and set up a time for the service. They were over an hour late, but the guy in charge of the job (sorry I don't remember his name) left me a voicemail letting me know that. They sent three people, one of which was the HVAC guy. They got to work right away and moved along at a good pace. I had some questions for the HVAC guy. He was very polite and answered all of my questions and concerns. They finished everything and were wrapping up when I asked them if they had done the dryer vent. I guess they just missed seeing that on the work order. They went to work on it right away. After we looked at how my dryer vent was vented, we saw and agreed that it didn't need to be done. Overall they did an awesome job. I had been burned in the past with some not-so-professional duct cleaning companies, and so North Texas Duct Cleaning was a refreshing change. I will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to others without hesitation.

Fantastic. Two young Men came and went right to work. They were very careful of our house. They had protecive covers on their shoes and had new looking equipment. They worked for about two hours. They were very knowledgable about what they had to do.

My experience with them went very well. The deal was for 10 vents. I had less than 10 vents. So they cleaned the main register and return also. They basically serviced the whole thing and told me how to keep it running good. They were very professional. They showed up on time which was a huge thing for me. They did put booties on. They made sure not to track in any dirt. They explained the whole process of what was going to happen and how it worked. They even replaced some of the old screws in my vent and said that it would be easier the next time. They were very nice. They even helped with the temperature when they were done. I had a question about the air flow. They checked everything. I would definitely recommend them. I thought that the price was a little high.

We were moving in to a new house. Just to be sure, we wanted to get the air ducts cleaned. We looked on Angie's List and found North Texas Air Duct, and we also asked for a recommendation from our air conditioner guy, and he recommended them. They worked with us to get someone out in a timely manner at a reasonable price, there was a two man crew and they did a great job. (I subsequently used them to clean the dyer vent which was clogged and they did a great job there too.)
