When I made the initial call, I spoke to Les right away. He was helpful, informative and polite. He seemed very knowledgeable so I made the appointment. They were able to come within a few days. There were two gentlemen that came. They were professional and kind. My house has been in a state of chaos due to a ridiculously long kitchen remodel. The guys were vey nice about having to clear paths to get to the places they needed to access. They used some awesome looking equipment and were thorough. They were here a couple of hours. I left to pick up my son when they were finished and when we got home, my son said, "What is that smell? It smells so clean in here!" He was right. It smelled better and I felt better knowing we weren't breathing in all of the junk that had been in my air ducts.

Great! very professional and on time. We paid extra for the cleaning of the system with the ducts cleaning. Such a big improvement for our 1950's home. They pick up their mess and dont try to sell you any extra stuff. Going to use them again to replace a duct that was damaged before we bought the house. These guys dont try to rip you off and very affordable.

The team arrived on time and did the spray insulation in the attic above the bedroom and garage. I wasn't at home but my wife was very comfortable with them being in the house and said they were very professional and courteous. When I got home I realized they did not do the insulation in the 2nd attic as agreed. Not their fault, my wife didn't explain to them what needed to be done and I had the original contract with me at the office. I called and explained the situation and they were very responsive in setting up an appointment to come and finish the job with no issues. We scheduled for one day later in the month and they followed up the day before to confirm. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

Jason, Sonny and Benito came to do the work on time as promised. They did call me about an hour before to let me know they were on the way. They were very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. They used plastic sheeting to protect my floors and furniture. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess at all. There was no trying to sell me anything extra - it was the exact price that was agreed on when I called to make the appointment.

They were very professional from the beginning. There were other people present in the home and trying to sleep which they were very mindful of. They did a thorough job and covered sofas, counters, etc as air ducts were being cleaned. They even went out of their way to take a look at the air conditioning unit to let me know if I would need a tune up in the spring. They were also patient in answering any questions I had. I will definitely be seeing them in spring for the A/C tuneup!

Jason showed up on time and was very knowledge able and answered all of my questions. The previous owners of the home never cleaned out the dryer vent and where letting the lent from the dryer blow out into the entire house. We have a baby on the way and I wanted to make sure that the air he will be breathing is safe. Jason listen to my concerns and made sure that we would not have anything to worry about. I would recommend this service to anyone that has never had it done before.

They were very professional people and I would definitely do it with them at the appropriate time. They were very quick to respond. I had some extra ducts and it exceeded the limit there but it was explained to me upfront and everything was fine and it was all agreed upon. It was just a very good transaction. The person who set it up, I guess is the owner also and he had multiple emails to me and thanked me for signing up and then followed up afterwards and everything else. It was really a professional transaction.

Excellent! Two gentleman arrived on time, having called to let me know they were coming. They diligently cleaned the vent from both the inside and the outside, finding and removing an obstruction in the vent that was causing excessive lint build up. Both were friendly and professional and I would definitely use them again in the future!

They moved my washer and dryer to get to my dryer vent. They cleaned the vent out, cleaned up after themselves and told me that I had no air flow in the vent before they cleaned it. They advised me that it needs to be cleaned out every year or two to prevent lint build you. Since my husband passed away, I am having to learn how to take care of things I never had to worry about before. I would use this company again.

It went very well. They were very professional. They did it in about half a day. They did a great job. I think it was a great price. What actually happened with them is they set up a time to meet me to do the inspection of the house but they had gone to the wrong house, they had gone to my residence which is in Bentley and the house was a rental house that they were doing the work on and that was in Plano and they were at that house within half an hour and they did the work. They fell all over themselves just saying it was their fault and so forth. They did a great job. I'm raving about them, they were really good.

Dryer vent cleaning. The tech was extremely courteous and efficient. He moved the dryer, cleaned the duct, checked for air flow, cleaned up the area, and reconnected the dryer. I will definitely use this company for any duct cleaning services I need in the future.

I used this company through an advertised deal on Angie's List and I'm certainly glad I found them. Upon purchasing the deal, they responded immediately to set up an appointment (and it was one of the three days I had requested). They were due to be at our house at 8:30 and called the morning of the appointment to let us know it may be between 8:30 and 8:45. The three gentlemen who performed the cleaning did so in a courteous, professional and knowledgeable manner. They all wore booties upon entering our home and cleaned up after themselves along the way. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done and will definitely be calling upon them in the future.

The two-man crew was a few minutes late, but they called at the appointment time to explain that they were held up in traffic. When they arrived they quickly got to work cleaning our 7 vents and 2 air returns. I had bought one of their coupons for 10 vents and 1 return, but the company honored the coupon for our different configuration at no extra cost. They were careful to clean up after themselves. When they finished cleaning they sprayed a sanitizer into one of the air returns that made the house smell fresh. I asked them to adjust one of the vent covers that was not quite as straight as I wanted it to be. They cheerfully adjusted the cover and asked if I was happy with the job. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them.

The service provided by the company was great. I recently purchased a home and wanted the air ducts cleaned prior to moving in. The gentlemen were on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up any mess they made as they worked. They even put up a vent for me that needed to be placed. My experience with North Texas was positive from the beginning. Sonny and his fellow worker arrived on time after calling in advance and letting me know they were on time. They were both professional and helpful in answering questions. I highly recommend, will use in the future for air duct cleaning but also will use for dryer vent cleaning when it's time.

Appointment was delayed but I received a call to let me know of this. A crew of 2 arrived at the revised time, I showed them what I needed and they got right to it. The cleaning took a little over an hour, they cleaned up and left. I was very happy with service. Will call again in the spring to have our coil blown out.
