Mr Duct Cleaner

After their cleaning, they informed us that our ducts weren't all that dirty and the service probably wasn't necessary but it didn't hurt anything.

Smooth. They were efficient even working around a HVAC contractor and I, while we were diagnosing a return air discrepancy and RFQ for a larger Filter box put in furnace. I did find a some black dust their system must of missed from one of the vents they cleaned. Very minor issue, considering we've been remodeling. Great Job.

Well to start, I was a bit skeptical about this whole Angie's list website, let alone the providers listed. That is, until this week. I decided to pay for a one month membership to try out a couple of services. The first service, Monday, for window repair went great. Today, the service by North Texas Duct Cleaning was just as great! Jason and Richard provided me with top notch service and professionalism. Jason shared some good tips with me about air filters and on how to battle seasonal allergies, and before he left he insisted that he vacume up tiny crumbs that I could barely see.. Wow Top Notch! They both were really nice and very friendly to my family, and I look forward to using them again in the near future. I also look forward to signing up with Angie's list for the entire year.

Went very well. They were on time, very professional, worked quietly and efficiently. This was our first ever experience to have air ducts cleaned and did not know anything about the process or whether it would alleviate the dust that settles on our furniture within a day of dusting. Glad to say it was well worth it as I dusted a week ago and still don't see any obvious dust on our furniture. Also will likely reduce how often I have to change my air filters as I was having to change them about once a month at $40 each (the big thick filters).

They did a phenomenal job. They arrived on time, were very polite, and cleaned up before they left. They were very thorough, and provided us with some very good advice on how to keep our system clean. Looking at the vents and ducts afterwards, I never knew how dirty they really were. We would definately hire them again.

Very professional and cleaned up after themselves after exiting every room of my home. I was pretty skeptical about getting my air ducts cleaned wondering if it was really worth the money. We have tried all of the suggestions for eliminating dust in the home like removing all of the carpets and regularly changing the AC filters etc. After having this service performed in my home I would recommend it to anyone who is having a dust problem. This made a world of difference for us! Thanks so much.

Everyone I talked to at the company was very professional. The guys who came out were very punctual,and professional too. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again, and recommend them to everyone we know.

Overall they did an outstanding job. Professional and Courteous. They covered the area around where they worked, explained the details before they started, and answered questions while doing the work. I will use them again in the future. The only minor issues I had were the lack of a call a day prior to the service as requested, and writing credit cards numbers on the invoice instead of processing payment onsite. Thanks fellas!

They came and did the job. Made me feel better that any allergens etc hiding up in my ducts would be gone. Also having new carpet replaced so having a quick service date made sure the ducts would be done prior to my new carpet! Excellent service would definitely recommend and refer them to my friends!

My upstairs ducts are metal and allowed them to use a brush. My downstairs ducts are made od don't board so they had to use the vacuum. All went well and they were in and gone in no time at all.

Very well, considering that the former owners had never (apparently) cleaned the ducts over 22 years of home ownership and rentals. Great job!

It went okay. Lance is absolutely awesome. I always have a great experience with Lance. My only suggestion is that not everybody is familiar with their air duct system and let the customer know how much extra each air duct would cost to be cleaned.

Called to let me know when they would be here and were on time. The nice young men were very nice and courteous. They put booties over their shoes to keep the house clean. They quickly went to work and finished in a little over an hour. They were going to clean my dryer vent but it was not connected to the pipe outside so they reconnected it at no extra charge. I will definitely use them again!

My mother suffers from allergies. I noticed dark dirty looking dust on some of the vents. I looked to change the air filter. System is a top of the line Trane. Inside furnace/blower area all dirty. There was no filter base installed, just the prefilter. So I ordered a thorough cleaning and that is what I got. Great job!. Next HVAC installing filter base.

It was exactly what I paid for and more. The deal that I purchased included a limited number of ducts and returns, so I chose to pay extra to have all air ducts and returns cleaned. In addition, they replaced all the air duct vents in the house, as they were moldy from being painted over by the previous owners. I felt that I got exactly what I paid for and then some. Also, the technicians were knowledgeable, polite, prompt, and I felt safe with them by myself.

It went well and everything was great. The scheduling was easy and they were great to work with. They got the job done in about 3 hours to clean both systems. They also did a few extras for me and pointed out issues that they found, and rectified them. The sprayed the ducts for mold prevention. I will definitely call them again.
