Mr Duct Cleaner

To begin with - they are the best professional service that I have seen so far and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for duct and vent cleaning. They scheduled early via email and followed up with a reminder call a few days before the appointment and a day before the appointment. They were prompt, courteous, understanding, patient in walking us through the number of vents that will be over and above the deal we purchased. Gave us a reasonable estimate and started working right away. They did their work professionally, bought all equipment?s they needed (even drinking water - so that they can trouble us less :) ). My lil 2 year was running around and they were very careful working around him. Extremely clean (they put on the red shoe covers and laid out sheets in the areas they were cleaning for easier clean up) In my experience service providers tend to inflate the requirement and sell more of their services. When I asked them how frequently they would suggest that I do the cleaning they said 5 years once. They actually showed us how we could clean the dryer vent yourself and not have to pay for it as ours was the easier kind. Just to qualify we did not buy the dryer vent services from them, but they were more than glad to show us how to. Extremely courteous, patient, punctual and willing to explain things in layman?s terms to a not so knowledgeable home owner on maintenance. Now that is 5 star rating for me all the way and they have lived up to their reputation.

I did not read the deal completely and have more ducts than this deal includes. Les informed me upfront, he is a stand up guy. I have no problem with the company at all.

friends. In the middle of the movie (10:30am) I received a call that they were on their way. I explained the confusion and the gentleman indicated that we were on the schedule for 11:00. I explained that I had called the day before and was told between 2 and 3 and they rearranged their schedule to be at my house by 2pm. They were even a little late and did the dryer duct cleaning on the house instead of the normal $50 charge. From the time they walked in the door they were most respectful for my property and belongings. They wore foot coverings and had covers on all of their equipment. They covered things to protect from dust. They closed doors gently. I was beyond impressed. I've had a lot of work done in the house over the last month and this was done to kind of help wrap things up. They were above and beyond the MOST respectful for my property out of ANYONE who has worked in my home. I wish they were all this way.

It was a good experience. The men did an excellent job. There was no mess to clean up and they respected my property and my cats. I would be happy to call them again!

Called about 30 minutes before arriving and arriving in time frame set when appointment was made. All three gentlemen worked very, very hard, professional, pleasant, placed protective plastic over furniture near vents, cleaned/vacuumed up mess. I'm looking forward to not having as much dust in the future. Highly reconnend and we will use again. AND will not wait so long in the future.

I guess it was fine. It is not something that you can really look at and say that he did a good job. I wasn’t here and my son was there, and they came and saw it, and it was great. They did a good job. My son was there, and he felt that they were fine. I asked him after I came from work, and he said that they were real nice and everything went well. They did not charge me anything extra. It is written in the fine print that, if I had more than a certain number of vents that they were going to charge so much for that, but I didn’t. I have no idea what are comparable prices for it. It is hard to tell if their cleaning is not good since I can’t get in there. Their response was pretty quick. I think they were on time. I would use them again if I need air duct cleaning in the future.

I purchased a coupon for the cleaning via Angie's List. We have a 1750 sq ft home and the number of ducts/vents were within the threshold for the coupon so we were not charged any more than the $149. The guys arrived and did the work without any heavy sales pitch. They were quick and efficient and left our home with the vents cleaned and sanitized. This company was an absolute pleasure to work with. This experience is the reason I joined Angie's List.

All my ducts and vents were cleaned. Service was quick and the results are definitely noticeable. Less dust and our allergies are much better. I would definitely use North Texas Duct Cleaning again.

They were great, they set up on time, did a good job, and everything was great. They called me that day and scheduled it, and were out the next day. I would use them again.

I would rate them A on everything except the fact that they unplug our security system and they did not plug back in. They were good and they were nice folks. They were late because of the weather but it wasn’t their fault.

I bought $149 Deal, but I wanted to clean the whole thing. Their estimate was $300 per unit including drier vent cleaning. My house has 3 units total, so I paid $960 including tax. They deducted $149 which I paid before. They came earlier, and spend about 3 hours. It feels so clean now.

It went well over, they did clean the vents well. However, they need to turn on the system (for awhile) after their job because "junk" got blown out of the vents, leaving them throughout the house.

Very well. 2 men came, with their equipment. They were very punctual, and professional. They even put shoe covers on their feet, as they came in the door. They were quick, and efficient, and even installed the new furnace filter, that I had planned to install once they were done. I'm very happy with their performance, particularly as it was an "Angie's List Big Deal".

It went very well. They showed up on time. They had a crew of 4 people. It took them 5 hours, which I didn't think was unreasonable. I couldn't even tell they had been here, except that my house now smells better.

Jason and Richard arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They accommodated my need to do one end of the house first, so I could then move my cats to the "safe/completed" area to reduce the cats' fear/anxiety. Very efficient in their work, they cleaned 5 air return vents and 17 registers plus the furnace and were diligent to keep our floors clean and not create a mess. Overall, an excellent job by both and I'd be happy to recommend their service.

There was no communication, They did not express to me if they were clean or bad, there was no way for me to find out how good they did or the quality of work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. They had all the equipment to do everything. They did a good job. They showed up on time. They charged me more because one was bigger so I wasn't expecting that. I think they did everything they could but I didn't see any pictures after the job was done. I asked him for a mask and he didn't have any. They did the job and then told me the price. I would have liked them to have told me the price first.

Job went well. Service techs called and asked if they could start an hour earlier than scheduled. On arrival they went right to work with no problems. Can definitely tell the difference around vents since they are much cleaner now.

The air quality in our home improved dramatically with the cleaning. Everyone was professional and courteous. We're very pleased with the services provided.
