Went great! Turned out to be more of a job than they anticipated as, per usual, the homebuilder 'rigged' the way the dryer vent went from the utility room through the roof. But they were persistent and worked and worked until they were able to finish the job. Great service! Would definitely use them!

Very courteous and professional. They had to make two trips because there was still a small blockage at the top of the vent and they were happy to come out again to make sure they got all the lent removed. I would definitely use this service again.

We have a lot of air duct vents and returns in our house, which have never been cleaned (house built in 1998). They did a great job getting out all of the dust that's been gathering, and now we have much cleaner air circulating in our house. Very nice, professional service team.

Crew called to inform they were running a bit late due to traffic, and arrived just a few minutes after scheduled appointment window. No big deal. Once on site, crew of Jason, Richard and Cody wasted no time and started working. They performed the work in a very systematic and efficient manner, covering all furniture in each work area, cleaning up any dirt and debris and completing the work in the quoted 90 minutes. Cost of service was higher than AngiesDeal price due to 2 extra vents @ $20 each. I knew there would be this extra charge so no surprises here. Additional services were offered, but no 'hard sell'. Overall, Jason, Richard and Cody were friendly and professional and I would be happy to have them back next time. Jason even re-installed a smoke detector that's beyond my reach. Overall, I highly recommend North Texas Duct Cleaning and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks.

Sonny and crew were punctual arriving right at the time of the appointment. They doubled checked the estimate with me before starting the work ensuring that their worklist was the same as what I agreed to in the estimate. They were clean, using cover material to ensure that dust and dirt didn't get our furniture, floors or clothes. The work was methodical and efficient. Great job!

Sonny and Benito were great! They were punctual, courtesy and answered all of my questions about the service. My house was as neat and clean after they finished as it was before they started.

The arrived on time, worked diligently, took care not to make a mess, cleaned up after themselves.

Provider and helper were very courteous and careful not to spread dust into the living area. There was an extra charge for 3 vents beyond the 10 included in the deal and for the plenum, but the charges were reasonable and explained in advance. Cleaning the plenum was done at my option.

It turned out okay. I’m not really surprised. There’s nothing best or worst about it. There was an additional cost because the contract was only good for like 10 vents and I had more than that. They lower the price and then inflate the add-on price.

They arrived right on time and cleaned air ducts throughout the house. They were careful to cover their shoes when inside and worked efficiently. We haven't had this service done before so we have nothing to compare it to but it seems to have made a difference in the dust in the house. They gave us an idea on other services available but never pushed for more than we had paid for on the Angie's deal. We would use North Texas Duct cleaning again.

The company was very courteous in setting up the appointment, calling to verifiy the day and time and showing up on time. The two men - Sonny and another were very professional. The weather was drizzly and they wore shoe covers to not track mud in. They explained what they would be doing, were very neat in how they handled the work and cleaned 9 vents with ducts and the AC unit in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. They removed each vent, handwashed them and reinstalled them in the ceiling. This was a very positive experience with professional workers. A great job done for a very reasonable price.

They were very professional and diligent in getting through the house to perform their services. I did have some clean up to do after they left from the fallen dust. Even though they covered some areas with plastic, the tarp was then carried and used elsewhere and distributed some dust particles along the way. No severe, but no perfect either. I would use their service again though I'd ask that they collect the tarp and shake outside before using it again.

It went great. They were courteous and informative. I asked about the cleaning process and they explained how the equipment works. They worked efficiently and neatly.

The two-man team arrived promptly as scheduled and were courteous and professional while cleaning our air ducts and inspecting our furnace. It was a very pleasant experience and did recommend them to one of my coworkers.

The tech was on time, very professional, very detailed in telling us what he found and didn't find when he cleaned. He took down all the vent covers and offered to clean the returns (we opted not to pay additional fee for this). He covered the furniture as he did each room and made sure he cleaned up any "residue" that fell on the floor or furniture as he finished. He answered all our questions with a sense of knowledge, professionalism and yet personable. It was a wonderful experience that came just in time as I was stressing out over the many issues that this move has had, Great job!!!!!!

The work was done in a very timely manner and everything they did was explained to me ahead of time. I only had a question or two and they answered those to my satisfaction. Two young men came and they were both very professional, introduced themselves and were very polite and kind. They cleaned up after themselves although there was not much to clean up. I'm very pleased with this service and have already recommended them to friends! I plan to use them again when this cleaning needs to be done!

I truly wish I had not put off having this done for so long. My allergies were so bad and I had done everything from finally having my deviated septum fixed to eye Dr. trips since I had allergy issues on the insides of my eyelids to the point I couldn't wear contacts any more. After they completed this, it has been night and day!! From allergy relief to the amount of dust that was constantly settling everywhere it has helped tremendously! I think I equated this service to the bad rep many carpet cleaning people get with the potential of up charges, etc. and it was actually less than what I anticipated. First time for everything! The two men who completed the service were absolutely outstanding in every way, from covering up all the areas where they were cleaning to be great with the dog. I sincerely can't say enough nice things about them personally! I have had a series of people come in lately and everyone from the furniture deliverers to the ceiling fan installers (sadly Lowe's and not Angie's list people) have either broken something or left a mess for me to clean up. This is the only recent service so far I can say I am 100% satisfied with from start to finish and won't hesitate to call again.

Purchased a Big Deal from this company back in December,due to numerous contractors in the home at that time we both decided to do this at a later date.Sort of forgot about it until a few weeks ago.Called and was put on the schedule.While I can only speculate as to the job quality as I did not go into the attic to inspect,the A/C seems to be performing better.Wont know till this summer,but the crew who came out did act and conduct themselves in a professional manner.Also had them clean out the dryer vent while they were here,and since it didnt need much done they gave me a discount on the work.Thought that was something to be noted and because of that I will use them on future jobs here and also recommend this company to others.

I purchased the $149 duct cleaning and sanitizing package and also purchased the $89 dryer vent cleaning service all from North Texas Duct Cleaning. They informed me that because I had purchased the duct cleaning and sanitizing package I could include the dryer cleaning for $50 which is cheaper than the Big Deal coupon. They suggested that I request a refund since the dryer vent service can be included with the other coupon I bought.

Very nice and professional. We had replaced our floors and there was a lot of dust being recirculated. This took care of it. They were thorough but fast. I will definitely use them again.
