Easy to schedule but i was little surprised by the pricing for the additional vents outside of what was covered by the coupon. But they still did a great job.

Arrived on time. Wore footies when in the house. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Laid plastic covers over all furniture. Removed all grills. Ran their brush through all ducts. Vacuumed ducts. Cleaned and replace grills. Sprayed a disinfectant into the air intake and ran the AC to make sure it went through the duct system. Cleaned up. In the process of cleaning, they found old carpet and wall board that had been put in the return air plenums and they removed it. All done in just over an hour. Great job!

It worked out very well. They were here when they said. They did what they needed to do and they were very clean. They were very informative and didn't try to sell me on anything else.

I bought a $129 Deal, and then paid extra due to the number of returns and vents in my home. The guys were great--very professional and left no trace of dust in the house. I had arranged to have my dryer vent cleaned as well, but they pointed out that it was very short and readily accessible and wouldn't feel right charging me $75 for the job. Excellent service!!

North Texas Duct Cleaning Coupon Code # 1223629-1 He came out today and took one look at my old HVAC duct work and said it needed to be replaced - that sealing it wouldn't do anything. Gave me a very good price on replacement, and will have his crew out here tomorrow (very quickly) to install all new ductwork. So I need a refund for the $125 Duct Sealing I bought. Can't use it. The service men were extremely punctual. They called me at 10 in the morning to confirm and I told them I couldn't be home until 1:30. They arrived at exactly 1:30 which was perfect. They were very polite and respectful in my home, they wore shoe covers and laid plastic when working. They worked quickly and finished everything by 3:40PM. I would recommend this service to someone living in an older home like mine (1971) that has not had their ducts and system cleaned out. The cost was significantly higher than the 149.00 "special" that they advertised. I spend $361.17 when it was all said and done, however, I think it was worth it. When they were adding up everything they accidentally added wrong and I noticed on the bill. They were very polite and corrected the error which ended up saving me 50 dollars. I'm glad I looked thoroughly at the receipt. They were very polite and corrected their error without hesitation.

The crew arrived on time. Prior to starting they walked through the house with me and explained what they were going to do. I had a couple of extra vents and Jason gave me the price to do those (very reasonable). When they started, they put drop sheets down to catch any dirt, they also had covers for their shoes so they didn't track in any dirt. They worked very efficiently and were finished in no time. I will not hesitate to use North Texas Duct Cleaning in the future. I was very pleased with their work.

They were very thorough and cleaned up after everything. They put new screws on all my registers and showed me how to measure them if I wanted to replace with new ones since some were old and heavily painted.

I purchased the big deal. My experience with them was fine. They stuck to the big deal price. Nothing really stood out about them. The workers were friendly. Their responsiveness was fair and they weren't too slow so that was fine.
