Great! on time punctual and got it done in the time they said they would. Definitely using again and definitely recommending to anyone I know.

I "feel" this was a bait and switch. We hear of companies that offer coupons, but when they arrive triple the price. I did not have a coupon, I was quoted a price on the phone, I believe we gave the company an accurate explanation of the system and the set up. Less slammed the other company we had come out that did air duct cleaning and about their tactics. When he asked me how I found him, I said Angies List, he is the highest rated company, with only 9 scoring him an "F". He responded those were the customers no one could make happy, which I don't disagree with. There are always "those" customers. I am NOT one, I wanted to use this company, I wanted to add my recommendation, and from our conversations it certainly seemed likely. So I wasn't cheated out of money, I didn't even receive a service, I was LIED to, my time was WASTED and now another week will probably go by before I can find a reputable company.

They were courteous, efficient and professional.

I called on Monday to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out the following day as I had requested. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves nicely. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient. What more could anyone ask for? Would definitely use them again in the future. The cost was very reasonable at $150 plus tax = $162.38

They gave me a timeframe, and called when they were running late to make sure I was still available. They called when they were on their way. They went above and beyond and I recommend their services and company.

That was alright. They charged us an additional price to the big deal. They tried to upsell yet all we wanted was for them to do the job. I thought that was unprofessional.

They were great. They were flexible on scheduling a time to come do the work. On the day they were scheduled to arrive, they called ahead to confirm, and then they showed up right on time. The project was pretty simple, so they were in and out very quickly. Very courteous, and they did great work.

Jason and his partner were very professional and friendly. They showed up on time, did a quick walk-through with me and even suggested me taking my baby outside as it would be very loud in the house. When we came back, they finished up their work nice and neat. Excellent work. I'll definitely go with them in the future.

Two person team showed at my door on time. He kept communication with me before arrival. They did a great job covering everything with plastics before vacuuming. They worked very fast and efficiently with minimum disruption. He quoted me $360 initially but after cleaning upstairs, he reduced it to $300 because ducts weren't very dusty. Big plus! Two thumbs up! Honesty is much appreciated.

Great service provider. Promptly called me to schedule the appointment, called the day before to remind me, and then called when they were on their way. They cleaned the air ducts quickly and efficiently and did a great job.

The service was absolutely perfect. I am an extremely picky person and they took all my questions extremely well answering each with professionalism and knowledge. The results were amazing and they worked quickly being careful not to mess up the house. They were very honest also explaining to me that some of the services I thought I needed were in fact not necessary so they didn't charge for them. I would,highly recommend this company. I itialy I researched other air duct cleaners which were all much higher than this firm.

They sent two persons to clean the air ducts and furnace for my home. When they started cleaning the furnace they said that the blower fan unit would have to be taken out and cleaned as otherwise the motor for the same might burnout. They also said, after talking to their manager/supervisor, the additional charges for cleaning the blower fan unit would be $250.00. Initially, I was hesitant to allow them to do the work as I was not sure if they would be able to take out and put back the unit but they assured me that they were both certified AC technicians and could the do the job without any problem. Based on their assurance, I asked them to do the work so as to avoid any burn out of the motor unit as stated by them. I paid them ($595.37) after the job was done. The blower fan appeared to work at that time. As the outside temperature was quite high on that day it was not necessary to turn on the heat . Thereafter when the outside temperature dropped and it was necessary to turn on the heat, it was noticed that the blower fan would start and then stop repeatedly. In other words, the house was not getting heated. I called the manager told him of the problem and he did send the same two persons to check out the problem. However, after spending about 15/20 minutes, they were not able to determine the cause. They talked to their manager and then left saying that he (their manager) would talk to me. I waited for about an hour but as he did not call, I telephoned him and asked him to arrange to fix the problem. He refused to do so stating the unit was old and he was not responsible for the problem. I told him that I had given the work of cleaning to his people only after being assured by them that they were both certified AC technicians and that if they felt that they were not comfortable doing the work for any reason they should not have taken up the work. I further told him that since the unit was functioning without any problem before they worked on the same, it was his company was responsible for getting the problem diagnosed and fixed. The manager still did not agree to repair the equipment. All that he agreed to pay me was $59.00, the amount that his company charged for a call. (He has not sent this amount as yet). There is another point that I would like to point out. The quoted total cost for the entire work done by them was $550.00 ($300 for cleaning the ducts and $250 for the blower fan unit). The persons who came for the job told me that if I paid by check, I would have to pay sales tax of $45.57 in addition to the above amount. If cash payment was made, I would not have to pay the sales tax. Is it not illegal to avoid paying sales tax ? I thought that the price quoted by them included sales tax. I am feel cheated by this company. I will have to engage another company to fix the problem these guys caused. I definitely would not hire them again.

Very professional and friendly guys. At the moment I've gone blank on the names, but definitely appreciate their services and I ended up having them provide more service than initially scheduled at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend.

Everything went fine. I had gotten an estimate for duct cleaning and sanitizing from a big name company that was hundreds of dollars more so I was very happy with the price. There were a couple of details I saw that put quality at a B for me - air intake was not dusted off, and 2 of registered no longer closed all the way after reinstalled. But well worth the $ for the service performed and very friendly, professional personnel.

Very fast cleaning. I had to point out an important vent over our dining table where we eat that they were going to skip because they had not removed the cover for it to be cleaned, as well as another vent in my bathroom. They had miscounted the total number of vents they were going to allow, without asking me which vents to clean or if I wanted the remaining vents cleaned. They put several vent covers on backwards and with new holes drilled sideways rather than directly into the ceiling, so the air was blowing against the wall instead of into the room, and a few screws were sticking out of the vent cover visible inside the room.

Everything went well, handled very professionally, we would hire again. The guys were very helpful and friendly. My only issue was that we had many more ducts that needed to be cleaned on top of the offer. The cost of for that was triple of what the offer was. Yes it was a good offer, but keep in mind, if you have a large house, you will not get all of the ducts cleaned unless you are willing to pay regular price for the others.

They came in and covered everything. They warned me the machine might be loud and could scare my dogs so we went outside in the back while they did the cleaning. He explained what they found and what they did as well as checked to be sure everything was in working order before leaving. They did a great job.

The results were a extremely dustily polluted house that cause my allergies to make me sick. They speed through the house as fast as they could go and did not do a proper job on the ducks. The machine they used needed new Hepa filters as it smelled up the house. After several days I was getting sick in my house that was supposed to have been cleaned. A new filter was put in new filter in , before they came however 4 days later this class A filter was completely full of dust. This because they loosen up the dust but did not suck it all into they machine. So after 3 4 days my allergies were making me sick after I paid 300 for the ducks to be cleaned. I had to force them to clean the registers as they complain there could be electrical wire in them and that is flat BS. So would I use this service again No but H*** no. So where was the chemical spray they were suppose to use? So good luck if you use these folks

Guys came out and did a thorough inspection of my duct work. No issues found.

There was no additional cost to the deal. They cut all around my ducts which was fine. It just seems that they could have used a re-sealer after they were done. There were these big gouges all the way around all of my ducts. They didn't offer to do that. I would have paid if they asked. They kind of looked terrible.

As soon as I bought the deal through Angie's list they sent an email advising me they could schedule our service a few days later. I responded with the address and my mom's phone number. They called her to make the appointment, showed up as planned, did the work, cleaned up behind themselves, then called to let me know they were done. Excellent customer service, and they did not attempt to sell any other services to my 85 year old mother.
