It worked out very well. They did a really good job and the price was a really good deal.

The two men that came were professional and completed the work exactly how they described and in about the time they estimated. They cleaned up afterwards and all in all I was very happy with the service.

It was good. I do remember that they said they were going to give me a picture of the ducts but I never got that.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was great. They did a terrific job and did everything I needed them to do. They were very meticulous with their work and when they left they made sure everything was all cleaned up spic and span and spotless. The lady who lived in my rental house had complained about mold on her ductwork because there was black stuff on the vents in the house. I went ahead and ordered the duct cleaning without doing a thorough inspection of my own. It turned out she had not changed her filter in a year. I had their technician write down on the ticket that the reason there was black stuff on the air duct vents was because the filter had not been changed. The price was very reasonable.

They did a very good job. They were very thorough. They cleaned everything up very well. We were very pleased with their performance. What stood out about them is their professionalism, courtesy and thoroughness.

This provider did an air duct and dryer vent cleaning for us. They were very prompt, friendly, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I was very happy with the work that they did and will use them again in the future. They were excellent!

North Texas Duct Cleaning was a great experience from the first contact! They called me and set an appointment very promptly. The team arrived exactly on time, a second big plus. The team leader, Les, I believe, explained the cleaning process, length of time to complete the job and advised me on future cleaning schedules. He was very honest with me about whether or not I needed additional cleaning (which I did not). They completed the job on time and went over the process again. I had several vents that needed replaced and they were very helpful and explained why they needed replacing. I will definitely use them again on my other rental properties; they have a customer in me, for life!

Good. Only thing to watch for is make sure they seal the ducts they open to so they can get their vacumn in. They left without properly sealing and so had to go in and seal myself.

They came and inspected how many vents and returns I have. They decided my 2200 sqft house was too big for the $149 deal I bought. So they just did the second floor.

Unfortunately the service could not be performed because the equipment in my house was so old it presented compatibility issues. No fault of the service provider and they handled me with a high level of professionalism as they explained the issue. I will use them again at some point once my HVAC system is upgraded.

Service Provider immediately agreed to refund of services as I realized quickly after booking service that my wife had recently arranged for a similar service. So I really appreciated his prompt and amenable reply.

Very Professional and the communication was great. I was able to coordinate a work from home day so i could be here. The are ducts were cleaned and sanitized. My allergy problems from my dusty ducts has gradually gotten better and my furniture take a lot longer before it needs to be dusted.

We were having trouble with our HVAC system and our ducts were filthy!! After our initial cleaning, our ducts were still dirty, not bc of their service but b/c of our HVAC system. To ensure quality service they came out a second time a week later at no cost and cleaned them again. I would totally trust and use them again!

These guys were wonderful to work with. We got the appointment set up right away, they showed up on time, were extremely friendly and did a great job of cleaning out all of the ducts and returns in our house.

Since I pay for their offer here, they contacted me right away. In less than 20 min we had the appointment scheduled. They call me 30 min ahead of been here today, like we agree to do. They did an excellent job cleaning, and when they were finished, they clean up after themselves. Really satisfied with the service

Great. A team of 3 came out. They worked well together. I watched them work which they had no problem with. I was very pleased with their work.

They were professional and arrived before time. The person went over the details on what they would do and how. Opted to clean additional 2 supply ducts that I knew were dirty (I could see through 1 of them). Overall cleaning took 1 and 1/2 hour. Not sure about sanitizing part (I think they sprayed the vents from outside). Service was great and I would hire them again.

The guys that came were all very polite and careful. They cleaned and sprayed for growth in the air ducts and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The process took approximately 1.5-2 hours (for a condo).

Went Great. Employees were polite, respectful of my home and very clean. They wore protective covers on thier shoes, always clean up every area they went.They went to great details to show me the dusty vents both before and after, so I knew they were doing a good job and the ducts were clean.

Scheduling the appointment was easy and Les was polite and personable. Although the crew's previous job caused them to show up late, they called twice to keep me informed of their estimated arrival time so it really turned out to be a total non-issue (so rated "A" for Punctuality). The crew was efficient, courteous, and professional. They covered all floors and furniture in proximity to ducts with plastic tarps and cleaned up completely after work was finished. Overall they did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or use them again in the future.
