Mr Duct Cleaner

Polite and very professional.

After carefully researching several companies I decided that North Texas Duct Cleaning would clean the ductwork on a 1951 home of ours. I called the company line and Les answered the call. He is very personable and professional. We made an appointment and they were very punctual. They removed a lot of nasty trash, pet fur, dander, mold and other items that had accumulated in the ductwork since its original installation from many decades prior. The crew was extremely professional and hard working. After removing all the debris, they completely sanitized and seal-treated the ductwork against mold growth. They also cleaned and treated all the supply and return covers prior to reinstalling The next day the hvac equipment was running more efficiently, the humidity levels dropped from over 80% down to around 50%. Since the AC isn't running as much the equipment ought to last longer with fewer repairs. I think the electric utilities will drop down. The inside is much more comfortable.

Hired them to clean the duct work and eliminate the "smokers' smell. Works well so far.

They were quick, in and out. They didn't ask about anything extra. I feel better having peace of mind just having it done. It's one of those things you don't notice until it's done. It's just nice being able to breathe easier.

Staff was very polite and professional. They took care of protecting the house from dirt although it was vacant. They checked my heat pump and honestly told that it doesn't need cleaning. I paid 20$ per additional outlet register and 35$ per additional return, which was not covered with the deal. They were not pushy for upsell. They removed all registers one by one and used their rotating brush vacuum cleaner to clean inside. They also wiped the register covers clean. I did not see the sanitizing part since i was also busy around.

Three men arrived on time, each with a job to do. They went about their jobs, worked quickly, answered my questions, kept dust to a minimum with plastic sheets to cover furniture/floors. They were very professional and effecient. I would call them again when needed.

Purchased the big deal for $149 knowing it would only cover approximately 1/2 of the intake and returns in the house so there would be a high price at the end. The team also identified significant build up of dirt and fur and such in the furnace that was an additional expense. They moved systematically room by room through the house with their equipment and drop cloths. The entire effort took a couple of hours and was pretty noisy with the equipment but left us with piece of mind that the ventilation in the house was clean. Although I don't think this will become an annual service based on the final price, I could see it being every 5 years or so. I would definitely call North Texas Duct Cleaning again as I feel they provided very good service with care to my house.

They were excellent and very professional. They used booties and different things so they wouldn’t crack anything in the house. They were very nice. I was satisfied with their work. I used one of the big deal so it was cheaper. When I spoke with them on the phone, they were very nice, professional and they knew what they’re talking about the things on us. We had two systems and we knew that we would have to pay more because we had more ducts than what the big deal was for.

It turned out very well. Their customer service was great and there were no issues scheduling with them. They also showed up on time.

The job from start to finish went smooth, and they pointed out some serious issues that I was unaware, and will have repaired.

They showed me the condition of the evaperator and the plenum and explained to me what they were going to do. There was a misunderstanding regarding the service written in the voucher certificate that I purchased, but they were able to resolve the issue in a way that was fair to me. They are easy to work with and very professional.

I understood I was purchasing air duct cleaning. The small print on voucher said air duct sealing. The guy gave me a quote for $700 to clean air ducts. He would take the $125 but not double the value. He told me other companies were cheaper but not so good. I felt pressure by him and the cost was higher than other quotes we have had, so I would like a refund. That it is only valid for a specific service needs to be clearer.

The two men came in and got right to work. They did a super job. I had two ducts too high for them to reach with the ladders they had, but they did the best they could to clean them. The cleaned up after themselves and left. It was a good day's work!

A very good experience! We bought house and wanted he ducts cleaned before moving in. The crew arrived on time and they were very polite. Benito educated me on some things to look out for in my AC unit and made it clear he wasn't up selling me for extra money., just educating me about cleaning the condensation drain pipe, the best air filters etc. I found his info helpful. They did the job in about 4 hours and left the house clean. Very professional.

A team of three people came, they were professional: told me what they were going to do, answered my questions, brought the cleaning tools, and finished the job in about an hour.

They were very polite. They put slippers on upon entering the home. They charged me a little bit more because I some extra ducts. The price change was minimal. They came right in and got to work. They cooperated and got it done quickly. I would use them again.

The communication was timely and accurate once I purchased the deal. My air duct system is over 30 years old, and had never been cleaned. The team came in and did an excellent job!! Very professional, like I said they were on time, and did the work they were supposed to do. I'm not the most patient person in the world and believe I should get what I paid for. Getting great customer service is at the top of my list, and I will scream the loudest when I don't get it. I was tired of trusting online reviews that may or may not be accurate. This was my first time hiring anyone from Angie's list, and I must say, I am extremely please!!! I would definitely recommend North Texas Duct Cleaning and plan to use them from now on. My house cools allot easier now, and the air is noticeably cleaner. The service is worth the price and as I stated earlier, I intend to use North Texas Air Duct cleaning again and again! -J
