Mr Duct Cleaner

Wish the provider was upfront --- part it was my fault but it should have been clear that $149 gets you only few ducts & one return! II was taken aback when the service guy told me he needs another $350 to clean everything! spoke to the provider couple of times --he never mentioned it is only for few ducts!! It was NOT clear -- guess it is one of the "buyer beware" situation! However, the service people were top notch --- very friendly and did their job very well! Unfortunately, they had to put with the customers being surprised. The reason for C is that it is NOT clear that only few ducts will be done based on the advertisement! It is time Angies list protects its members from fine print issues! Sounding the alarm for other members --when it comes to duct cleaning beware of the ads!!

Professional, honest, on time. Great overall service. Service providers came on time, explained the work that they will perform, provided an honest approach for regular maintenance schedule and completed the work on time.

They arrived early, but they called ahead of time to make sure that was OK with us. When they got here, they counted all the vents and returns and we had quite a bit more than was included in the deal! That's OK... it's a new house for us and we just wanted everything clean before move-in. The job got a bit pricey, but it's a bigger house then we had before, so I guess that's to be expected. This house has a gas furnace, and I've never owned a house with gas before, so they took me to the furnace and explained everything I needed to know about the furnace, especially turning it off and replacing the filter. They were absolutely professional throughout. They laid plastic under each vent before cleaning and picked up after themselves. They were done before their estimated completion time. I will be calling these gentlemen the next time I need my ducts cleaned.

It went well, even though they initially had the wrong address, they got here and got the job done. While calling as needed. They kept things clean and didn't clean vents that didn't need it.

Overall, they did a great job. They were punctual, courteous, very friendly, and did a great job explaining everything. The work itself was great. It only took about 2-3 hours to clean all 3 of our systems. We recently bought a 30 year old house that appears to have never been maintained, so our ducts were filthy. We only encountered a few small issues, and I would definitely say these things are small annoyances that I am sure are probably just things that are part of having large equipment to clean HVAC ducts. They do have bulky vacuum cleaning type machines, and because they were big, a few of our doorways and walls got scratched. Super easy to touch up with paint though. The only other issue was that they removed all of our white vent covers to clean, which all came with white screws, but they took our screws and replaced them with stainless steel screws. No idea why they didn't just put back the screws that were there, so we had to go buy white screws again and replace all the screws on all our vents. I know it is silly, but you really do notice stainless screws on white vents. So my suggestion would be for them to not take peoples original vent screws. I would definitely use them again. They were a great price for great service - I want to make sure I am clear on that.

They were professional, arrived on time and appears they did a good job of cleaning the system. There was a misunderstanding of what was included in the special offer that resulted in additional charges.

Very friendly, flexible, helpful. Took photos of our units and texted them to me to help me understand the filters and how to change them. was willing to let us have half cleaned now, half cleaned later since our house is large and required expensive work. I asked him not to clean the areas that weren't very dirty, and he did as I asked. He cleaned only what I really needed so I saved some money. Thanks!

Went well. Some ceiling debris on carpet and furniture not cleaned after they were done.

The crew that showed up to my home for the duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning were timely, professional, and did the job quickly. One person from the crew come in at first to do an initial walkthrough to see which ducts I wanted cleaned and gave me recommendations on further servicing. I ended up getting one extra duct cleaned and one extra return along with the dryer vent cleaning. The team showed me how the rotobrush worked and gave me an analysis of how dirty the vents were after they cleaned them out. My only complaint was that our dryer vent hose, which was brand new, was slightly damaged after the removal to clean the dryer vent. The damage wasn't significant so I didn't complain seeing that the dryer vent hose is still doing its job. I would recommend Mr. Duct Cleaner and will use them again.

They did a great job! Very punctual and professional! We were very happy with the service. They had great communication and were easy to talk to.

They had good equipment to brush off and suction the accumulated dust simultaneously so that no dust would come out of the duct. They are very cordial and professional.

One worker not very communicative and wasn't forthcoming when asked a question. Other questions were answered reluctantly, at least that was the perception.

Benito and Brandon did a great job! They were here for 3 hours (+). Polite. Professional and made great suggestions on things to improve the A/C without trying to sell me more. They even put a little new insulation on the A/C/ pipes. I will definitely use these guys again.
