Went great! Did a great job, from now on he is my computer guy!

Overall it went extremely well. Jeremy came in and prob with couple of hours had us up and running again. His experience and knowledge is truly exemplified in the ease by which he can handle the work. We have been extremely happy with Jeremy's service over the years

I am not very computer literate and my computer was driving me crazy, locking up, shutting down in the middle of jobs, losing;documents, etc. AND IT WAS SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. It now runs like a top (but hasn't helped make me a computer guru, since he fixed the computer but not the operator!). What did he do? I don't have a clue! I just know the computer works better than it ever has. Thank you, Jeremy.

This provider is excellent. He knew exactly what was wrong the minute he opened the computer. He did an excellent job.

Jeremy Zuther was very helpful in explaining what went wrong with my computer and what he was going to do to fix it. He explained things in a way that a non-computer expert would understand. I would definitely call him if I have problems with my laptop.

I somehow lost all Outlook data files and AV was not functioning properly. I called Jeremy and by luck, he was just finishing with a customer and was able to dial in to determine what needed to be done. He quickly assessed the situation and corrected the problems. Jeremy was very professional, friendly and helpful which I appreciated since I know this was not a very complicated project for someone with his expertise. Jeremy explained what he was doing and after downloading a trial AV subscription that he suggested, he wrote instructions on Notepad for what I needed to do after the trial period to continue service. He provided exactly what I needed with a positive attitude and not condescending. I was a tad hesitant about allowing someone to have remote access to my PC, but the prior reviews gave me confidence that this was a trustworthy, highly competent IT professional. I will be calling Jeremy for all of my IT support needs in the future and I strongly recommend that you put him on speed dial for your IT needs as well.

My 4-yr-old computer was getting buggy. Even with 6 mg of RAM, it was getting incredibly slow, crashing a lot & making my computer experience more painful rather than enjoyable. Looking on Angie's List for someone to repair my problems, I chose Jeremy Zuther, Mr. Computer. He DOES NOT "repair" computers per se. His modus operendi, instead, is to back up all data then take the computer back to original factory factory settings. This eliminates all the "junk" that has found its way into the computer. I now find my computer fast like it used to be. (The exception is Firefox which seems to still want to hog memory. My solution there will be to start using Chrome.) As well, Jeremy was punctual, professional, incredibly friendly & very will to answer questions &/or explain what he was doing. The greatest compliment I can give is that I have scheduled him to come in next week & do the same to my wife's computer.

I upgraded my system with a better modem and had trouble getting everything back in sync; Email, internet, Wifi, Roku, etc. After a morning of frustration, I had everything up and running, with the exception of the router (i.e., in-house WiFi). I had exhausted every DIY option that I had (along with my patience). I gave up and called Jeremy Zuther at Mr. Computer. I picked him off Angie's List, but I also had a vague memory of his name from a few years back, when I set-up my, at that time, new system. When I asked if he could make it to the house today, he gave me a two-hour window in the afternoon. I was fortunate that my memory was still intact. He was the same guy. Jeremy is a 100%, no-bull, no-up sell professional. He told me what he thought was the problem, how much it would cost to fix it, and got to work. The job was done in under 20-minutes. Not only did he get everything running, he offered some great tips on how to avoid future problems, fixed me up with a couple of anti-virus, anti-malware software downloads and even took time to optimize my system - all of it for the same price. Not only is Jeremy knowledgeable about systems, he's got great communication and overall human relation skills. Computers are one of those subjects that can humiliate a less than perfect user. Anybody who has ever been pushed aside (with a less than cheerful, "Move!") by one of those Corporate IT Techs, will appreciate Jeremy's calm and professionalism. It didn't matter what I asked, he gave me an answer that made sense. If I started down the path to an inevitable error of enthusiasm, he was careful to make sure that I didn't get out of my depth. I can't say enough good things about the guy, and recommend him to anyone who needs some technical support, no matter what your level of skills may be.

I?ve been routinely using Jeremy Zuther for all of my Computer Tech needs for the last five years or so and he?s always been very professional, in addition to always discovering the issue at the time. I?ve had other Computer Techs (for various reasons) Geek Squad, Geeks on Site, etc., but they were always lacking the knowledge and expertise which Jeremy seems to possess. Excellent. Objective of removing malicious adware (and any unknowns) accomplished. Mr. Zuther was most helpful in my review of what to save. He was also helpful with " how To" in reply to general questions I had.
