Mr. Computer - On Site Expert Support

I kept putting it off as long as possible, afraid something would go wrong or I would loose important information. I have Accounting data and Mortgage notes and was not comfortable with this process. I had everything backed up but you never know. Everything went without a hitch. I was very happy with the results. I have not had a problem since.

He was professional and personable. Told me exactly what the problem was in words I could understand and what it would take to fix it. Gave me several options on loading MSOffice and cleared up the problem. As a matter of fact, the computer runs faster and better than since I bought it. I waited several weeks to post this as I wanted to make sure but all is great.

I called Jeremy and told him the issues I had every time I used my computer. He came to my house to check the computer. He explained to me what it need it to be done for the computer to work properly. He fixed the computer. Jeremy did an excellent job. He is a very nice, honest and very responsible person. I do recommend him, he will tell you if your computer can be fix or not.

It went great! Jeremy is very professional & knowledgeable and the work was done very quickly! He went out of his way to explain what he was going to do and why and how to avoid it next time. He also double checked with me before he left to ensure that everything i needed done had been accomplished.

After listening to my description of problems, Jeremy installed a dongle on the front side of my computer that allows optimum access of the mouse signal. He ran multiple tests on the internet service that determined the outages were the fault of my internet service provider (ATT). He explained the results of his tests to ATT by phone. After their own tests while on the phone with Jeremy, ATT agreed the problems lay within their system and would require an on-site visit by their repair technician. After the ATT tech did his work at my home the following day, my internet service is reliably working. For me, Jeremy's intercession on my behalf with ATT was well-worth the price of his service call. In addition to all of "A" ratings I gave to Jeremy on the above check list, I will say that Jeremy is pleasant, listens well, and easy for a non-computer expert to work with. I will use his service again if needed.

I have used Jeremy before so I knew he would do a great job. This job involved typical PC set-up, installed AV and software such as MS Office. I also upgraded my cable modem which had to be registered with my ISP. All of the cables were organized with ties which makes the work space look neat and tidy. He kept me informed of what he was doing and did an A+ professional job. I have confidence in his experience and believe that he is trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend Jeremy and his team.

Jeremy is always very good and quick at fixing our computer issues. We have used him several times over the last 6 years and he has always been very professional and efficient with very reasonable prices.

Jeremy (Mr. Computer) responded very quickly and in a very positive "can do" fashion. Upon arrival to my location he immediately assessed that the computer did not need a new hard drive (a relief), but it did need a Windows reinstall to clean out conflicting/harmful programs cryptically accumulated over the years of internet use. The cost for the Windows reinstall and the data backup and the maintaining of my key programs was extremely reasonable. Upon the return of the computer the very next day, he also noted that the interior had accumulated a large amount of dust debris possibly contributing to the blanking out. As a result he completely cleaned the interior. In addition, the next day he assisted me in installing additional programs remotely at no additional charge. Now, the computer functions as new!! I could not be more pleased with all aspects of Jeremy's services. He is an exceptionally knowledgeable and understanding professional in every manner and a pleasure with whom to do business. I unequivocally recommend him to all that are having issues with their PC. Mac, etc.

Jeremy is always professional and easy to work with. He is a very bright computer technician that never makes you feel "dumb." In other words, he talks English and does not try and dazzle you with technical terms that are over your head. He is fast, efficient, and stands by his work. He has our highest recommendation.

I didn't have much hope for reviving my old but beloved laptop. Working long days during the week only leaves me a small window to attend to my home and personal needs. Never using a computer repair service before, I had envisioned a lengthy process of connecting with someone, or needing to bring my laptop to a repair shop. I truly expected to be told that because of the age of my machine it would not be fixable. Late on a Saturday morning I submitted my request for assistance on Mr. Computer's website. Within 20 minutes Jeremy called me to confirm my request and get a few more details of the problem. Jeremy provided the cost and length of time it would take to complete the work. He offered to be at my home within a couple of hours to fix the issue and have my PC running again.... turn up the sound of angels singing here........ But, certainly it couldn't be this easy. At the designated time, Jeremy arrived and immediately began working on the laptop. He was professional and personal. Even provided me additional information about my internet connection. Within the time frame he projected to have my repairs completed, Jeremy had my laptop working and also ensured that the wireless printer was connect to my laptop an all of my mobile devices were connected to the router. He never made me feel intimated for not having the most current version of some software, or for not understanding all aspects of the computer or networking. I would highly recommend Mr. Computer to anyone who needs help with any of their computer needs.

It always goes well with Jeremy. He is very forthcoming and I can always ask related questions about possible other technology that many of the young people are familiar with but we aren't. Much better than a "nerdy nephew."

Mr. Computer Jeremy Zuther SAVED my desktop computer! I thought it was on its way out, and was very worried about important files in it such as pictures and music!! I had despaired of finding anyone who was: a) competent and b) trustworthy. Thank goodness I found Mr. Computer! We will stick with Jeremy Zuther for ALL of our future needs, with this desktop and any other computers we have. VERY happy with this Service Provider!!! Thank you Jeremy!!!

Jeremy picked up computer on Friday and brought back Monday AM. He set it up and there was no connection to internet. He called Frontier and was put on hold and transferred from department to department 5 or 6 times.This went on for almost 3 hours. He explained many, many times in technical terms exactly what was wrong. He was very patient and saved me a lot of stress frustration, and tears. He didn't charge me for the extra time. I will always call him for my computer needs. I appreciate so much how he handled Frontier.

I very highly recommend Jeremy Zuther / Mr. Computer ! He is extremely knowledgeable, and he "saved" my broken computer after a Windows 10 download "crashed" it. I called Jeremy late on Wednesday; he picked up my computer on Thursday morning, and had it ready for me on Friday. Jeremy worked for hours to restore/repair my computer, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He did a great job ! Jeremy is very friendly and very easy to work with. I will use him again, and will recommend him to my friends.

Jeremy ran analysis of computer and connection to service provider. Reconfigured modem, disengaged firewall security protection as it was competing with modem and made adjustments in the computer. Computer works much better now. Jeremy was fast, efficient and was very knowledgeable of computers.

The computers were wireless and were also not connecting to my wireless computer. He first observed that the equipment was not set up properly and had redundancy that was causing some of my problems. Not only did he remove the unnecessary equipment, he cleaned up the cables and place them neatly around the wall. Within a very short time he had the two computers connected and I and my paralegal can now print to either computer and share files from each drive. I am also very grateful that Jeremy was straight with me about the negatives of using a wireless network in a business environment, especially in a law practice where my data must be secure. He set me up a secure and highly functional network. I would without hesitation recommend Jeremy/Mr. Computer to anyone for computer/network services. Jeremy is excellent! I picked up a "Big Deal" of his and he called me immediately to find out exactly what problems we are having on our computers. He gave me an overview of what would be required and an idea of how he would charge for the service since 2 computers are involved....this was all very reasonable. We scheduled an appointment within the next couple of days and he was right on time for the appointment, actually he was a little early because he said 8-9 AM and he was here at 8AM in spite of crazy rain. I took him to our "computer room" and he began work immediately, asking only a few questions here and there while he worked, and I was watching TV in the living room. Next thing I knew, he was done and called me in to go over a few items he had changed/corrected and to reiterate what and why. He had my invoice ready for me and everything was right in line with what we discussed during our first conversation so there were no surprises. Jeremy is very professional yet very personable and nice. He took as much time as I needed to be comfortable and understand what he did. I am very impressed with him, will definitely use him in the future should a need arise, will recommend him to my family and friends. I do not say this lightly as I have used several other services in the past 10 years which I would never call again. Do not hesitate to use Mr Computer as I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Jeremy was outstanding. Took his time and did all of the drops in a very professional manner. This was not an easy job since the house is 40 years old, yet he made sure that every connection was working properly and spent a lot of time in the attic organizing cables and running them professionally into the rooms with minimal intrusion. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to upgrade their home network.
