Description of Work: Mr. Computer had to assess the problem and had to reload the operating system and reinstall all my programs. He did an excellent job and also worked on my laptop at the same time. The price was very reasonable for the time that he spent on my computers. I will definitely use him again when I have a computer problem.

+ -1 moreThey have done lots of work for us. We trust them with all of our hardware and software. I don’t go to anyone else. They also work with my parents. The scheduling is wonderful and can even come out on weekends. He is incredibly punctual and he will work with our schedule as much as we would like. We trust him competently, and I can’t say enough good things s about him. Their prices are very competitive and I have no need to price compare.
Description of Work: They have set up our computers. They have installed our anti-virus software and networking. They have also installed additional software and updated our smart TV. They have even repaired computers for us and added RAM to update the speed of the computer.

We used them for several years. He was so good, and we didn’t use anybody else for our computers. He would come right away and take care of any issues.

+ -1 moreHe was fantastic. He had all kinds of gear with him. He cleaned the PC up and got rid of things that didn’t need to be there. He also gave me a free program to back up my hard drive. He was able to do everything plus much more. He got everything done in just a couple hours. Be prepared to have him in your home for a couple hours.
Description of Work: He replaced the hard drive on my notebook. He was able to save the bad hard drive. The brand of the notebook was a Dell Inspiron 6000.

On one occasion when he couldn’t fix it, he didn’t even charge me which I part of his business practice. He will usually come out within a day when you call him. He will even come out on Saturdays and even Sundays if you need.

Description of Work: They cleaned up a laptop and reloaded all the software on it to make it run right. I also have a 10 year old Dell computer that he will clean up for me and replace the hard drive. He has also replaced the DVD drive.

Description of Work: We had done everything we could to get our computer to print documents of all sorts. Nothing worked. Jeremy gave us some suggestions over the phone. When they didn't work he quoted us charges for coming to our house and arrived in a very timely manner.

Description of Work: Made pc lightening fast and my laptop runs more efficiently too and they talk to each others. I can even print from my laptop on my home pc. He added much needed memory, cleaned up the hard drive, added a modem, and it was just like new again. My house is high tech again.
