I'm sorry I could not meet your expectations on cost (although you were charged precisely what you were quoted in advance). I reviewed my records and it appears you had 2 separate service calls for 2 separate computers on 2 separate dates. On both occassions, the computers were fully rebuilt and in both instances the computers had multiple softwares that had to be reloaded consistent with your business functionality. This takes more time than the average computer. On both service calls, work was quoted in advance and performed within the quote. Adding both service calls together, you were charged less than $500 total. I have been doing this over 15 years now and yours is the first poor review I've ever received. I would like to say that I could correct the problem but in your case, you are mainly dissatisfied that I charged you what I quoted you. My job is straightforward. Answer the phone, identify the problem, quote the price and fix things properly within that price and within the promised schedule.
