We've used JARIC for HVAC service for years. Jim and company (and son) are very trustworthy and extremely reliable. It can be very difficult to find a good AC service company - JARIC is excellent. We called the 2/47 answering service early on Monday. Their staff returned our call shortly after 8am and scheduled a visit for that afternoon. JARIC quickly diagnosed a bad fan in the inside unit, made a short trip to get the part, and got us back up and running.

It went well. They were punctual, professional, friendly and thorough. I have requested a proposal on replacing my unit since it is 20 years old. The proposal compared different prices for different "name brands." I am waiting until October to replace my unit.

Honest and ethical firm. Does an outstanding job and shows up or calls if they are running late. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for any HVAC work. Gave an estimate and stuck to it. Communicated with me so no surprises.

The cool persistence by the Jaric team of father, son and grandson supported by other staff eventually fixed the problems other a/c vendors and repair companies could not. This involved uncommon persistence, research, follow-up and courtesy that won our hearts.

They are repairing a huge mess and doing a fantastic job. I renovated a building and the contractor I hired has really caused me more work. The work is not completed yet, but they have started.

It went great. Jim was on time and went right to work examining my air conditioner. He knew right away what was wrong as there was too much dirt and dried grass surrounding the coil inside the air conditioner (the outside compartment). He also informed me that there was a part that was worn out and he had the part in his truck. After installing the new part, he came into my house and checked to see if the unit was working and that the house was cooling properly. I would definitely use this company again for further repairers, if needed.

My wife was hot! Why? Because the airconditioning decided to quit working. I called JARIC and reported the problem. They sent someone out in a very timely manner (on a Saturday no less). My wife is still hot, but not temperature wise, because the air conditioner was fixed quickly and efficiently.

When I had trouble with my unit and I didn’t trust what the technician was telling me. The owner who is actually retired now actually came to my home and gave me the alternative. They were very impressive in the way that they chose to handle the issue. They were the best.

this review is an an update. originally I had issues with service but the company was quick to followed up with my concerns and remedied my issue to satisfaction. They did a great job for a family owned company that I would consider using them again.

I received 3 estimates on replacing the remaining worn out ductwork. Jaric's estimate was the second lowest. I selected Jaric because they were thorough with their estimate, were committed to solving problems I identified to them and also made recommendations on how to improve the overall airflow of my system. There was a hiccup in scheduling. I told the owner I wanted the work scheduled on a Wednesday, but his office scheduled on a Thursday. This was discovered and brought to my attention, which led to delaying installation by a week. The owner and his crew showed up on-time on the new day scheduled. They kept me informed of their progress and completed the project by the end of the day. They cleaned up so well that you could not tell they had been there. All the problems identified in the system were corrected and air flow improved throughout the home.

I called over the weekend to start setting up an appointment, as my schedule is not the best to work with. The operator took info and I told her it was not an emergency. The company called me first thing Monday morning to set up appointment, we agreed on Tuesday. Jimmy the tech called on Tuesday morning with an estimated time , when he showed within the few minutes of estimated time, he was professional, polite and friendly. He replaced the part, checked everything out before leaving. Jaric will be called again, and I will use them for regular maintenance etc.

They provide quick response and are very knowledgeable. It is under second generation ownership.

The experience has been fine. They’ve worked with us on our previous home well as the most recent home. The reason we’ve used them is because they were recommended to us. We had a company previously that tried to replace an entire fan motor on the a/c, but it was a much smaller problem. JARIC is incredibly honest, and I've been happy with their services overall.

We’ve used this company for years, and so has my daughter. The founder was an incredibly impressive guy; he worked well in adverse conditions. His technicians seem to be carrying on that tradition. They provide great services and I can count on them. They’ve done a good job.

The experience was very good. They found an issue with our a/c unit installation that the builder had done. I was able to go back to the builder, and have them correct the issue. JARIC did a great job.

The experience has been excellent. It’s a great company; I’ve been dealing with them for about 30 years. They’re good people and they're honest.

My neighbor used Jaric a few days ago as a second opinion for a repair completed on his outside A/C unit. What my neighbor learned from the technician was that the first company had actually completed the repair and his unit was functioning properly. The Jaric tech only charged my neighbor a $45.00 service charge for this extremely HONEST second opinion. Therefore, when my outside unit stopped functioning a few days later and it was 110 degrees outside, I did not hesitate to call Jaric. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and professional. Although they were booked solid until later that evening, she took the extra effort to squeeze me in when I told her I had a 2 year old with medical issues and I needed to get the A/C working as soon as possible. The technician arrived just 2 hours later and was courteous, professional and honest. The price I paid for the repair was exactly the price I expected to pay. I could not have asked for a better company to call in such an urgent situation. Jaric has earned two customers on my block and I will certainly spread the word!
