Very quick response, and they had the parts needed to complete the AC repair in record time. Brandon's professionalism and sheer know-how was impressive, and he completed the AC repair and cleaning in very short order. Will definitely use them again.

I got my start with this company and worked with the founder Jim before he let me go solo. Jim earned his customers based on simple morals. You don’t lie to your customer, you don’t cheat your customer and you always treat your customer like they are number one. Your satisfied customer is your BEST referral. If you take care of your customers, they will take care of you. This is literally the only company that I would refer to anyone and honestly say they will NOT take advantage of you. . They will always stand behind their work and they will always treat every customer like they are number one. There are ALOT of shady/questionable companies in the DFW area, but Jaric is NOT in that category. More companies should follow the basic moral code that Jim always practiced.

It went GREAT. Excellent customer service, quality work, and clean up. I am so impressed with Jaric. We had quotes from 3 companies and Jaric came out on top. Jimmy did not try to over sell us a higher priced unit that I was looking at. We choose the unit he suggested and could not be happier. This was a big job and Jimmy was here most of the day to make sure things went well. They showed up on time and all work was completed ahead of schedule. . This will be our AC company for all future services, I am a customer for life. I can't say enough good things about this company. No need to shop around, call Jaric.

It went fine. It took about half a day. They were quick and efficient. It was very good.

Exactly like contract described. They even did a little extra above what I expected! Replaced more feet of air ducts than I thought and then hung them high so I can now have use of my attic space. We were extremely pleased with the work and professionalism. Took care of my house and cleaned up nicely also. Would highly recommend this company!

We've used them for decades. They come out twice a year and check it. We pay a maintenance fee. You get a discount if you have that agreement with them.

--------- Below is the update ---------- I changed my original "Lousy" review. The owner Jim has called me nicely and responsibly. I changed the review to "Good" and WILL STILL CONSIDER/RECOMMEND them because of his responsible attitude. I changed the review also because technician Don, who did the second service they offered, works hard and is very nice and helpful. ------- Below is what happened ------- One of my AC did not provide cool air. The guy arrived on time. He check the outside AC and figured out the problem is because the AC is out of Freon. And my other AC also has this problem. He said shortage of Freon should not happen in normal cases. So I assume there is a leakage (this is also what he wrote on the diagnosis report). Then he went up to attic trying to locate the leakage and failed. BTW, I am OK with that. But when the bill came, it turned out that he had already refilled the Freon when he was outside doing the diagnosis and without asking me (he did it even before he went up to attic and tried to locate the leakage). I thought the procedure should be like this: 1. identify the problem 2. explain to customer and provide fix options 3. ask the choice of customer 4. perform the service that customer choose You just CANNOT ASSUME the customer will choose "option A" by default or base on you own thought even though he would probably choose "option A" AFTER YOU ASKED. What if I want to find somebody else to locate the leakage first since this guy could not? This is probably true especially for shortage of Freon case because it is pointless to refill before fixing the leakage since the refilled Freon will leak out like before. It is an understandable mistake but it is still a mistake. This is the ONLY point I am unhappy with this company. Other than this, it all went well.

I called in the late morning, and they came out in the afternoon. The scheduler and the technician were both great to deal with it. Excellent customer service.

The inspection went well and they seemed to understand the issue. They said that I needed to replace the ductwork. I never had any problems with them except for the price, so I ended up using someone else.

He put in my system approximately one year ago. His follow up is excellent. He is honest in his dealings and he provides a very reasonable price for quality products. I highly recommend him.

I have been using them for over 20 years. They came out and repaired my AC at no charge, because it was still under warranty. They are very nice and thoughtful. They are always on time.

The experience was great as usual and not extremely expensive. A new pan was replaced in the attic and the air condition unit out side was cleaned and checked for freon. Don was at my house for a little over an hour and, in my opinion, did a very good job.

I was away out of town and I have pets; they sent Don on a Sunday to fix the AC while it was down. He called multiple times to let me know the situations, took my payment right over the phone to ensure that I would have AC when I got back home and my pets would be okay while I was gone! He was excellent! About a month later I just had the entire system replaced. I was so impressed that they sent him out on a Sunday! I would recommend them.

It was about 8 grand for the A/C and heater. It was a wonderful experience with them. Start to finish with the project, they always knew where I stood. The sales rep was no-nonsense. He was just very matter-of-fact. There wasn't a lot of trying to fill in extras or this or that. The price was what the price was. It was a fair one for what I was getting. They were on time for delivery. My wife was here while they were doing all the installation. Everything was immaculate when they left. It was just a very well run installation.

The inspector showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection. He discovered a lot of issues that would probably have been missed by lesser inspectors. In showing the inspection to other people, they were amazed how well it was done and documented. Based on his inspection, some major issues were discovered with the HVAC that ultimately led to not buying the house. He saved us ~$14K in repairs that would have needed to occur within 12 months of purchase.

It was time to replace the 2nd HVAC unit of our 2 zone system. The other zone was replaced 18 months earlier and I wanted to buy and install the same brand of HVAC system. I called for a proposal from the AC Heating service company that replaced the HVAC for the 1st zone and made appointments with 3 additional service companies to submit proposals. Jaric won the bid, installed the system and made repairs to duct work. Throughout the process, working with Jaric was stress free, quick and perfectly completed. Here is are the bullet points of what I enjoyed most about working with Jaric. *Jimmy Richmond presented the project bid QUICKLY with a proposal that included good, better and best choices. *When I asked for additional information about the systems on the Jaric proposal, the requested information was returned by email the same day almost INSTANTLY. *Jaric?s installation crew arrived in 3 trucks and went work. QUIET, CLEAN and QUICK are 3 words to best describe the installation day experience. I hardly noticed the crew was in or around the house and installation was completed 2 hours QUICKER than I was told to expect! *The additional repair work on air ducts was performed PERFECTLY. I knew 1 of the 3 repair items (which was previous duct work in a remodeled bath) would be difficult but Jimmy Richmond stayed with it until the difficult repair was right. *Each phases of the process was performed QUICKLY, WORRY FREE and with 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. It was a big job, a lot of money and I couldn't have been more satisfied. FYI the replacement of the 1st HVAC system did not go this well.

Jimmy came out the next morning. We had some melted wires in our inside unit. He fixed that within 10 minutes. Then we did actually have an issue with our NEST thermostat that he had to troubleshoot and we had to have them send a replacement unit as it wasn't sensing a wire from the heating unit. It was after his repair that it was noticeable that the NEST too wasn't working. It took a couple of days to receive it. He kept his schedule open to return and finish the job so that when we received it, we called him and he came out that afternoon on Tuesday to replace the unit within 30 minutes. He verified that it was all working properly for heat and A/C so that we wouldn't have to call him when it started getting warm. I thought that was very proactive, and he had a great idea on how to set up our air system that my husband and I would love to do, so maybe we will call him to do that. We appreciate the quickness of his response and taking care of everything while he was here.

I wasn't able to be there the day Jimmy and his crew did the work like I normally would do so I had to trust him with the work and that he would do what he said he would do. He and his crew showed up on time, did exactly what I hired them to do, did it very well, left no messes for me to clean up and despite my trepidation that the fix wouldn't work and I'd have to still spend $4,000 to fix my original problem, I was pleasantly surprised to see the dramatic difference his solution made in the entire house.

Great people. We had them out for A/C issues our first summer in this house, later to adjust the airflow to certain rooms, and recently to repair the furnace that wasn't working when we tried to start it for the season. They are always prompt and responsive, polite and considerate, clean, friendly, and best of all, they know their stuff and get things fixed fast. We'll be using them again (and again, and again, until we're ready to replace our old HVAC units, and then we'll ask them to do that for us).

My first encounter with Jaric was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. There's a reason why they have 100% of their customers provide an 'A' rating. Jim was excellent! Highly Recommended!

Jim came out to check our heating system to see why our heat wouldn't come on. It was some part that was clogged and needed blowing out. Since he was here, he went ahead and did the Fall Service check-up. I can always count on JARIC to get the job done correctly without overcharging.

When we discovered water in our ducts we were alarmed and surprised. The system was only one year old. We called five companies, some were small, some large - most of them with very good reviews on Angie's list. We requested senior technicians because our personal research on the internet indicated this was not a common problem. Truth is, none of the senior technicians or owners could figure it out but one - and that was Jim Richmond, owner of Jaric. Jim dug further into analyzing the problem than any of the others. The other companies threw out solutions that if we had followed, we would still have the problem. Jim really cared about our problem, and he was resolved to figure it out. He checked things on our system that other senior technicians didn't look at, and he called Trane engineers while at our home. What Jim discovered is that the coil was missing a metal plate that was supposed to have been factory installed. Jim and his crew professionally and expertly fixed our problem, even safely removing gallons of water from ducts in our attic!! Jaric's motto is "we have just serviced your heating and air conditioning equipment as if it were our own" and we can vouch that it was true for us. It wasn't just words, it was a genuine attitude. Without any hesitation we highly recommend Jaric. .
