My main concern was foundation so I called Jordan. To my satisfaction the issue wasn't foundation related after Jordan assessed the issue. It was more to do with poor job done by the builder. I was satisfied by Jordan's knowledge and work.

DFW Eagle employees were on time as promised and were very courteous. All work was done and cleaned up in one day. Great job!

Jordan came out to inspect my foundation. He checked the exterior first and then measured from the interior. After reviewing, he said that there was no need to install any piers under the house. But did suggest adding a foundation watering system to help maintain. He seemed very honest and not trying to over-sell his services. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing their foundation checked.

The initial consultation was setting up Jordon to come and take a look at the foundation, take readings and provide with an estimate. Jordon came on time, called 30 mins in advance, took his time explaining the different types of piers he would use and the other necessary things about the process itself. Once we agreed on the price, he booked the day of the work. On the day of the work, they were at the property early in the morning and started the work. The people who actually did the work are very hard working. They only took 1 hr lunch break. the rest of the time they were just doing the work. The work itself completed around 5:00 PM. The cleaned up the property after the work was done. The foreman who was supervising the work also was very helpful. Due to the foundation fix, we had a few sticking doors. The foreman helped try and fix them. Jordon and his team did a great job and i would recommend them to anyone needing a foundation repair work done!!

Foundation wasn't as bad as thought. I was pleased with the estimate that was given, just have to work into the budget.

The rep showed up on time. He was very professional and respectful of my home. He thoroughly examined the house (interior and exterior) and then went through repair options in detail. I appreciated that he addressed the issue of improper drainage on one side of the house, which other repair companies have completely neglected to address in their repair plans. The proposal included 38 piers total, which is more than twice the amount of piers recommended by any other company. He also recommended that we install a French Drain on one side of the house. The quote was for $14650, which is our highest bid by far. We have not yet decided which company we will hire, but my overall impression from DFW Eagle was that they do a very thorough job.

A representative from DFW Eagle Foundation Repair took a look at our foundation. He show up on time and very friendly. We are having an issue at one side of house. (Ceiling crack line and not being able to open up the door easily.) He walked the perimeter of the house and drew a scale of the house. He listened to my concerns attentively. He then took down measurement levels of the interior of the house with an electronic measuring tool. He clearly explain to me different repair methods and provide formal quotation right away. We like their service and price. We highly consider use their repair service.

Called them and they scheduled a service person. The Tech arrived and did measurements of the house as well as drawing a floor plan. He explained that one side of the house as lower and should be fixed. He explained what should be done and gave me a estimate of what the cost would be for different piers. I received a formal proposal right away. I am very pleased with their price and service.
