Excellent! Foundation was done November of 2013, recently due to a roof issue I called Jordan Woo to return. He arrived promptly, he did a thorough re-evaluation. No change in foundation. Get it done right first time!

Jordan showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection of my home and determined I did not need any foundation repairs at this time. Jordan is very honest and knowledgeable. He even gave me tips on how to maintain my foundation to avoid problems in the future. I highly recommend DFW Eagle Foundation Repair!

I had noticed several exterior cracks in the bricks on the exterior of my house and I was concerned about foundation issues. DFW Eagle came out to my house within a day of being contacted and inspected the house. They found that the foundation had less than an inch difference end to end and that foundation repair was not needed. DFW Eagle did not charge me for coming out to check my home which was a great plus as other vendors quoted me $400+.

Jordan came to my house for an estimation and he explained me all the issues and possibilities. The job was executed on time and the crack on the walls closed perfectly. Very professional and clean work.

Great and very professional team. My house started to sink, cracks appeared on the wall and some doors did not close properly. After they repaired the foundation issues, the cracks disappeared and the doors have started working again.

Mr. Wu, the owner of the company, came out to do the measuring and began the project very promptly. He came to the house again to answer questions and explain things and continued to do that until we understood exactly how the project would work.The crew did amazing work and the warranty is an excellent one.

Free estimate meeting. Turns out it didn't really need a repair it was all within limits. He offered to fix it but let me know that what was going on with it was not in dire need of repair at the moment.

Great! Needed a professional to take a look at my foundation and tell me if I had a problem or not. They took a really good look all around the house and, in the end, my foundation is fine. No charge. I'll be using them again. (Same thing happened in 2015! They didn't "find" something that wasn't there or charge me for their opinion. Really appreciate that!!)

Jordan called before he arrived which was very nice and he was on-time. After measuring the house for slopes, he recommended waiting and retesting in one year as the house is still within the tolerance. I appreciated his integrity of not trying to sell me something that I did not need. He was very fast with the measurements and that was helpful too. Jordan was great and I would contact in the future for foundation issues.

I contacted them because I was seeing noticeable foundation issues toward the back of my house. Communications were excellent. They came out and assessed where the foundation issues were. They put in 12 concrete piers along the back and partial side of the house. It took only one day for them to do the repair work. They also helped move a few plants away from the slab where they worked and then moved the plants back again after the job was completed. Within the next two weeks that followed, they sent someone out to do the plumbing inspection and then someone out to do the foundation inspection. Everything went well. I received a packet with the approved plumbing and foundation inspection reports, work receipts, and a Lifetime Transferable Warranty certificate. Reasonably priced. Great to work with! I've recently recommended them to a colleague at work as well.

I required a bunch of piers as my house was deflecting ~2.5 inches to the front. It was bad. Jordan came out and recommended 11 piers which was in line with the engineer. He didn't try to sell me on some fancy shmancy proprietary tools. Pressed concrete was easy, cheap and effective and he scheduled it for three weeks out. His team was in and out in a day and restored the property as best as possible (considering there's a bunch of concrete where dirt used to be! All of the gaps in my home are closed up, doors are smooth and actually close now. I would highly recommend DFW eagle. One caveat: my home did not pass the plumbing test to close out the permit. There is a leak somewhere in my outbound sewer line. I am getting it looked at this week by my insurance company to see what's the cause.

My experience with DFW Eagle Foundation Repair was absolutely what you hope for when choosing a contractor. The level of service and communication I received throughout the process was first class, and we ran into more than a few hiccups between my crazy schedule and a few weather-related delays. I will definitely call them again for my next project.

The whole thing went smoothly and exceeded my expectation. The owner (Jordan) came out himself and arrived on time. He examined the foundation carefully and explained in detail what might have caused the cracks on our walls and floor. After careful measurements, he came to conclusion that our foundation was fine and the cracks were probably due to the moisture in the drywall. The owner seemed really honest and didn't push for any repair nor trying to sell anything. He didn't charge anything for the inspection. He also seems really understand what he is doing and explain very well. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who will need a foundation inspection and work.

The foundation inspection went very smooth. Jordon arrived within the time window that was provided and he called ahead when he had started my way. He went through the foundation inspection thoroughly measuring and noting all the measurements throughout the house. He performed exterior inspection too. Jordon was friendly and did not rush the process. He answered my questions and let me know the steps I can take as a precaution. I wanted a drip system as a preventive step before the dry season starts. Jordon did provide me with an estimate for the same. Overall, I definitely would recommend DFWEagle for anyone looking for any foundation service.

Did thorough evaluation and measurements to determine work that would be necessary. Made recommendation that repairs to the foundation could be made in stages according to overall criticality of the issues and affordability. Am currently in process of obtaining other bids but feel confident that Eagle would do a quality job. Seems to know what they are doing and are also a certified irrigator for preserving the integrity of a foundation.

The inspection was completed and the gentleman was courteous and professional. I can now rest assured that my foundation is in good condition and is not in need of repair. He did not even ask for me to pay for the inspection, even though no repair was necessary.

They are very easy to communicate. Repair process is very smooth and they clean very well after job. With their flexible payment plan, We highly recommend their service to anyone.

Great, they were so nice, helpful, and on time. They cleaned up afterwards, took the time to explain. Friendly, very knowledgeable about the work being done. We would recommend if you need to have work done this is the company to call.

The foundation repair seems to be done well but time will tell on that score. The way they left my property not so much. They did not remove the extra dirt and just mounded it up against the house. The supervisor was supposed to check on the job before they closed it up and that did not happen. My sprinkler system was not working afterwards and I was promised that would be taken care of on the day of the job. That did not happen. We are having to convince them now that the system was working before the foundation repair. It definitely was, we ran it a day before they came to do the work. I have now had to hire people to fix the system myself. The irrigation repair guy found that all the wires to the sprinkler system had been cut. In digging for our buried sprinkler heads we have also found that much dirt needs to be added back under our home.

I called Jordan to set up an appointment expecting later in the week. He said he’d try to make it today. I got a call a couple hours later that he was on his way. He was very professional and polite. Came in and did his evaluation and then sat with me to go over everything. Seemed like a fair price. Still going to get other estimates but he’s at the top of our list. Thank you Jordan.
