Very professional crew. It only took half of the day fixed the foundation problem. And, they were very patient about any questions that I asked. A+

The work was done as promised and on-time. The crew arrived around 8:30am and were leaving before 2pm. The noticeable symptoms (sticking doors, open expansion joints in the bricks, slight separation of windows from surrounding bricks, etc.) of the settling foundation were immediately fixed upon completion of the work. The dirt from the 12 holes that were dug was neatly spread around the foundation of the home where previous ground had washed away due to slope of yard. All in all, I was impressed by the work provided by DFW Eagle Foundation Repair and would recommend them to others. I had 6 companies out to assess my situation and quote the work. DFW Eagle Foundation Repair was close to $1000 less that the next cheapest estimate I received. Price was not the only factor in my decision, but Jordan Wu with Eagle Foundation Repair gave me no reason to believe I wasn't getting similar or better service than the other companies. He is very knowledgeable in this field and is interested in solving foundation issues. He will tell you that he is not a salesman but just wants to get the job done correctly. Overall, this was a good experience and I'm glad I chose to go with DFW Eagle Foundation Repair.

I had settling cracks in my house already. Several doors won't close correctly. Installation of this drip irrigation system is to keep soil moisture constant and to avoid costly foundation repair down the road. The pre installation consultation is through. Jordan is very knowledgeable on factors impacting foundation moves in north Texas. His later response to my follow-up questions via texting was very punctual, almost real time. The installation crew was not only efficient, but also very communicative. Upon installation completion, i was shown how the drip system worked. The original 6 sprinkler stations are still in place. The underground drip system is attached to the original system as the 7th zone. The drip system is close to the foundation. As a reminder, the city does not limit dripping during the summer even it restricts sprinkler watering the lawn during the summer. The installation crew even showed me the 7th zone was working by opening he soil and cover it again at several spots. The follow-up is superb. To ensure that the drip system does its job of keeping soil moisture constant,Jordan showed me how to tell whether the soil is dry and how to water with my drip+sprinkler system with a printed watering schedule and with details to sign up on WatermyYard.org. After the installation and payment, i also needed him to follow up on a coupe of issues and he sent his crew in and addressed them quickly. I would highly recommend using DFW Eagle Foundation Repair for preventative water solution to your foundation.

Great to work with. Very personable and honest. Was willing to pay for needed repairs, but based on the analysis of the elevation measurements and inspection of crawlspace, Jordan recommended that no repairs were necessary other than readjusting the wood floor slats in our den.

They installed a drip irrigation system around the entire foundation and installed a new controller to separately manage the drip system from the sprinkler system. They dug the trench, installed the line and controller, tested the system and then filled in the trench. I really enjoy doing business with Jordan and his team. His team members showed up on time and were very well trained and experienced. I am very happy with the completed project.

It went great! They completed extensive foundation repairs in one day, cleaned up after themselves. They even pressure washed my walkway in front of the house so that Trick or Treaters (kids) could come to the door that night! Excellent job! While I hope my foundation never needs to be repaired (and I dont think it will watching the care they took to fix mine, I would without hestitation have them back. In fact I am going to have them put in a new sprinkler and soaker system for me as well!

Overall, very helpful. Explained exactly what was going on. He measured all over the inside/outside and reported that we didn't have significant problems. He did say our trees were all too close to the house...we knew they might be a problem.

Jordan arrived at our house on time and went right to work taking measurements for a foundation evaluation. He was professional and courteous and gave some explanation of what he was doing and the foundation repair process. Our house has a visible crack in the exterior brick wall and he recommended installation of several piers at one corner of the foundation. It sounds like it is a simple fix and not a very big job so my wife and I are considering his recommendation to prevent further issues in that corner.

A crew came out and installed 17 posts. They arrived around 8am, and were gone by 5pm. Fast and efficient work. The sprinkler system was put back together; also most of the shrubs around the house were put back into place. All of the dirt was filled back in. A professional looking job; almost like they were never there. They will be returning to install a tree root barrier to prevent the roots of a large tree from interfering with the foundation. Thanks guys.

The foundation repair was completed in one day. Jordan and his crew did an excellent job-they did excellent what they said they would do. I recommend this company 100%.

Things have been mostly smooth. There was a mix up where they didn't have my correct phone number as well as house number. I don't know if this was my mistake or theirs. Once we resolved that issue they showed up about an hour later. I was at home anyway, so the delay didn't cause any problems. This review is for the inspection only - I will do another review or an update if we have them do the repair.

This was just the inspection; leading up to the actual repair after other contractors had been vetted. Being a contractor myself I was impressed with the professionalism of the engineer that performed the service. He was thorough in his work, presented the options without bias, and provided a cost to do the job that was within reason. Today I paid a deposit to have the work done later this month. Hopefully the same professionalism will be apparent at that time. More to follow.........

It was a large, two-day job. Jordan worked flexibly with us to address some concerns with the original plan, and the crew worked hard to deal with complications produced by some very large chimneys. The outcomes of foundation repair are best evaluated over the long-term, of course, but as for the current moment, I'm satisfied with DFW Eagle's work and found the cost to be very reasonable for the size of the job.

I contact DFW Eagle Foundation to request inspection. They are able to squeeze my schedule in and meet me on time. Mr Wu inspect property inside out with digital level machine. He show me where the problem area is and explain to me why cause it. He also explain different repair methods in detail. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied their service.
