The DFW Eagle crew was excellent! They were punctual, courteous and professional. They were great at explaining the process and answering any questions I had that day. Jordan came out to oversee the process and gauge the crew's progress. We saw one of the cracks in our wall disappear immediately after the workers finished (see attached photos); also, a couple of doors that had swung closed due to the foundation damage now stay open -- so the benefits were noticeable. The price included the city permit(s), plus testing for plumbing leaks and a final measure by an independent engineer once the work was completed. DFW Eagle contacted these third parties, who contacted me within a couple of weeks of the pier installation. Both inspections went great, and I have since received final copies of the reports and our warranty. A great experience overall - highly recommend!

It's been just over a year now since DFW Eagle Foundation Repair took care of my foundation. The house is now up for sale, and consequently it has been inspected. The inspector asked who did the foundation work; he told me that they had done a terrific job. I was (am) very happy with their promt service, performance, and price. In just one day they installed seventeen piers. By around 5pm they were cleaning up. Done! Based on my experience, I would definately reccomend them to anyone in need of foundation repair.

I have a good impression of DFW Eagle Group after their work. Jordan Wu came across as very trustworthy, and his proposal to install 8 piers on our north side exterior was significantly under a more well known competitor. Jordan recommended what was 'needed' to get the job done correctly, not the most expensive option that would cost me a lot more money. His crew did the job in one day, and left the outside clean. I appreciated his work, and would recommend him to others.

Jordan was very thorough, prompt and great to work with and answered all our questions He also followed up with a mapping of our home.. Fortunately, we were thrilled to learn our foundation was fine. What I thought might have been a foundation problem was something else all together. Best $39 ever spent! I hope we never have one, but if we do I would call DFW Eagle.

Jordan was excellent, he arrived on time is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was very thorough with his measurements, he created an excellent report of the current state of the foundation as well as explaining the future risks. He's also a licensed irrigator so he suggested a helpful irrigation solution for the left side of the house. I am most definitely using him again in the future. Perfect marks across the board.

On September 10, 2014, DFW Eagle Foundation Repair installed 15 pressed piers in the front area and an additional 3 piers in the back of our house in Wylie, Texas, which is one story and about 2000 square feet. After more than three months, we started remodeling work in January 2015 to make the house look new. In early February 2015, we started observing new wall cracks, loose and cracked tiles, and door closing problems in the rooms in the front area of the house. Per a Professional Engineer report, the foundation of the front of house dropped up to 2 inches. After a lot of arguments back and forth and an additional $750 payment, DFW Eagle Foundation Repair came to our house on April 22, 2015, and installed 3 additional pressed piers and the adjusted house elevation again. Then one month later we fixed all the wall cracks and tiles. By the end of August 2015, we noticed the wall cracks, loose and cracked tiles and door problems again. Per the same Professional Engineer report, the same areas dropped again and even more this time. Now the chimney area in the back with 3 piers is also dropping. Both times, DFW Eagle Foundation Repair was not able to fix our foundation problems, but caused a lot of damage to the house and also a lot Five months after their first repair, the foundation problems occurred again. We contacted Mr. Jordan Wo, who signed the Lifetime Transferable Limited Warranty to us, but he refused to come and check the house with many excuses even after we sent him many pictures of problems. He also used many excuses in trying not to warrant the work. Only after we sent him the engineer report and agreed to pay additional money, he came with his crew in April 2015 and try to repair the foundation again. Five months after their second repair, we contacted him for new problems. Again, with many excuses, he delayed for 5 months to come and check the problems. We contacted him again and again and explained to him how badly in shape the house was. He finally came to our house and met with us in February 2016. After having seen the conditions of the house, he tried to blame us for using the wrong materials, not maintaining the foundation, and etc. Since first contacting him in September 2015 to February 2016, there was about five months of arguing with us, but not taking their responsibility for the problems arising from their work. Now they are refusing to fix it again and denied their warranty to us. We have to put our remodeling work on hold waiting for this foundation repair. We found his company in the Chinese Yellow Pages. Their advertisement stated that they provide “one year free inspection,” but in reality, they tried many excuses in not coming to our house to check the problems. This occurred both times even after we told them and sent them pictures of the damage in our house from their foundation work. This is a misleading advertisement. In the agreement between us before the start of the work, one clause says “Piers are to be driven to rock or refusal and stabilize the vertical settlement of the perimeter beam in the area shown on the accompanying illustration.” But when the repaired areas dropped twice, they tried many excuses instead of taking responsibility. Their work quality and service attitude are very disappointing and are entirely different from what they told us before the job started. We are suffering from their bad work quality and customer services, and deny of warranty. Working with them is a very painful experience with us. To protect the foundation, after their first repair, we removed some trees in both the front and the back. After their second repair, we imported 9 truckloads of dirt and hired a contractor to spread it over the front yard with grade to build a drainage slope. We also installed a gutter and soak hose around the house. The crack between window and wall on the east side in the front is about 1 inch wide. Insects frequently come into the house through that crack. On the east corner of the house, the cracks between walls are about 1.5 inches wide. We can see through it from the inside to the outside. Insects and mice can come in from the cracks and usually do. In this area, they put 3 piers in second time. We did a lot of remodeling work in the house. Now 650 square foot of new tile floors are damaged. Tiles are cracked in many places and popping up in other places. There are cracks on the interior walls and ceilings at many places.
