Simply outstanding. You would be well served to use Apple/Mike. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. Always looking to save you $. Forget the people who send out the flyers offering discounted systems or inspections. He is the real deal, and someone whom you will want to refer to friends and neighbors. He was here in a flash, assessed the problem in moments and made a fix. He then preceeded to look over both garage doors, spray the hinges and make recommendations to keep them working well. Nothing short of terrific service.

I called for a problem with safety sensor that was preventing door from closing; Mike came right away after I called! Great service, and done quickly. Within 15 minutes the problem was diagnosed and the faulty sensor replaced. Amazing customer service.

I needed the work done on a Sunday and he answered the phone. He was at my house in 35 minutes after I called him! On a Sunday!

Fantastic experience overall. The cable on the garage door broke on Thursday night. I wanted it to be fixed before the weekend. Called Mike on Friday morning, and made arrangements for mid-day to perform the repair. He came, got the job done in nothing flat, charged an honest and fair rate, and put the door in better condition than it was before (much quieter). He even oiled the rollers of our other garage door while he was there.

Mike was at the location within 20 minutes from the initial call. Got right to work and finished in under an hour charging exactly the amount quoted, tax included.

Called Mike on a Thursday and scheduled a garage door service for Saturday. He showed up right on time and charged what he quoted us. My husband had installed a new opener himself, but it wouldn't close sometimes. Mike aligned the sensors, oiled the door and some other stuff (?) and it's working great. Great service. Would absolutely use him again.

Called him at 8:00 am Saturday morning, called back in less than 5 min and was at our home in less than 10 minTook him less than 5 min to fix the doorHe noted the door was old and the rollers were all deteriorated.Offered to replace the rollers and re-setup the door to good as new condition.Took less than an hour to restore both our doors, full work up and lube job what more could you ask for.

Contact Mike on phone. He was very helpful and even suggested purchasing our own door opener which they could install. My garage door was in very poor shape and opener has not worked in 10+ years. Hubby works hard and has no interest in any home repair. After talking with him, I felt it easiest just to let them take care of everything. Steve arrived a little later than anticipated do to picking up the door and traffic. I wish there might have been a little more communication. Once here he got right to work. Very nice guy. The door looks great and the belt drive is so quiet that my dogs don't hear it opening when I come home.

Mike was on time and completed the installation of the new opener very quickly. I would recommend Apple garage doors to anyone that is looking to replace an opener or conduct maintenance/ repairs on the garage door.

Mike came out as agreed, removed the door and tracks etc, consolidated all parts and told me his Tech Steve would come out the following day to install per agreement. Steve came out installed the new coil spring, changed the rollers and installed the door and opener. Everything went as promised. I'm very happy I found this Contractor on Angie's List. Will use again. I am an A rated Concrete contractor on Angie's List and know work quality and service when given. They show up when they say and do what they say they will do-Very Important quality. Use this company, you will be Very Happy!!!

The guy was great. He was so helpful and fixed our garage door for a very reasonable price. We had gone to one of the bigger companies first for a quote and they had told us that we would have to basically replace most of the door and it was going to cost upwards of $500. Apple Garage Doors took a look at it, quoted us $100 and fixed the door for us, without have to replace too many parts. I would absolutely recommend this guy!

Excellent. Mike coordinated a time with the tenant, was prompt, and assessed the issues quickly. He then contacted me to discuss options and obtain approval of the work. Work started immediately and was completed very swiftly! I would certainly recommend Apple for any needed garage door repairs and will use them in the future should garage door repairs be need (we've got a second garage door).

Mike turned up pretty quickly to address a problem we had with a garage door that wasn't closing properly. We had just bought an old house and the doors weren't maintained very well and really needed replacing. He wasn't going to charge us for the simple fix he did and when we asked about the cost of replacing the two doors it was way under what we had expected to pay. The guys came out the next week and fitted the 2 new doors. The installers were very friendly, quick and did a great job. The quality of the doors are way much better than we previously. I wish all contractors here in Plano were like this.

Mike came to my house twice actually. He came out about 3 weeks ago when my garage door got off track. He fixed it and it worked about 3 weeks and failed again. Mike did not notice the 1st time my railing was missing a bolt which caused the 2nd failure. He did not charge me for the 2nd trip. He stands by his work.

Left a message telling Mike what was happening with our door, he called back within a few hours and let me know that he could come out the next afternoon. He was very professional & easy to talk to over the phone. On Saturday, Mike called to let us know that he was on his way out... here in less than an hour & got the job done quickly. He was very sincere & comfortable to be around. Also seemed eager to to answer our questions. Gave us some good tips for future maintenance, all in all, we couldn't be happier with Mike/Apple Garage Door Repair & Service. We will definitely be spreading the word to friends & family about our experience... & we won't hesistate to call Mike again if ever there's a need.

Called them and he was in the area and early for his next appt, so he came by 1st (within 10 minutes of my call). He tried several different means to fix it and finally was able to get it working again (in less than 15 minutes). He was very friendly and even sprayed all the metal with a lubricant for preventative maintenance. I appreciate his quick turnaround as well as the fact that he let me know of a coupon that I could take advantage of so I didn't have to pay more. I would absolutely use them again!!!

I emailed on Saturday night and explained the problem and Mike immediately replied to tell me what the problem likely was. I called on Sunday morning and made an appt for between 9&10 on Monday. Mike arrived at 9:15. He removed the broken opener and installed the new opener we supplied. He even installed the new wall button and sensors that came with the new opener, even though the old button and sensors were still working. He also lowered the sensor mounts as they were installed too high. He inspected the other components and I believe he even adjusted the spring tension.

My old garage door had split and needed to be replaced. The original motor was old and underpowered and needed to be replaced as well. Mike Green of Apple looked everything over and said my hardware was fine and just the panels needed to be replaced. He offered 50% off to put in a new and better double spring and told me I could save a couple of hundred bucks more by buying my own motor and installing it myself. He even told me what type, brand and retailer to use. He and his helper showed up on the dot on the appointed day and knocked the job out in about 90 minutes. He offered further advice on the best type of weather stripping for me to purchase and install. They cleaned up all the debris and the door works beautifully. I will heartily recommend Apple Garage Doors whenever the subject come up. I am 100% satisfied with Apple's price, quality and service. Jeffrey Horton

I called him at 8:22 a.m. on Monday and he had finished the work by 9:30. Outstanding customer service professional!

The response was wonderful. I called and explained the problem. The repairman was at my house within the hour. He checked the damage; but didn't have the correct parts with him. He did get the door closed for me so that I wouldn't have to leave it open. He returned the next day with the parts and fixed the door. He also educated me on how to lubricate the garage doors so that I could lessen problems in the future. He was very helpful. The garage door works great now and I am very pleased with the work.

Called around 6pm for estimate to replace garage door springs one of which broke the day before. The estimate was in a similar ballpark to other quotes I received. Mike was able to be at my house within ten minutes of calling on the phone. He fixed the springs, lubricated everything, and gave me a general inspection of all components. Mike was done the work very quickly and my garage door was operational again by 7pm. Thanks for the prompt service. Provided a 3yr part/1yr labor warranty.

Mike answered the phone and said he could be out in 20 minutes. He came, looked at the garage door and quoted the price to replace the broken spring. He included a discount coupon that I didn't know about. My spring was bigger than most due to the type door, so he went back to his truck and came back with a bigger one that matched perfectly.He had it all repaired and working great in less than an hour from when I called. Unbelievable!
