Apple Garage Door Repairs & Service

I spent the weekend replacing my garage door opener and found it would not fully open. I called Apple Garage Door and Mike walked me through the adjustment settings to get my door functioning properly. It turns out I did not need a repair visit and I am thankful he took the time to ask some questions. I will definitely call Apple Garage Door when I ever need anything fixed!

Mike came out the morning we called and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great customer service and more than fair price. Will use them every time.

After researching and calling around, I settled on Apple Garage Doors. Mike had great reviews and competitive prices. However, it was his customer service and professionalism that reassured me. He did not try to up-sell me or replace any garage door components.

I called to request service for my garage door and within 3 hours the repairs were complete. Mike was knowledgeable and very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Mike came out the same day about an hour after speaking with him on the phone. He was very courteous and got right to work. Replaced the spring checked both doors / greased them. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Great experience. Mike actually arrived early which gives him an A+ in my book. He was very courteous and professional and didn't try to upsell items that weren't necessary. I highly recommend him.

He came over from another job as soon as I called, which was great since my car was stuck in the garage. He fixed the spring very quickly and his price was much better than I have paid in the past. Apple Garage Doors is definitely my new garage door guy!

I called Mike Monday noontime, and he arrived 30 minutes later. He was very courteous, positive, and went above and beyond the services required. Everybody I contacted for estimates had told me that I needed to have my garage door completely replaced, costing 2-5K. He was able to get it repaired in less than an hour, and was very professional. I will definitely contact him again if I encounter future issues. He is the best!

Mike was great. Very professional and courteous. Gave us good pointers on maintenance and inspected the overall system before and after replacing the broken spring with a double-spring system.

Garage door spring broke Sunday before Christmas, locking my wife's car in the garage. Called Apple at 4:00 p.m. Mike offered to come out that day, which was pleasantly surprising. Had him come out first thing next morning instead. Had it fixed in time for my wife to free her car and make it to work. Mike did a great job for a reasonable price, was friendly and very professional. Warranty on parts and also showed me how to extend the life of the spring.

Came in and assessed the situation, quickly put garage door back on tracks and advised about future problems that may occur (not in a sales oriented way). Was a pleasure to talk to and watch work.

Mike is a honest professional with nice personality, I called him yesterday afternoon and set up a time for next morning, he quickly identified the problem and fixed the problem even he gave me 90 days warranty . He also sprayed lubricant to all of moving parts and adjusted the door. He also went to extra miles to fix my garage ceiling sheet rocks which were loose. Definitely I will use Mike ( Apple Garage Door Repairs again and also I recommended him to my friends.

Once he showed up he got to work and it was impressive watching him go about replacing the coil springs. That was finished and we tested the door; causing a terrible noise from the overhead unit. He recognized the sound immediately (actually have told me what to do if I should hear that sound while he worked) and he had a replacement part on-hand. Throughout the installation we talked and he gave me good advice on how to maintain the garage door and the opener, and what to myself when it breaks at some point in the future. Overall he was extremely nice, knew his stuff, and charges (what I felt) was a reasonable amount for his time and parts. Also, he showed up the same day I called at the time I asked for; and I felt that was extremely nice. I'd use him again!

First off, I was impressed that he answers the phone anytime I have called (usually after hours) and when he said he would be there, he was punctual! The work was outstanding and very reasonable. I highly recommend Mike and Apple Garage Doors!

Installer showed in timely manner. Removed and hauled off old damaged door. Installed new insulated door, with all new rails, rollers, springs, etc. Completed in about 90 minutes. Great door; very well insulated. Seals garage area very well when closed. Moves easily on new rollers; is nearly noiseless. Mike provides great quality and great value. Installer (in this case an independent contractor) said Mike's price was about 30% LESS than other door companies for whom he installs the same door. The only negative, and not significant, was moving some garage storage back in place...took me less than 5 minutes.
